What can I say, my expectations were WAY too high for this place and not only did I give them one chance but two, which I was disappointed BOTH times. On my first visit, I called to make an appointment and specified that I wanted square shape as I have been disappointed on how other salons have accommodated my request. I would think that this would be the easiest shape to provide. I was ensured that any of the technicians there are able to give me the shape that I wanted. I was in fact told that on the phone and again when I arrived for my appointment and I reiterated that I have been unhappy with other places. "Yes, EVERYONE here can do" is was I was told once and then again. WRONG!! Ken was the first tech I saw. He was in a huge hurry to get through my service. He was not thorough with my pedicure and when it came to my nails, he was trying to sell me on a new full set which I had just done the previous time I had my nails done. He charged me for a cut down, was supposed to be $3 but I believe he charged me for almost every nail that he filed down. He was in such a hurry that when he was shaping my nails he filed into my finger so deep it was bleeding profusely and took almost two weeks to completely heal. Again, I was unhappy with the shape and paid over $70 for a basic pedicure and a fill. I still left him a tip although it was undeserved. The second time I came in, I requested a female technician. Amy was the lady that did my next service. She did a much better pedicure and actually took time with my feet but when she was trimming the cuticles, she cut me. When I flinched from being hurt she started laughing. Not sure what is funny about causing pain to someone but she got a kick out of it. When it came to my fingers, again I asked for a sharp square shape. Not what I ended up with. She even asked me at one point if I wanted the corners rounded and I said "No, I like them as sharp as possible" so she rounded them anyway. SO FRUSTERATING!! I spent over $75.00 on that visit (I got a very small design on each ring finger) and was so unhappy that I even told the salon manager that was checking me out. She said that she could easily fix the shape but I told her not to bother. Unsure how you could square off a nail that is almost oval without taking off all of the length. Sigh.... So all in all...this place is overpriced, they try to sell you on stuff you don't want or need and they are not accommodating in the least to what their customers want. I will never go back and I would never recommend this place to anyone! read more

Not even worth a star. Complete scam. Did the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. Have no experience with a dip manicures. Extremely aggressive and pure laziness. Save your self the money and don't come here. I walked out of there paying $80 for a basic pedicure and manicure which is outrageously over priced for shit work. read more

AVOID IT!!!! I made an appointment a few days prior because of memorial day weekend. I arrived to my appointment and checked in and I was already registered for a gel manicure. After waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally addresses me and says the manager told them that no appointments were scheduled for today because of the holiday. I told her that I spoke with someone on the phone, they said it wouldn't be an issue and scheduled the appointment. The woman went in the back to do something for about 15 minutes, and then came back with no acknowledgement of the appointment and I was completely ignored. After 30 minutes I left because this place is an absolute joke. Beyond horrible customer service PLUS, it is really dirty. Ugh - literally go anywhere else. read more

The pros: my nails turned out great. The Salon was very pretty and modern. The people were nice. Everyone had on a mask. The cons: they didn't sanitize the stations or chairs in between customers. My pedicure was meh. The massage I got during it was not even good enough to be called a massage and I paid $60 for it. When my fingernails were done I was told to wash my hands. I came back and my cell phone and purse were thrown on another station and someone else was sitting where I had been so I thought that was rude because anywhere else I have gone, they double check your nails after you wash them. Also, I haven't had a pedicure in a while. We are in a pandemic. A lot of dry skin came off of my feet. The woman that was doing my feet laughed at me and showed the technician next to her who also laughed at me. She then swept it up and showed me how much dead skin there was and continued to laugh at me. On her way to dispose of the skin she showed a few other people who also turned and laughed at me. I was very embarrassed. Update: I'm changing the 2 stars to 1 star. I just got my nails done a little over a week ago and they are already lifting. I will never go here again. read more

There's glue all over my hands still, she made me bleed multiple times, it took over two hours for just a dip on my nails, i had to get her to change the color because she said she could do an ombré and in fact she couldn't. I asked to see their pinks and she just grabbed a random shade of pink and started doing my nails with it without my approval. Most painful nail experience ever. She also made me cry in the salon because she started arguing with me that the pink is "supposed to be see through." Never going back read more

Tonya was amazing!! Would definitely come back! Service was super thorough and she took care to make sure I got what I wanted

Haven't been to this salon in about 2 years. I came in today to get a pedicure and sns fill in. When I first came in I was impressed by their remodel and expansion. They had upgraded beautifully however the vibe these ladies gave off as they were doing my nails kinda made me wish I would have went else where l. It's supposed to be a place to relax but the negative energy from these women definitely made me feel a little uncomfortable. The woman who did my feet took her time and gave me a good deal on my pedicure unfortunately the lady who did my fill in rushed. I asked her to use nail polish remover instead of the machine, she used the machine anyway. I feel the design on my finger which is supposed to be hearts could have been better. I don't have many complaints overall they did a decent job but definitely not that same quality as they use to give. read more

Overall I'm pleased with how my nails came out in the end and I thought the employees seemed very friendly and accommodating. That being said it is very cluttered and messy in there, they were really pushing add-ons at the start of my pedicure, and I don't think the nails I got are worth $70. I didn't see prices posted anywhere but if a basic set is even $40 I don't think a design on one nail would be $30. The website said there was a discount that expires 7/30, but I don't think I got any discount. I am visiting from out of town and didn't have time to get in with my regular girl before my next trip coming up in a few days, so I am glad they at least look good. I just probably won't come back if I'm in the area again needing them done. read more

Upon arrival it was a big place and seemed nice, you check in on an iPad which apparently I wasn't doing fast enough, so an employee came over there and finished it for me?? Sitting down the immediately grabs my hand and starts filing on my nail without even asking what I want. After the tips were glued on she rolled her eyes after I said I wanted a medium length. She was jerky with my hand and seemed in a rush the entire time. At the end I asked if I could have clear nail polish instead the gel and she proceeds to question me on why and tell my my nails will be destroyed if I don't get gel???? She put no effort into my nail and then continued to make sly comments because I didn't want the damn gel polish. After we finish she literally gets up and says "I don't know the price you can walk over there and pay" and then walks outside????? I will not be back read more

I never leave reviews but had to warn people on this one. I did a walk in...The tech who did my gel pedicure was very pushy about upselling to a deluxe pedicure. I politely said multiple times I wanted a regular pedicure, but wouldn't accept my answer. Eventually after the 4th time I politely said no, she got an attitude and didn't talk to me for the rest of my pedicure. It was to the point where the girl next to me had mentioned to me how uncomfortable it was. When it came time for my sns manicure, a new tech took me, who also was very stand-offish and took a 5 min break to go eat snacks in the middle of the salon with other tech's. I'm not one to complain, I just waited patiently to get finished up and get out of there. Within two days, my nail polish on my fingers started to peel, and at 5 days my gel polish on my toes started to peel. I do not recommend nails.com. read more

Love Lee, Lynn & Aimmee and Nails.com! They are amazing!! My daughter & I are never disappointed with the nail care and pedicures.

I thought the atmosphere in this place was great. The staff were all pleasant and cheerful. The SNS manicure with special design I received came out great. My only complaint is less than 24 hours after I got it done I had a chip. If I lived nearer, I would have gone back and I'm confident they would have fixed it. Now, less than a week later, I have chips in three of my nails. read more

I've never been cut so badly by a nail tech. This same nail tech made a point to show me how much dead skin she scraped off my heels while making comments and laughing like it was funny. Well I've been recovering from a torn Achilles and wearing a brace to bed every night since May that's rough on my skin. So yea my heels aren't the prettiest but don't taunt me for it. Maybe if she focused more on my nails then she wouldn't have had to spend so much time cleaning up blood and getting my big toe to stop bleeding. Did I mention this was an appointment for my wedding? Lol. In my opinion the nail tech who was doing my fingernails at the same time the other woman was doing my toes also did a terrible job. She put gel on over the SNS that was already on my nails. That's just lazy in my opinion. Never been to a salon where they didn't completely remove what was on the nails prior. I went to Ooh La La Nails the next day and got a new manicure. Terrible experience with Nail Com. I'll never be back. read more

This is it. This is my place. I've been all around and tried pedis elsewhere and I always come back to this place. I was only going to give 4 stars because it is a bit outdated, but that is changing. They are in the process of renovating. They still have customers coming in while moving things around. Now, if it was my first visit, I may have given a star less, but having been here several times, I quite enjoy watching the people that work together, work together to build a better establishment. I love it! I have had several appointments here and each service has been great. They take their time, listen to their customers, and it is very clean. This is my place. read more

I got sns and a pedicure . I was pleased with my pedicure reason for 1 star but my nails ? I'm angry ! I got my nails done on Wednesday and on Friday the powder started to chip and it looks a hot mess . This is my first time getting sns here and I will never come back . My nails usually last 3-4 weeks but it didn't even last 3 days after coming here . Just a waste of money and I'm a college student so I have to wait atleast 2 weeks to get them done again because I can not afford it . read more

Nails Com - Only 3 days after getting them done !!!! So disappointed - Nail Salons Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

My best friend and I needed to treat ourselves and decided to come here. We immediately got to sit for our pedicure. The lady did not even ask my friend what service she wanted she rushed through the whole thing. As they were doing her toes they were doing her acrylic nails, which is fine but when she was finished she was going to do mine but instead her boss told her to do some other chicks nails...... I have my toes done just waiting, at this point I have been there for 3 hours, An hour and a half of that was for my toes. Did I mention we had an appointment! By the time I get my nails done the lady is doing a terrible job, but she told me she never does acrylic (why would a manger tell her to do them if she knows absolutely nothing) then later someone comes over and fixes my nails and they are perfect he was very sweet. But wait... haha we are just sitting here doing the design on my nail and the to lady's who works there starts arguing and yelling! What kind of business is this! If you come here ask for the young gentleman. He was great. read more

BEST GEL manicure I've found in Jacksonville and the beaches so far. They get the latest OPI every few weeks and have a small box full of swatches just for gel! I'm admittedly very picky but I've found many colors I like here, whereas other places that claim to be trendy and overpriced have 50 shades of red and pink. The techs are caring and attentive from the moment you walk in until the moment you step out of the door. The price is the best part though- $25 for gel removal, manicure including paraffin and the gel polish. They even have stamp cards for rewards! It is in a strip mall, but what isn't in a strip mall in Jacksonville? read more

This place is very busy so I've learned to make an appt when I come in, other than that, it's reasonably priced and always a good experience when I come in! On a family vacay in Jax and desperately needed a gel mani so I found this spot close by. Made an appt but had to wait 45 mins to get started which was a major inconvenience and no apologies were given. Despite the rough start they had a good selection of colors and the place was comfortable and ventilated. My manicurist was Khoa, he was nice but he did burn my nails a few times with the electric nail file but he was apologetic. Overall I was satisfied with the manicure but they should really honor appointments or give realistic waiting times. read more

honestly this place is always hit or miss. once thing i will say, every 2 weeks for at least 3 months i would get my nails done, wanting one of those cute sets of nails that are super cute & trendy. not once did i like a set. if you are looking for a cute, elegant, super time consuming set this is NOT the place for you. you will walk away very disappointed. i've always enjoyed my pedicure experiences. there was one time where an older lady made my big toe bleed, but it doesn't happen too much. they are pretty decent for a pedicure, just depending on the person. they will try to sell some $75 pedicure package thing that doesn't include gel, but just make sure to ask for the regular pedicure menu for bette/cheaper pedicure package. if you're looking for a great deep hand massage, i would recommend seeing liz. she knows the pressure points on your hand & hits them all. i def feel better after it. she only charges i wanna say ($15?) for 10 minutes. definitely worth it! they definitely overprice, and it's kind of ridiculous. sometimes they do not even provide the price when they start. i asked for a set that was easily $80-$85, not including tip, and it turned out to be $100+. they do offer military/student discounts, which helps. also my fault for not asking the price. they can def improve on getting better trained nail artists. their shop is so pretty, it just needs the finishing touch of pretty nails. read more

This place sucks! My daughter took my granddaughter here yesterday.
