I came here on a recommendation and was always more than satisfied! Cindy did my manicure and was more than friendly and welcoming to a new customer. On my second return I brought my friend and the quality of service was yet again great! She and I got pedicures from Cindy and a younger gentleman (didn't get his name but he's quick and good!) both who did excellent jobs. My manicure was done by Jenny, very quick and nice lady. $28 for both and It isn't the cleanest establishment (dirty bathroom and floors) thus the four star rating but aside from that I'm a happy customer read more

This is the 3rd time I've been here. The 1st thing I noticed...is how NOT friendly the staff was. Just looking around the room...the nail technicians just looked like they were "bothered" by customers. Not only to me, but others walking in around the same time. No one greeted us for at least a minute... I contemplated leaving. The work was just OK. It's hard to ask for what you want when the employees BARELY speak English. So, they kept doing the wrong thing and just guessing at what I said I wanted! I asked for a pedi and gel Manicure... I left with a pedi...and nothing on my nails at ALL!!! NOT EVEN regular clear polish. SO UNDERWHELMED! The polish was not as neat as it could've been & they were beyond slow. Finally my bill was about $50. I left a $6 tip...the guy who took the money looked at me and said, holding the money "THIS...for both of us" What the HELL!! I didn't ask for multiple people. I could NOT believe it! I'm NOT gonna double my tip because you all choose to split the work.... NOT my issue. I would NOT go back, on principle alone. read more

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I went in to get the powder gel nails done. They told me they would last longer then regular gel and was better for my nails. After 3 days all but 4 of the nails polish had completely peeled off and 2 of the gel powder nails began cracking. I called the manager and he told me To come in to have them redone. He had the same person who initially did my nails so them again. This did not inspire confidence in me that they would be done correctly plus it took 2.5 hours just to do that and a regular pedicure. Because she couldn't assure me that the same thing wouldn't happen again and both her and her co-worker kept encouraging me to get a gel manicure, I did. This was a $22 service and the manager did not acknowledge or speak to me when I was paying. Even when they tried to charge me for the service they were supposed to be fixing and I had to let them know that . In a review I left with their personal reporting system I detailed this. Someone sent me a text apologizing for this and told me to come in and talk to the manager kevin to get it rectified. When I went in to talk to kevin about it he said they already fixed the issue ( with their $22 service in exchange for a $40 service) and when I told him I came in because he texted and told me to he said " I didn't send that text, someone else did." I let him know that my time was wasted coming there for nothing and he just looked at me and nodded his head. No apologies for my time being wasted and no refund for the extra $18 i paid for a horrible service. I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know the same! read more

I made an appointment at 1 o'clock to come in at four on the same day when I arrived they were very busy I gave them my name and checked in they gave me a Post-it with a number I was afraid it would be a while but it was not it was perfect they called me three minutes later everything was very sanitary they take your temperature do you have to have a mask all of the utensils or vacuum sealed and clean they paid special attention to me because I was recovering from a car accident and an ingrown nail Rose was perfect every time I come to service is great and everyone is wonderful even if you have to wait a little bit it's definitely worth it read more

The nails themselves are nice... but they are nothing like the photo. also they are square-rounded when I asked for rounded-almond shaped :/ but moral of the story is: just speak up if you are unhappy with your nails so you don't walk out of the salon feeling like you wasted your own money. read more

I Love Love Love My Nails! Manicure & Spa Pedicure was more than relaxing. Great arm and leg massages with mani & pedi. I was falling asleep in the chair with the full back massage setting. This shop is always full as the techs are friendly and customer oriented. No matter what your style is, you can get it here..along with other options. This place is hella wack. My girlfriend wanted to try it out for the first time so she did. She had a set in mind which looks pretty hard to repeat but that wasn't the problem. The problem was when she started to complain that it wasn't looking the way she wanted, the nail tech said "no no no it looks good" and proceeded to paint them. I came with her just to get my nails cleaned up and the lady that worked on mine upsold me to a $20 manicure because she'll massage my hands?? Other places did the same thing for $10. I tried to clarify I just wanted them cleaned for $10 and she said it's 20. Plus she ended up giving me hangnails. We'd already been they're for so long and we're both the type of people to feel bad they worked so long just to ask for a refund. So we didn't ask for one. We spent $80 for nothing and the next day she went somewhere else to get them fixed for another $36. read more

I just couldn't find anyone as good as her shes the sweetest most kindest person ever, so professional and caring kevin is the best too super funny and knows all his clientele always welcomes them and is super funny! Have Kevin do your nails and make an appointment he gets real busy and he is very popular. Sometimes he has same day appointments but don't count on that. Get to your appointment a little early too because sometimes they overbook! For pedi ask for Cindi she's great and really does a great job and she's super nice! Love her! I don't get pedi too often so I don't know if she books up quickly but while your making your appointment with Kev might as well make one with her too! And yes, this place is a little ratchet. But the work is quality and the nails LAST I've had mine on for 6 weeks before and still had a hard time getting them off! read more

My favorite nail salon , I gota drive from napa to Vallejo when I go here but it's worth it , they do such an amazing job every time I go and the pedicures are the best ! The first time I made an appointment for a pedicure and they did an amazing job. The place is dirty, they dont really follow social distancing. I noticed that when you ask them to fix something they get irritated. Yesterday I went in for a gel manicure, and to remove my acrylic nails. The owner of the salon started to pick my acrylics off with a fake nail and he made me bleed. When I told him that I was in pain he rolled his eyes and started talking to other employees. I was sitting by myself for ten minutes waiting for service until finally someone came. This lady came over and dipped my hands in acetone but she didn't even use foil... she drilled off my nails but she STILL left acrylic on my nail, filed my nails uneven, and when I asked her to fix it she sighed and walked away. I asked for a baby blue color and she gave me a completely different color... I really wanted to like this salon because my first experience was amazing but wow they really left me in pain and were super rude to me. I would not recommend this salon to my friends or ANYONE. read more

If I could give no stars I would . I don't even know where to begin ! My friend and I went in and had the worst experience . We felt rushed , they did a poor job on our nails , my friends nails were lumpy and all her nails were a different shape . Her nail tech saw one of her regulars come in so she quickly finished her so her regular could sit down , it was so unprofessional . My nail tech cut my finger good when she was filing my nails . I asked her if she could do the most simple thing and she said she could, it didn't come out anything like I wanted . The salon is dirty , they don't clean their stations between clients and it's crowded as hell . The color selection is trash , it was overall a horrible experience , my friend and I have to go somewhere else to get our nails fixed ! Don't waste your money here ! I've been to this place twice now. The first time was okay but I decided to give it another try. First I had to instruct the guy on how to remove all the nail that lifted, as he did this he cut into two of my nail beds. Then I had to instruct him on how to shape my nails, which still turned out uneven. I chose the color 460 and it obviously was a bad bottle so I had to return the next day to have a few of my nails redone. Then 3 days later the shellac on three more nails started peeling off. I paid and tipped well on both occasions so I will not be returning. One stars because they have a good base of colors and the guy was nice just not talented. read more

I've tried really hard to like this place. The owner is very nice. BUT! I've made an appointment on several occasions, and each time it has yet to fail I have waited at least an hour and a half to get seated. The first time I didn't get seated untill 730, and even when I was done getting a simple fill I had to leave without the pedicure I was wanting to get. Due to the long wait and lack of organization. I gave it one more chance and went in at 1215, I.called ahead and was told the wait would only be 30 min. Compleat lie. I never even got seated. I had to leave after waiting yet again an hour and a half. I was at that point going to be late to work if I didn't get sat for a pedicure in the next 10 min, but there was still 3 other people.in front of me. Unfortunately I now need to find a new nail salon. read more
