But unfortunately, yesterday I just did a walk-in no appointment and got attended by someone else and just to wake up by the throbbing pain of my toenail this morning with the ingrown and I also have an ingrown on my other toe. It's so upsetting that I have to pay over $50 for just a pedicure and to now deal with pain on Mother's Day weekend. I'm very upset and I won't be coming to this place. Also it's upsetting how the price changes every time I'm always paying either $52, $53 and yesterday was 55. It's ridiculous, how the price changes every visit and on top of that I still tip.

I scheduled services for nails, lashes, toes, etc., and planned to spend a significant amount of money. I booked in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the owner would not be doing my nails as she was having "surgery"- hence another technician would be doing them. I was very disappointed. After checking the schedule through the booking app, I discovered that the owner does NOT even work on Saturdays. The information I was given over the phone was inaccurate, and I was misled. Within four days, nearly all of my nails had come off. I kindly reached out for a resolution, but I never received a response. I'm sure I will receive a response below a mediocre explanation yet the pictures say it all. FYI: I did not have multiple discounts. The owner had a promotion stating "Discount after 4th visit". Yet- I paid the price with poor care. Discounts don't compensate for nails popping off. Unbelievable. DO NOT receive service here.

I generally had a good experience, along with the two others that came with me, and felt confident after the manicure. Sad to say, the gel lasted barely 2 weeks before it started lifting. I've never had this happen to me anywhere I've had nails done. There was nothing excessive from my day to day either and I even tried wearing gloves to protect them more than my usual since I knew I was getting married. I did reach out to all six and they offered to only fix the nails that had lifted but that didn't feel right given 3 fixed nails wouldn't have been nice relative to 7 unfixed nails. So i decided to forego it completely. The gel also started peeling yesterday on an additional finger too. It's not even a month and it's been a huge disappointment for the price point to be honest.

I had hard Gel on my nails from my old place. Not chips or cracks! I was asking for my nails to be cut all the way down and hard gel again. Ben was the tech, he used a dremel to grind off what was on my nails and to cut down the length. I first had to keep telling him to go shorter and shorter. He then used the nail file and it still wasn't getting them short enough and they were extremely crooked. I had to point out about 8 of the 10 nails one by one that need to be leveled out. He then did his thing painting them. I got no lotion, no cuticle cutting, no hand message. Just the Dremel, file, paint, light and oil. About 3 hrs later 1 nail chipped. I went back and Rose tried to corrected it. She removed everything off the nail again. Placed some type of liquid hardener, cure it, but did not smooth it out so after it was painted it looked rippled. By that night a 2nd nail cracked, by morning a 3rd nail chipped. I wasn't doing any house work or anything to cause it. By day day 3, I have 3 chipped and 1 cracked nail and that's not mentioning the one they corrected. $50 for Hard Gel and 2 Visit, tipping both visits. Gone! Update: 7 days later my nails are so messed up. I really wanted to possibly go back and give them one more chance but absolutely not!

Not the best service that I received. I went once The lady that was doing my nails asked me if I wanted for her to put lotion on and I asked her yes assuming that is part of the process. They ended up charging me for extra 15 dollars for that and I was not informed. The lady did not do any kind of special treatment all she did was put lotion and with my acknowledgment made me pay extra. If I was going to pay that much might as well have done Gel. My nails tech took her time to clean the cuticle and did an amazing job of real russian mani, unlike other places that do manicure in 20 mins now days. Instead of feeling welcomed and comfortable, I felt watched the entire time. Some staff members would often look at clients while talking among themselves, which made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax. Another thing I found unprofessional was that, during business hours while the salon was full of clients, the owner would sometimes gather a few employees in one corner of the salon. They would stand there laughing loudly and having conversations unrelated to work. As a customer trying to enjoy a service I was paying for, I found this distracting and unprofessional, and it took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. A salon should be a place where clients feel respected, comfortable, and valued. Unfortunately, that was never my experience here. The only reason I continued coming was because of my nail technician, who is talented, professional, and always did an excellent job.
