My wife and I have been going to the Native Grill and Wings on Greenfield and Baseline for about 6 year now. We go out of our way to visit this restaurant rather than the Native on Signal Butte and Baseline nearest us for one reason only, Our favorite server is Virginia at the Greenfield location. We go early enough to ask for one of her tables because her service is the best. Virginia knows us as soon as we come in the door and already has my wife's drink order ready. Virginia (a manager) always finds a few minutes to talk with us despite hustling all over the place serving. She is the sole reason we visit this place sort of like in Cheers the comedy series. it's become a place like home where people know your name and she makes us feel special. read more

This is the worst Native restaurant. Every time I've ordered from them they get the order wrong, whether I pick it up or get it delivered. There's no excuse for not checking the order before giving it to the customer. Very disappointing. read more

Really bad experience at this place I wish I had seen the reviews pizza was undercooked messed up the order and waitress was giving us attitude. I really do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Would recommend, everything was good ! Foods were delicious, waiters were friendly and they can even split bill amount and make transaction. For chicken cravings I would recommend this place ! read more

I love your food. But I've been F'd over on GrubHub orders probably six times where I ordered 45 minutes before you close and I wait and then my order gets canceled at the last minute. I will not order you anymore. read more

I didn't stay for a meal, I wasn't ever greeted. Couldn't tell if they were just busy or not but I keep hearing that it's tough to get good service or great food at this location. read more

Have been several times. Everyone is friendly, but service is slow. Due to not enough servers. So be prepared to wait. Wings are good. So we're the zucchini fries. Wish they had games (football) on sound. Music was not playing. Heather at the bar was great. She is a fantastic employee! read more

Was in town last weekend visiting family and ended up at this place per their advise. I knew they wouldn't let me down. Great food , great service , can't ask for much more ! great bar & grill ambiance. read more

Great wings, perfectly cooked, got it delivered contactless. I always eat here when I come to visit family, and was glad to see them delivering. Great product, and taste. read more

Absolutely great food! My biggest complaint is that unless you're dining in - I have yet to place an order for delivery that wasn't wrong. Management did their part to rectify the situation once - but I've ordered numerous times since & every order has either had something missing or wrong with it. Otherwise - my top 2 favorite place for wings! read more

Dry turd ass looking "wings" gonna turn me into a vagitarian.the potato skins were dry, the servers humor was dry, the beer was dry. What happened here? Huh? It's all bright in here like John taffer gonna come in here with a camera crew and shut it down, I wish he would. read more

I love this place. Nice friendly staff that always remembers me and my sister when we come in. Service is good it gets crazy on Tuesdays but it's well worth the wait. I love their new sauces so much. Great fun atmosphere. read more

Oh boy, where to start. When we came in we were greeted and sat right away. They were moderately busy but not overcrowded. We waited what felt like a long time for our waitress to acknowledge us. After that I started paying attention. 16 minutes after we ordered we got our drinks and immediately asked for straws. We ordered a new appetizer on their menu, Buffalo fries, they were amazing. Don't miss out on these. We ordered it as an appetizer and told the waitress this. We got the appetizer about 45 seconds to a minute before we got our lunch. I ordered the Arizona Burger, it was amazing. My wife ordered a $5 slice of Pizza and Soda offer. She had me try their pizza and it was quite good. Their sauce on the pizza was amazing. Later after we finished our meals, she brought us a refill for our sodas, in which I asked her for some straws again. Now we were there for a long time, still no straws. She apologized and said she would bring to go cups, nice touch. She brought our to go cups and ....... you guessed it no straws. We paid for our meal and as we were leaving we finally got straws. I looked at the bill, they over charged us for our $5 Pizza drink special. I already paid, that is my fault, I should have looked better but know that I wouldn't have waited to get it corrected because I wouldn't have felt confident on the timeline of the bill. Would you? read more

We brought our family in tonight and the first thing we were told is that they had no kids menus, they had run out. I'm not sure why they couldn't have made a few copies of the kids menus because I'm pretty sure it's a coloring page as well. The wings were good but I don't think this place should be allowed to have the name "grill" because clearly the burgers are not grilled. 2 of our kids got the sliders and the meat looked gray! Neither kid would eat more than one bite, the meat also tasted terrible. My husbands burger also had no flavor. Our server came to check on us once the food was served but never returned to check our drinks etc. We almost had to go find someone to get our bill so we could leave. I don't think we will return or recommend this place. read more

Terrible service. Also they mess up to go orders. You would think they would get it right but nope. They are incapable.

I can't put a negative rating or I would. The service here is absolutely ridiculous! I can't even get a bill to get out of here because no one has come by my table since we received our food. DO BETTER NATIVE!!!!! read more

Found a FULL NAIL CLIPPING in my to go. Disgusting. Have come to this one multiple times they are always missing stuff.

The food is delicious but the service tends to be a bit lacking. The last few times we've done pickup orders we show up at the time provided and end up waiting 20-30 minutes with no updates read more

I was really disappointed in our waitress because she hardly came to check on us, and when I walked to the front counter she was just talking to two other girls. A woman that was not our waitress helped us more than she did. Our original waitress overall did not check on us or even delivery our food or drinks. All she did was take our order and go socialize with her friends. This was last night. read more

People are super friendly and the service is quick. Plus I get watch sports. I come here twice a week and I love the wings

Don't. Please just don't. The food is pretty yummy IF YOU EVER GET IT. DO NOT TRUST THE WAITING TIME ON APP. if you bother to order online go ahead take a nap, cut the grass and give your kids a bath because you will have the time. read more

I don't know what has happened to this native. It is so hit or miss. Your either going to get what you want or get something practically uneatable. Our last take out order was just plain gross. Whoever packaged it clearly would see the boneless wings were burnt, but still chose to send them out. There wasn't even any sauce to make up for the burnt ness!! We're pretty done trying this place hoping it will be like the native we used to love. read more

Wings were way over cooked, under sauced, and bland 2/10. They charged me $4.83 for five total onion rings - absolute waste of $, they tasted crappy too. Will not be ordering from them again read more

Best native in the valley! Always super fast and friendly. Megan is the absolute best server I've ever had. Remembers my order every time and is very fast. Visit here 2-3 times a week because of Megan's service. read more

I'll keep this short and as sweet as possible. I understand covid has caused some difficulties for businesses, as an ex-server I understand even more. The table was given one menu and we couldn't get more because they had to be cleaned by the hostess. If it actually was cleaned why was there BBQ sauce dried on it? The server finally acknowledged us after 15 minutes of sitting there. We were content with the acknowledgement and continued to wait, just for drinks. After another 15 minutes new people came in and she seated them and brought them drinks. I understand waiting, but to serve a brand new table when we had been there 30 minutes, that was the last straw. I'm sorry but it was really necessary to be said. read more

Went on a Friday with a party of 10. Service was slow, drink refills were tough to get, and everyone's food streamed out of the kitchen over a 10 minute period so we took turns watching each other eat. What was really annoying is that we ordered a pizza, which we were informed had been accidentally dropped in the kitchen. So it came out nearly 20 minutes after the rest of the food started to arrive. We were cool about it but surprised the manager didn't comp it from the bill for the trouble. So we politely asked them to do so. Nope. Too bad. Great customer service, happy customers, and good reviews are not something they're interested in. No reason for us to return. You should also think twice. read more

The native Grill restaurant on greenfield and baseline is absolutely phenomenal. If you are a winter Snowbird, or just new to the area and looking for great food and a great atmosphere, this is the place to go. Everyone here is so accommodating. You will not find better wings anywhere else.. When you go to Native Grill on Greenfield, ask for Virginia. She is the best waitress ever. She cares about you. She is very dedicated. She knows exactly what you want, and she exceeds your every expectation. In a nutshell, she truly cares about her clients. I absolutely love wings. I have been living in Arizona for over 12 years and I will not go anywhere else but Native Grill on Greenfield and baseline. You will not be disappointed. The food is incredible. The service is impeccable and the price is out of this world. Also, check out wing day on Tuesdays and enjoy sitting outside to some incredible music. I am super disappointed! I placed an order online, it was past my pickup time when they were done, and I got home and opened up the container to find black boneless chicken wings that were lacking in sauce, even though I had ordered them saucy. I had never been to this location before, and I never will again!!! I gave it 2 stars purely for the fact that the bartender, who had just come on, was really nice! read more

We were excited about Natives opening in our neighborhood. Initially, they delivered on good food and great service. Lately, the newer staff is terrible, the food is poor. Really sad to see this place go to crap. Could have been a great neighborhood bar and grill. Fat Willys is appetizing again..lol.. poor service, bartenders cant tend, foods often cold and wrong. Our last few visits, staff disappears and people actually just get up amd leave due to no service? When told, staff typically just smiles and blames newer GM. Too bad. read more

Walked in and requested a booth because I have a bad back. The manager said shes not going to seat is there cause they have large parties of people coming in. I sat there after she seated us at a table and no party of more than two came in. She shouldn't be in the hospitality/restaurant business. Also it was sooooo HOT in there that I was sweating. All they had was a small fan blowing around the dining room. This is Arizona, not Hawaii. This is by far the WORST location of all the Natives. We waited for food and boxed it up and left. TOO HOT!!!!!! On our way out the manager offered no apology or discount for our trouble. Our server was a real nice guy. If you like to sweat, while you eat, and love hot restaurants where the customer is never right, then eat there. We wont be back! read more

Came here tonight and had the worst service. We've been here for over an hour and it's been so slow. Stephanie, our waitress has been so difficult.
