My wife had a pedicure today and well I decided to get one as well! I've been having a problem with ingrown nails on two of my toes for about two years. They have been hurting and I've been trying to take care of it myself. Kelly (the nail tech) was able to help me with it.... Oh wow it made such a big difference on how she cut it and prepared it. Honestly so glad she did it and will definitely come back! And before you ask; NO I did not get any color!!!!! lol. The second you walk into Manifest, you feel welcome. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The salon is beautiful, clean, trendy and comfortable. I've been twice and Jaionni has taken my nails to another level. I walked in on my first visit with acrylic nails and left with gorgeous builder gel nails that look so natural. My bestie and I came here during the week for an appointment at noon. It's amazing to have a local salon that does online appointments! We were able to get them both done at the same time and the vibe was great. I love how my feet look and they allowed me to bring in my own polish - I have had reactions to gel so this was amazing. Both of our nail techs were so nice as well. My feet feel amazing. I will probably go for a manicure soon as well. read more

i love the work the girls do at this salon but their speed and professionalism is 0. both times I've gone here I've seen verbal arguments and almost got in a fight here. the girls are quick to anger, obv. I go here for a relaxing pedicure and acrylic, this time I went they were unable to complete my service bc the customer before me was arguing with the tech, and they left me with acitone on my nails for an hour while they dealt with the upset customer. I won't be coming back here, as both times I've gone have been stressful and unpleasant. The only thing they are manifesting is a zero star. read more

I had a 1 PM appointment, but I wasn't helped until 1:30 PM, only to be left soaking my nails while my tech juggled multiple clients. While the shop was already full and clearly overwhelmed. Instead of managing their bookings properly, they continued accepting more clients, constantly telling people to come back later--without considering the time and attention their current customers deserved. My nail set wasn't finished until 3 PM. I've never had a simple service take two hours--especially when a full nail set and pedicure usually take about 1.5 hours in a well-run salon. On top of that, the lack of organization was obvious. Techs were constantly squeezing past each other, borrowing supplies, and searching for products--even on their own carts. It was chaotic and contributed heavily to the inefficiency. If you're looking for a salon that values your time and runs smoothly, this is not the place. I won't be returning. read more

And the hostess/receptionist called me by the wrong name despite the appointment and being checked in under my name. I was vacationing in Jacksonville and chipped my big toe pedicure which I had done in my hometown. I called Manifest and went that day.They did not have the brand nail polish that was used. Marisol tried to match the polish. I ended getting all my toes polished and was impressed with Marisol's attention to detail and the pedicure was very shiny. Enjoyed the massage chair. I had a scheduled appointment and when I showed up it seemed like I was a bother. The place was packed. The one woman (unsure if she was the owner) was dictating the schedule to the other women working and had to asked around to the available techs if any of them knew how to do dip polish. She ended up taking me herself and they came out horrible. They were super chunky and looked way too built up in the middle, not smoothly done whatsoever. It was a weird energy in the space as well. Seemed like some of the techs may hate each other and you can tell there was something off. The tv was blasting really loudly so there was no way to really have a convo with anyone else. I was optimistic since it was closer to home but not a good trip overall. read more

This is what a 65$ pedi will get you. Streaky uneven gel polish & leftover bits all over skin. Crap cuticles, cuts, uneven nails. Nails cut so short they burn & you can't sleep. I was not asked if I wanted my nails cut either she just started chopping with the cuticle clippers. They were not uneven when I went. I wish I didn't waste my time & money coming here to be butchered & embarrassed wearing sandals 2 days before my vacation. They spent a whole 5 seconds scrubbing calluses too. I also had to wait for a different lady to paint my toes while she sat there with her coworkers doing her nails and talking about business ideas while I sit there with cold towels. The more I look at my nails the angrier I get. Such a waste. read more
