Nada was great, she did a beautiful job in threading and also put henna on my brows. I stopped in to Sudie's to ask about micro blading and was greeted by a friendly young lady who answered my initial questions about the process. She put me on the phone with Sudie and we made an appointment for the next week. I have very blonde brows that aren't very hairy. I also don't wear much makeup and never visit beauty salons for anything other that a simple haircut. So I was nervous about coming away with dramatic brows, which wouldn't fit my look. But my mom had a good experience with micro blading with Sudie so I decided to take the risk. Sudie drew two shapes, one on each brow, and asked which I preferred. She reapplied numbing gel when she could tell I was wincing. (That really helped). She explained the follow up care thoroughly too. The brows turned out great. She says they will lighten a bit in 10 days (I'm on day 3) which should be perfect. I'll return for a touch up in 5 or 6 weeks as suggested. My favorite part...Sudie suggested tinting my lashes (which look basically non existent) and I said sure, let's try it. It stated to burn a little towards the end but Sudie rinsed my eyes very thoroughly which I really appreciated! No lasting discomfort and the look is amazing! Nothing dramatic (since I don't have much eyelash to begin with), but as soon as I sat up and looked in the mirror, I felt like I was looking at myself with my usual light makeup on. (I only really wear eye makeup). Now my morning is makeup free. Sudie was kind enough to throw in that eyelash tinting for free. Smart lady because that will keep me coming back for sure! One last thing. At the beginning of the process, Sudie handed me an individually wrapped blade and said this is your blade. As someone who works in healthcare (specifically an operating room), cleanliness is important to me. I love that she values it enough to offer that information to me without being asked. I purchased a Groupon for a lash and brow tint, which is kind of like dye for those areas. I made an appointment and was seen soon after my appointed time. I have never even had my brows waxed before so being nervous was an understatement. I saw another person, not the owner, and made sure she knew I had a Groupon before she started. She said I should get my brows cleaned up and she threaded them (extra $10, which I didn't ask for and didn't know was going to be charged for). She then dyed my brows and then my lashes. At first it was fine, but about 10 minutes in my eyes started burning. They were pretty irritated once I opened them when it was done, but thankfully by the time I drove home I was fine. I do wish there was a little more communication about what to expect and checking in to make sure I was alright, but it turned out okay. I think I expected the lashes to be darker and brows to be lighter. She said not to get either wet for 24 hours and that they would get lighter once I they did. read more

Had an appointment at 2pm to get microblading. Arrived 15 minutes early as I don't like being late for an appointment. I must say, the wait before the numbing cream was applied was long but bearable. Afterwards, it was a long wait before the actual microblading procedure began. Showed a picture of the shape I wanted. Needless to say, I am not pleased with the outcome. Sudie was super busy and I felt like the outcome was the result of rushing due to being super busy. I was expecting to walk out happy due to the reviews I've read and pictures I've seen. One side is thicker than the other and are super long in length. 5 days have now passed since the procedure and the color on the inner side of one brow is nearly gone. I have been following the after care instructions to the exact as this is a very costly procedure and would hate to ruin. I hope at my 6 week touch up this can be fixed. read more

I have been coming here religiously to get my brows threaded for about 2 years now, since they replaced the younger girl who used to thread with the older woman the service has gone down the drain. Today I signed in and took a seat since there were other people so I knew there would be a wait but after 45 minutes, two girls walk in and nearly immediately were placed in the chair. I've been coming to Sudie's for at least 4 years now and have always had satisfactory service. Yesterday (02/04/2021), I went to Sudie's at 5:40pm to get my brows threaded, but when I entered there was a newer employee who literally yelled at me to come back after 6pm. She didn't tell me why I couldn't wait (there was only one customer). So, I came back at 6:55pm (they close at 8pm) to find the lights on, no one inside, the "open" light flashing, and the door locked. I waited for 15 minutes, and also banged on the door, but no one answered. I came back, just like I was asked to. Today (02/05/2021) I went back to Sudie's at 3:15pm, as I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. The same new employee yelled at me to come back in an hour, with no explanation. This time there were 3 people waiting, so I'm not sure why I couldn't wait. I drive from Arlington to get my brows threaded at Sudie's, so it's disappointing to not be allowed to wait in the store. I can't go home, so I just wait in my car. No more though. I can't believe the amount of unprofessionalism from the new employee. I'm a long-time customer, but I will not be back again. read more

Instead of my usual place I decided to come here based on Michelle M.'s review. This place is pretty awesome. It was very clean & no appointment needed . They were super busy and I was still in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and paid just $10 for my eyebrow threading. Parking is a little bit tricky because it's just a one way and can be a little tight when there's a lot of customers in the strip mall. No worries I found a spot. To be honest about this place they're not the best threading salon that I've been to. I've gone twice now and the first time they did both mine and my moms brows too thin. I knew then that I wouldn't be going back to get my brows done, but I did go again to get some facial hair removed. They missed a large area of hair, so needless to say I will not be returning. Sudie is a literal magician when it comes to microblading. I'm naturally super blonde and don't have much eyebrow hair to begin with, and I was so exhausted by drawing unrealistic-looking brows on my face every day so I decided to take a shot with Sudie. I had read reviews about the salon and everything was all so positive so I figured hey! Why not! I walked in and Sudie was busy doing her magic with the thread on another client which I was so intrigued by! It was fun to watch her in action. When she sat down with me I showed her what I normally drew my brows on as and she asked if I wanted to keep the shape of that but knowing she was the pro I said absolutely not, do what would look best! She picked the color and it was so spot on I knew I was in great hands. Initially of course microblading is going to be a bit uncomfortable--you're putting ink into your skin and the numbing cream can only penetrate so much initially. But she made sure to get a great starting shape and then put more numbing cream on before she completely filled them and after that I hardly felt a thing. When she was done I almost cried of happiness. My eyebrows were always something I was very self conscious about but Sudie made them so beautiful I can feel confident walking out the door without makeup on. I would recommend her and her salon to everyone I know and when people compliment me on how amazing my eyebrows are I always tell them to go to her. I came here to try eyebrow tinting for the first time. It is where they tint the eyebrows with a dark dye to add color. The lady first threaded my eyebrows, which is different from waxing in that they use two pieces of thread to cut off the eyebrow hairs with a quick snipping motion. Then they apply a dark dye to your eyebrows using a Q-tip and let it sit for five minutes. Finally, they wipe the eyebrows with an oil and tell you to not wash your face until the next day. Last week, I walked in here a quarter to eight with hope and a long shot. The studio is nice and I was greeted right away. Even though they were closing in 15 minutes and Sudie was working on another guest, she agreed to take me. (The girl she was working on was getting an eyebrow tattoo and it looked fantastic!) Below is the review of my experience: I received 3D eyelash extensions (cluster) and eyebrow threading. The good: when I sat in the chair Sudie looked at me and immediately informed me that I needed my eyebrows done (probably true). I agreed and let her get to work. This was my first time having my eyebrows threaded and I don't think I'll ever go back to waxing! It's an interesting feeling, kind of a prickly pain but it doesn't last long and let me tell you.. The end result is worth it! She then went on to my eye lashes. She was very detail oriented and made sure both eyes looked the same. I was in and out in half an hour. The bad: Nothing bad to report! The ugly: unfortunately, after four days the lashes are feeling pretty loose and don't look as "natural" as what I'm used to. Even being extremely cautious I'm afraid I'm going to lose some pretty soon. Overall cost: $40 ($30 for eyelashes and $10 for eyebrows) Final thoughts: I don't wear eyelashes that often but I would definitely return for eyebrows! read more

Rhonda (not sure if I'm spelling her name right) and Sudie were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The lady I had sat to the right of me and just had me turn my head towards her to work on even my left side. It seemed rushed and not very attentive to detail. I was in and out in less than 10 min. However, after getting in the car, I realized she had missed some spots, especially on the left side. I had to clean them up when I got home.
