Let me start by saying this, if you wanna get cut and hurt then go to this place! I went yesterday to get a full set of acrylics and as I walked in the lady was fast and sat me down right away so I thought everything was going good until she started doing my nails. She was very distracted kept talking to other people and even got a FaceTime call while doing my nails. She kept looking around while using a emery board on my nails and didn't pay attention to what she was doing. She was very rough with the drill and started to get super close to my cuticles and it started to burn like if my nails were on fire!! After she applied the acrylic she moved on to cutting my cuticles and let me tell you... it was soo painful!! I've gotten my nails done a million times and I've never been cut and she cut 6 of my nails! They started to bleed a lot and she tries to blame it on me she said "you have dry cuticles, you need to apply coconut oil". I've been to so many places rated high and low and I've never had this problem. She was very rough and she used her tools to clean the blood so hopefully she disinfectant then after! I'll attach pictures of how my nails looked 5 minafter I left the salon. I went in with my sister and she got a pedicure and sure enough they cut her as well. Super disappointed and doe $95 it was a waste !! I will never go back and I hope you don't have the same service. To update. My nails were not cut before coming in, so don't lie. On top of that are you saying my sisters nails were cut before also? Because she gets her nails done regularly and this has never happened before. TERRIBLE!!! Avoid this place at all cost! The nail technician applied over 10 coats of gel nail polish on my nails and made me cure my nail each time she completed one nail. I hate to do this however my last experience with this establishment was HORRENDOUS! I showed up to my gel manicure appointment with Gade per usual and chose my color! I chose an OPI color because I've noticed that when I use other brands of Gel polish, the polish chips within a couple of days. Nothing against the other brands that the establishment uses, I however noticed that OPI stays on my nails the longest. At the start of my appointment, Gade accuses me of having someone else do my nails because she didn't recognize the color. She was told that that wasn't the case and that she was the one that applied that color on my nails. She then asked what color I wanted to use and I told her OPI Pure white, I even gave her the number. Gade proceeds to grab a white gel color but not OPI. She grabs the color in Gelixar. Nothing against Gelixar but it chips off my nails. I reminded her that the brand was OPI and she stated " Oh this color is prettier" I told her that I would prefer OPI because Gelixar chips. She yells no it doesn't and begins to look for the OPI color. No one knew where it was so she comes back to her station to tell me that it wasn't there. Instead of letting me choose another OPI color she starts to paint my nails with the Gelixar. I asked her "if my nails chip, I can come back to have you fix it right?" She completely ignored my question and began throwing my hands around as she was painting my nails as well as rushing me through the nail curing process. When she was done she picked up my purse, dropped it in my lap and said bye! Now that was completely unprofessional, all because I voiced my concern about a nail polish that would chip! And guess what..... the next day the nail polish chipped, so I called to get it fixed around 1pm, and I was told that no one would be able to fix it until 6pm. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have to switch my whole day around to accommodate Gade's mistake and unprofessionalism. I decided not to go back because I honestly didn't want to deal with them anymore and it's a shame because there are some nice and skilled nail techs there. However, Gade's attitude has cost her me as a paying customer. read more

I have very short nails and booked an appointment to get acrylics. When the technician saw my nails she insisted that they were too short for acrylics and that they would only last a few days. I told her that was fine and she wanted to do gel x, but in my experience acrylics last longer. She kept making comments about how my nails were too short and how I the length I wanted my acrylics to be were too short. She kept making sure that I knew the nails would only last a few days. Two weeks later and not a single one has fallen off. She did a good job overall but I am displeased with her customer service and how she treated having such short nails. read more

When I am feeling super stressed I get the mani and pedi combo and sit back, releasing all the tension in my shoulders and back. I drive 40 mins to Glendale even though there are several other options around the corner from me because Nails Paradise is SO GOOD. This is literally the only place whose gel and dip powder manicures hold up perfectly until the next time I go in. Rarely any chipping, and when I've gotten extensions they stay firmly on for 3-4 weeks. This blows my mind, because I've been to several salons that specialize in dip powder, and they've all started chipping within a week. But this place is a Jack of all trades, yet manages to do all of it better than the supposed specialists. Plus, there's free champagne and free parking in the back.
