I can't speak to the quality of their work as I left before I had my service. I made an appointment and arrived 10 minutes before in order to look over the colors available and to ensure I wasn't late. Unfortunately, the shop didn't offer the same level of respect for my appointment that I did. There were 4 technicians and 5 customers when I walked in, so my greeting was understandably from someone in the back. I informed them I had an appointment and received no acknowledgment so stood awkwardly since there was no waiting area. Someone came up to the tablet which made me assume they were getting my appointment up but she wound up checking someone out. I was still standing there until finally I was directed to a spa chair, which had just been used and I noticed was not cleaned - rather a bag was used in place of the cleaning. Now I'm used to nail salons using bags but every other one I've been to has ALSO cleaned the spa tubs as well. I sat for a few minutes, someone brought a menu but I knew what I wanted so that was a useless time killer. Many minutes later of sitting in silence, fruitlessly waiting I decided that with the lack of hygiene along with the lack of service it wasn't in my best interest to stay. It should be noted this place offers a discount on your next service if you leave a good review. That being said, the they are very nice and seem to have great relationships with their regulars! I've gone back a couple more times since my original review, but the last time I went there was a roach on the seat next to me. After that I started noticing how dirty everything was. Prime example why you shouldn't go to a nail salon on a whim. Came here to get a polish change for my nails and toe nails and the lady who was doing my toenails nicked both sides of my big toe to the point where it wouldn't stop bleeding for a while. I've been here for over an hour or so and I'm still waiting for her to fix my toe nail. This is ridiculous. I will NOT be coming back here. Not sure how this salon is rated so high!! I've been holding off on this post to see how my nails turned out after a couple weeks worth of wear and tear. Anyone can post about how pretty their nails turned out the day of but it's about how long they last and still look fabulous. I'm back for a fill today and I am pleased to announce that I finally found a nail salon with an incredible nail tech who listened to my concerns and fixed them! Before I came to this salon I struggled with thin weak nails. I picked at my nails constantly due to the SNS dip powder being so light and thin on my nails which is suppose to be heavier than the gel. Kevin listened to my concern and added an extra layer of strength to the tip and suggested we try the dip powder. Kevin is not only funny and personable, he is extremely professional and does a beautiful job on my nails. Would highly recommend him! He even helped me pick out a flattering neutral color based on my skin tone. It's now my favorite (V63 SNS Dip Powder) Additionally, my nails have NEVER been this long! I usually keep them short or if I grow them I end up gnawing them off (bad habit I know) but the dip ended lasting for 4 weeks with this beautiful neutral color and the handy work of Kevin. I will be back for future appointments and will recommend to anyone seeking quality long lasting beautiful nails. NEW MANAGEMENT; Lily recently did my nails and she did an incredible job. I'm tired and my legs and feet need a pampering. I stopped in after work, around 5:45pm thinking there would be a very long wait. Surprisingly, I was told about a fifteen minute wait. Perfect! I'll wait. I was directed to my chair and the basin was filled shortly after being seated. (While I waited for someone to begin my pedicure) A short time after that a gentleman, whom I've never seen before comes over and taps my feet, as in pick your foot up out if the water. He quickly pushes back my cuticles and then before I realize it, he's cutting my toe nails. By the time I could say something half of my toenails had been clipped, short! I purposefully leave my toenails on the longer side because I think my feet look really fat with short toenails. He points to the very nicely constructed pamphlets and I informed him of the pedicure of choice and informed him I'd like a French pedicure. He proceeded to provide a decent pedicure. Then he starts applying the white, very thick. He thins the line and asks if it's ok, I stated no... thinner that's why I keep them long. I could immediately tell he was perturbed and he began speaking in a language I couldn't understand. Shortly thereafter, the owner comes over to finish my pedicure, ensuring the white "lines" are thin enough. I applaud her for stepping in and ensuring I was pleased with my pedicure. I will definitely come back, probably making an appointment next time for the lady who normally provides the BEST pedicures! (I'm pretty sure she is the owners mom). All in all a place where you do get good service. read more

I had to appreciate that they didn't rush their current clients in order to get to me as that would have told me they are less concerned about quality. I try to be understanding that any number of circumstances could've gotten them behind schedule & I wasn't in a rush. They didn't get started on me until after their closing time but they still took the time to do an amazing job on my pedicure & never once expressed frustration about the time like I've seen so many others do. I went here on 3/31 to get a sns mani and a pedi for prom and it was HORRIBLE. If you like to have a conversation do not come here, if you want to make sure your understood also DONT COME HERE. I got a SNS manicure and a pedicure matching. My mother was to meet me there so we could get our pedicures done at the same time, for quality bonding. They insisted on rushing me even though I told them I want to wait multiple times. They continued to make the water and when I went to dip my feet in it was ice cold. I told the lady doing my pedi and she couldn't understand English so the lady doing my moms had to tell her. My moms cuticle bed was cut, as well as her feet. They literally shaved off her skin so much she was raw! No one spoke English well. And my SNS manicure was HORRIBLE. It looked nice, but don't all nails at first? The lady that did them activated the polish all the way onto my thumbs CUTICLE. It STILL hurts, and it's been almost a week. I have never experienced the level of customer service Kevin and his wife Michelle provided from a nail salon, I am so blown away. I came in at 6:30 (30min before closing) and they welcomed me with a smile on their face even though I requested acrylic removal, dipped nails and a pedicure right before closing. Myself and a woman with her two daughters were there until 9pm. They are so patient and kind, they knew every customer going in and out by name and they did not rush. Although it is not the most fancy salon it is extremely comfortable and they offer really fun additives to their pedicure packages. I did the lavender jelly pedicure because another customer recommended it and loved it. I wish I had this Salon back in OC . I will coming here every time I'm in town for business. I had a bad experience here and I have to share it. I received a pedicure by Ally. I was painfully cut twice. It was very unpleasant. I came home and the following day my toe was swollen with pus. It looked infected. I went back. They cleaned it. I told them if there is no improvement in a couple of days, I'm going to the doctor and they will have to cover my bill. I didn't get any apologies or reimbursement. Instead, I got an attitude and the nail tech even had the nerve to say that she cut a different toe and not the swollen, pussy one. read more
