Absolutely shameful. This is a business that can't seem to get orders correct. Even when the manager is summoned, he gets the order wrong too. Excuse after excuse about the kitchen, staffing etc. We gave them 3 tries as they are within 5 minutes of our home. We have been NNY customers since the original site on McClintock and Baseline when you had to wait an hour or more to get because the customer service was spot on, the food quality was great, and the staff took pride in their jobs. Not at this site. Avoid at all costs!!! We drive out of our way to Signal Butte and Baseline to get our wing fix now. read more

My family are here tonight and it was probably one of, if not the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. the restaurant is dirty, disheveled and basically destroyed. We stood at the door for more than 10 minutes (not a Karen 10 but a real 10, as I took myself and my 3 year old to the restroom before our party got acknowledged) it was NOT busy, maybe a dozen people inside. Our server came over a few minutes later and took a drink order. Several minutes later, she returned to take our order. We order our meals, I order a drink from the bar. She essentially disappears. almost 10 minutes later a different employee brings my drink. A different employee brings our food. Our server gets another table but walks right past us without checking our food, that she did not deliver. The food is DISGUSTING all the meals are inedible. I stack our plates but 15 more minutes go by, our server is MIA. Another server comes by and collects our plates and asks about why my food is barely touched. I said it tasted terrible, finally our server appears and the other server is like i don't know what she is doing, I just see her in the back on her phone. We will NEVER step foot in this dump again. The ONLY redeeming quality was the not our server lady. But I hope she leaves this crap hole and goes somewhere else where her obvious talents can be awarded and appreciated. This place is the absolute worst, absolute trash! Beer, wings and pizza are not that hard to get right. But this establishment has found a way to screw every aspect of a restaurant experience up. Just head to Jack in the Box in the same parking lot, you will leave feeling much better! read more

Updating my review- I had terrible service from the manager at Native on Sunday morning when I had a problem with my bill. I was billed for an extra drink that wasn't mine and the manager who came over was rude and short with me throughout the entire interaction. I recommend not taking your business here unless you want substandard service from the manager and potential issues on a simple bill (2 beers and a burger) After letting the bartender know my bill wasn't correct she went and got the manager for me. The manager took several minutes to come over and when she finally did she failed to introduce herself or acknowledge why she was there. The manager simply walked up to me to start the interaction with, "do you want to pay your bill with this card?" and picked up my credit card from the bar top. She didn't introduce herself or acknowledge that she was there at her employees request to address the incorrect billing. She just grabbed my card and asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I responded that I'm happy to pay my bill as long as it's correct. She responded to that with my ticket was right and it's updated continuously by the bartender and I should have been checking it. I told the manager the other bartender was at the machine earlier helping my bartender fix her orders as she didn't know whose bill was what so despite what appears on the ticket my bill was still incorrect. The manager then walked off with my card without telling me if she was fixing the error or running my card for the incorrect amount so I got upset and lippy with her. The managers job is to provide service and when there's a problem to deescalate it and resolve it. None of which she communicated to me until after I insulted her. All of that over a $3.50 beer that I didn't even get to drink makes the service I received terrible and I would recommend never going there if you want your bill to be correct in a slow Sunday morning/afternoon. read more

The absolute best Native that I have ever visited. Beautiful decor. TVs everywhere. Tunes rock and the manager said volume on for football games. Georgeous patio. Had lunch at the bar and Mari, the bartender, was so attentive and nice I had to post a photo. My wings were perfect and fresh. The beer selection s excellent. Full bar. This is going to be Epic football place. So glad they opened this one. Classy. Coming back soon. read more

Native Grill & Wings - We love our local Native New Yorker. Michelle is an amazing server! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I haven't been to a native since it's been called "Native New York" but I wasn't disappointed. I went on a Wednesday and the bar was the only place "crowded" which I didn't mind because I can appreciate an empty place. The service was great, which might have had to do with the place being a wee bit empty but overall I enjoyed myself and the food. I think the wings were a lot better back in the day before they renamed everything but I would still go back for the wings. Overall, it satisfied my wing craving. read more

This was the first time trying Native and we are not fans. The lemon pepper wings were super salty and the mango habanero ones had no flavor. We also had the chicken sandwich and the chicken was dry and tasted like it was frozen chicken breasts. First time and last. read more

This is the worst food I have eaten in my life. They need to fire the chef. I returned the food. I was seated near the kitchen and I heard him yelling at the waitresses for his horrible food. Serious ego for someone who can't even cook wings, what the place is known for. Stay away! Gross! read more

Enjoyed the bar with my wife for a appetizer and drink. The happy hour price is nice and happy it doesn't jump to high after 5. Staff was friendly and fast service. Small place but not a bad stop. Maybe the lights at the bar could be dimmed a bit to help with how bright it is. read more

Native Grill & Wings - Happy Hour Menu - Chicken Wings Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I love that Native finally opened a location near me. Gilbert was in need of a wings place. The staff was really nice but clearly still learning, which is ok given it was their second day open. The table we were seated at was a joke.. It is right out side the entryway to the kitchen and where the staff likes to hang out. During our whole meal we had staff surrounding us, which was uncomfortable and also every time they entered the kitchen we would hear "CORNER" very obnoxious. Food was good as expected. Not spectacular, but good. I will return and request to be seated in the bar, since it was not offered when we were being seated. read more

We love coming here for game days and also family gatherings. Waiters are perfectly fine we served. It's just the hostess who needs to change manners or attitude. It understandable if she's having a bad day but she shouldn't be taken it on her customer's especially if she wants the place to still bring in good business.. read more

This place has what should be a perfect setup. The place is clean and great looking with tv's and both indoor and outdoor seating etc. The look is great. The service was sub par but the food was far worse. The food simple put, was just terrible. Lucky for us even though we got terrible service, the bar tender saw this and took our table over. Too bad she didn't cook too! Admittedly we didn't order wings so maybe that's all they do well I don't knows. Salad wraps and burger and fries were terrible. Worse though was the appetizer the chicken bacon ranch "flatbread". Literally pizza crust with cheap cheese goo of some sort. If they fix the food and the service i'd go there often but it's the worst execution of a great layout I've seen. It truly should be great. read more

We like coming here for wings. It's always good. The wings are tasty and they have good daily specials. Tonight was great! We were fortunate to be served by Emily. She was very friendly and offered great suggestions on the different flavors of wings. We felt very welcome and we will be back. Thanks Native, you did good when you hired Emily. read more

Just picked up our order of 48 hot wings well done to go. Got home and our order was 48 breaded cold soggy hot wings. Called to inform them of their mistake and no one would answer the phone. My family and I brothers and sister of the native community enter this slightly ravished estate approximately 1.5hrs till close and we're rudely blown off. The employee in a red shirt approximately 5'10" white/Mexican and medium length black hair. There was more than enough time to serve us meanwhile this employee rudely looked the opposite direction and walked away with attitude when we asked to be seated. It took a whole other employee to come over and make it clear that they were not taking new customers. . We felt very disregard as a group if my children were not with me I probably would have made more of a scene. read more

I generally like the lunch at native but this was a location I had never tried. This location gives them all a bad name. Horrible service. Wings were ok, other locations better. Have seen multiple leave with menus on table and no drinks after 15 minutes. Been waiting 20 minutes to just get the check and "shea" seems oblivious to it all. Stay clear of this location So as I leave the location a group that left because of not getting served was confronting the manager. Manager was completely unprofessional in both her manner and appearance. So I called native Corperate to complain. They were very appreciative of the feedback. Hope to visit native again but will definitely not be back to this location unless big changes are made. read more

This location is always good, if you ever come in request Graham! He's amazing and very customer oriented. He really takes care of you!

Might be one of my worst experiences, rude worker and manager. Order wrong and only excuses and blaming. No solutions after mistakes. Will not get any more of my business. read more

Nice place clean just another sport bar good wings onion rings and burgers ,looks like i need to try the pizza. Would come back...

We love Native Wings and have been coming here since they opened. We ask for the same server Cienna every time and she is THE MOST AWESOME AND ATTENTIVE server. That's not the problem.., The owner has known for over a year that their AC is broken...it is over 95 degrees in the restaurant and no telling how hot it is in the kitchen. Apparently he says he knows what the problem is but is too cheap to have a AC company fix it and insists to fix it on his own. We have been Tuesday night regulars but won't come back until it cools off read more

Ordered online at 5pm. Was told a 20 minute wait. I arrived at 5:20 and our order wasn't ready. I got our food at 5:50pm. 30 minutes late. Ordered 25 wings and only got 3 ranch dressings. Not the first time we have had service issues here. read more

Worst dining experience ever. Waited 15 minutes to order drinks. Waited 20 minutes to get drinks. Then we ordered our food. And hour goes by. A couple who had come in 30 minutes after us left without even getting a drink order. After an hour we asked a manager what was taking so long. She told us our waitress never put in our order. We turn to see our waitress run into the back I suppose to hide or put on our order. Don't waste your time. Go ANYWHERE else. read more

This restaurant has literally the worst service ever. My family and I went in and waited at our table for over 30 minutes and no one came over to say hi or grab our drink order. The restaurant was not even busy. Finally we just got up and left. This is not the first time we have tried to eat here and had the same problem. It's a bummer because we really like native. Native Grill & Wings - Wings and Asian chicken salad!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

First time Yelper! I think this place is amazing. Sometimes they are busy and service is kind of slow, but they offer great deals on chicken if you go Tues-Thurs. They always have a $2 beer. My food has always been fresh and hot. If something isn't correct, they don't hesitate to fix it! Its become a tradition to come here on Wednesdays with my kids! They have amazing servers, but the bar staff is always the best!! I quite frequently have Logan as my server and he is amazing. He has the best customer service!! Your drink will never be empty and the customer is always satisfied. I definitely recommend this Native to anyone!! read more

My husband and I had to find a new Native Grill. The location on Gilbert and the 60 freeway was awful. The first time we came to this location (Greenfield/Baseline), we were so surprised at how open, fresh, and inviting it is. The food has always been fresh and hot when served. Our server, Bobbie Jo (hope I spelled that right), is great. Very attentive. Always comes back to our tables to freshen up our tea and/or give us a new glass. Unlike the other location, this one actually has customers. Most are locals, which tells us this is a great place. read more

This restaurant is the absolute worst Native New Yorker I've ever been to. Customer service is horrible all the way up to the manager. No one answers the phone at the restaurant. I have never seen a business so unprofessionally ran in my life. I am very disappointed in this restaurant. read more

Ordered through Uber eats and ended up getting the wrong order, it was right around closing time and when I called the manager, cant remember his name..He was very apologetic and offered me the same order for free the next time I was as in. Came and sat at the bar with Meagan to grab a beer and get my free order and she was fantastic. Was greeted promptly, beer was ice cold, and food came out delicious. I have been eating at the native, which used to be the native New Yorker or almost 34 years. I cannot believe their yelp review is only three stars. Keep up the great tradition to the original greatest wings in the valley. read more

I love this place, but I discovered it purely by accident when a friend brought me here. I don't usually come to places like this alone. But I've grown quite at ease stopping in here during daytime hours for my MUST HAVE zucchini sticks! Now I've also taken a liking to their native fries and loaded ones too. (Im not really a wing person) I'm moving back to the Midwest at end of the month and I will really miss Native Wings a lot!! The servers are so very friendly and eager to please me while I'm there. Our waitress left after taking our drink order. I mean left. No one knew where she went. This is the most awkward place I've ever been.

I used to love this place would come in a few times a week. Well that just changed, my debit card was ran twice for two different amounts totaling about double the amount I was supposed to pay. I called they said it would be refunded within 24hrs. Well it is now 72 hrs later and the manager/part owner Sam just told me there is nothing she can do about it. UNREAL!!! I will never be back to this location and would advise everyone to check bank statements after using a card at this establishment. read more

Greeted by a rude hostess. Asks my family if we have a preference where to sit - so we suggest booth. She looks at us dumbfounded and says "I guess I can sit you there". Next we order water, wait 10 mins until a different waiter asks if we've been helped. At this point, I think to myself, this place SUCKS. I walk to the bathroom and look into the kitchen. They have someone washing the dishes and eating, disgusting. Our wings came cold, same with the fries. Waitress gives us 1 plate 2 forks when there's a party of 3...really useful. Anyway- this place is trash. Actually it really sucks. Save your money and go to chic fil a. read more

Sadly this restaurant is less than 1 mile from my house. Sad because we've eaten their food (dined in once, take out twice) 3 times - progressively got worse. 3 strikes- they're out. We are all for keeping local businesses going (during COVID-19) but this food was not really edible. Husband ordered shredded pork queso dip - chips were cold and stale, dip was almost all chorizo no cheese and room temperature. He also ordered 2 sliders with no pickles. No actual pickles but pickle juice on the bun. I ordered a Southwest chicken salad and asked for the jalapeno dressing on the side. It was covered in the dressing. No avocado, no tortilla strips, no bell pepper, and wilted lettuce and small pieces of something brown and a bit slimy. GROSS! read more
