AMAZING! I came all the way from georgia to come to this salon and sadly it was already 7pm when i got there (closing time) the staff still took me in regardless and let me get mani and a pedi. This salon is my personal favorite, the staff always treat you so well and even offered me something to drink. I went into Love Nails and was very displeased with the friendliness of the staff. They argued with me on what I had done and needed taking off and then proceeded to do this job seen in the photos. I had to go back later today to get them redone because the edges were so sloppy and my nails were bubbling underneath. Two days after getting them redone, the following pictures are already chipping. Do not get your nails done here. read more

Very rude! Inexperienced nail tech. Pedicure was horrible. Has a sign that says "We have the right to refuse service to anyone" right in the front, that lets you know what kind of problems they have in there. Stopped by as a walk in on a Friday and only 1 person was in there, so I should have known. read more

Rude service. Got upset when I asked if they can do a design on my nails. Never spoke other to give me an attitude. Will not be coming here again. I asked for a gel manicure AND gel pedicure. Got regular polish on my toe nails and gel on my hands. I actually needed to get my eyebrows done as well. Declined that service. Wanted to leave immediately but really needed to get my nails and feet done. Otherwise I would have left immediately. Basic services but I will say the place was clean and seemly hygienic. The older lady that took my old gel polish off filed my nails unevenly and I asked her to file ONE thumb nail down twice. After she was done filing, the owner replaced her and cut my cuticles and painted my nails. During the switch, the older lady proceeded to talk and complain about me asking her to fix my crooked nail and another nail tech chimed in about how I was picky because I called before my visit to ask if they had OPI gel. They went on and on, not aware that I spoke Vietnamese. The owner didn't engage in their conversation and she did a good job with my gel manicure. I made it known at the end that I knew what they were saying. The owner was kind of apologetic and she told me to come back and she would take care of me next time. Their prices were very inexpensive but I don't think I can go back and support their rude techs. read more

I was in need of a fill in and stopped to the nearest nail salon with a good rating on yelp. I found this place and I love it. The price was a bit steep for just a fill in (almost $40), I originally got my full set done for $30 but I was satisfied with the work. Love nails far exceeds expectations! Attention to detail, personal atmosphere, and all with the very BEST customer service I've ever had at a nail salon. My nails and toes haven't looked this GOOD since I lived in Miami. Wonderful, always upbeat staff that produce great work. Dirty place , Nasty attitude. First time I went there the lady got nasty with me because I didn't wanna choose a DND color and I wanted Essie. Said I would never come back but I did out of desperation.This time i went I had to wait about 15 min so as I'm sitting there, I'm watching them go from one person to another using the exact same pedicure tools which not is not just gross it can pass fungus and infections. So when she calls me up I ask her if they use sterilized tools after every customer of course she says yes, goes back trying to find some clean tools and is talking about me in Vietnamese all the other people working there turn around and look at me making it so obvious at this point I got up and left. My best friend and I have been coming here for the past two years. It used to be THE place to go. They greeted you when you walked in, offered you a beverage, and took their time providing quality manicures and pedicures. Over the past 6-8 months, it has become progressively worse. The last time my friend and I came here we said we would give it one more chance. Well, that was a mistake. Today I received the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. My cuticles are still sore and present, my feet do not look or feel any better, and when they go to finish up the color on my feet with the design I provided at the beginning, the peach design I chose was put on my feet with a burnt orange color. When I asked for a color closer to the rest of my toes, I was told they did not have anything. I voiced my discontent and ended up leaving with no design. I recommended in the future with other clients that they are upfront if they can't do the design or state if they don't have the any colors close to match the remaining polish. I will sadly not be returning and will be shopping for a new nail salon. I hope they can one day return to the quality service they once provided. read more

If I can give anything lower than a "0" I would!!! THE WORST!!!!!! I've been to many nails spas here in Jacksonville - But this by far is the worst service EXPERIENCE ever! I have never been so BLATANTLY insulted in a nail salon ever! I am a business professional and work in the area and I cant believe how I was treated from the time I sat down for my service until the time I walked out! The "technician" that worked on my nails didn't greet me just immediately started working on my nails. very roughly I may also add.... she didn't check to see if I liked the shape of my nails. I was if I didn't have a choice! She didn't even ask what color I wanted - I had to ask someone for gel color samples while she was doing my nails - Long story short, the color I chose didn't match what I asked - ended up with mismatch color on my feet, hands, and of course they charged me more than what was on the website - When I questioned the amount the "technician" didn't even turn around to speak to me in my face... she just kept speaking her language to the other staff members not addressing any of my questions. The other staff members were quite amused by what she was saying to them. As low and unprofessional as she was, I kept my composure, very respectful and never raised my voice (I could have as I as in full right to!). I just know that I will NEVER be back. I'm just in total shock of the disrespect! read more
