TLDR: they suck at acrylic nails. don't go if you have literally any other options. i've been here three times and they have messed up my nails three times. honestly i should have stopped trying with them after the first time but they have a huge team and are very convenient for me so i really wanted them to be good but they just aren't. this last time multiple of my nails were completely different lengths and the edges were super jagged. the tech also said she could do a copy of a photo i showed her and then half way through i mentioned that it was a completely different look (i wanted gold and she was confidently doing silver) and when i mentioned it she said they didn't have gold and silver was the best she could do despite her saying she could copy the photo. another time i went my nails (acrylic) chipped after 2 days and then i went back and they touched them up (which was nice of them) but then they chipped again after 3 more days. i've never gotten a pedicure from them so i can't shed light on that but i can confidently say they do a consistently poor job on nails. read more

First time at this salon for dipped nails. I've worn them 3+ years, other artist at another shop retired. First pic, what I requested exactly, especially pointing out the shape, the smooth transition from dipped nails to cuticle, color, just dipped, not painted, and length. Next pics, what I got after 2.5 hours, and after asking for changes, telling her I didn't want the length. Then pics on two that lifted/fell off Saturday, and then one that broke and damaged my nail bed today. Problems: not smooth. Lumpy, weird like duck bills, not the target pic. She put obvious silver glitter on one third of the nail, kept telling me it was better, I said no, it's nice for other, but not what I want. She removed it then paintedy nails this pink color and added silver glitter swipe like dollar store polish. She told me her nails last a month. 2 weeks, two lifted and fell off on non dominant hand. Should have been $60 per the website, charged me $75 with a whole lot of manipulative attitude. I paid and ripped well as I always do ($30) because I never wanted to go back or think of the service or have any ties to them at all. But now I have to spend more time or just remove them all and spend more money. Very devious, kept saying trust me, trust me, trust me and her 27 years of experience and how fancy she did nails in Manhattan. I don't recommend. I've worn all sets of dipped nails a month and only had one nail break or lift in the past 3 years. Nails are a luxury and this experience was like spending $75 on something from 5 and Below. read more

The spa is nice clean and beautiful.The hosted was very nice I called and they got me in without appointment.The lady who did my nails she seemed nice took her time 2 hrs to do my sns but I do not like my nails.They look so wide and thick and my nails don't stay straight but up and they look weird.On the corners of my nails as you can see the pictures she hasn't applied the color very well.Wish the color turned out a little brighter and if she could give it a little more shape at the end would've looked better.Over priced for the job they've done.I don't think I'll go back. read more

Called ahead and they said no wait. Got there and waited 30 plus minutes without any acknowledgement after checking in. Ended up walking out. It also smelled like they had a sewage leak or something going. The smell was awful and I think that is why they leave the door open even when it's 40 degrees outside. read more

The inside is very nice. Clean and pristine and nothing is outdated. One of the nicer nail salons I've been to. I have only been once so far and did a pedicure and the results are great. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I did do the basic pedicure but there was no massage whatsoever, he put lotion on for 2 minutes and that's it, whereas, my other salons still do a decent massage even with the basic pedicure package. I am deeply disappointed by this nail salon and the quality of their work. I came in for a fill in with gel polish and I left with completely butchered nails. I am not one to complain but this is truly not good work and I was charged the 50 dollars. I left and was so upset and called for a refund and they offered no other choice but to come in and have them fixed. Why would I want to go back to a place where the nails are already peeling off within the first 15 minutes. The polish was also never fully cured and every one of my nails has bubbles. I am out 50 dollars and am very upset. Would not recommend at all. read more

New spot in town. From what I understand, they have only been open a few months, but they sure didn't fall short of service. I was greeted with a smile and for being a first time customer, the check in process was quick and effortless. The shop is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. My intention was to just get a dip manicure but decided to treat myself to a pedicure as well. Brenda did both my mani and pedi and I appreciated her method and efficiency. I've had dip manicures done many times before and was happy to see her do it properly so that this not so cheap services would last a few weeks before chipping. True test will be to see how long this one holds up. Prices for services seem to be on par with what other nail spas charge, but I'm happy to pay that for great service. The manager is rude, arrogant, and confrontational. He did my nails with the gel powder and the top coat started chipping after a week. The color on one of my nails chipped to the nail. I have had my nails done with gel powder for years at other salons and they have lasted for a month with no problems. I tried telling him this and he became extremely argumentative insinuating that I was lying and said his salon only guarantees the nails for two weeks. What a crock!
