Would not recommend. They did a bait and switch with a procedure I had done. Since I was a new patient, a certain percentage was taken off however as I was getting the procedure done a couple weeks later, the woman says "Oh by the way we changed the price since the last time you were here and it's actually XYZ" I had to pay an additional $400 which coincidently was the amount that was taken off to begin with. I paid for the procedure four weeks prior btw which I thought was odd because any other medspa I have been to either requires just a deposit or you pay after the actual procedure. However, after the consultation I was informed that the amount was due that day in order to book the procedure. At the end of the day, I dont appreciate dishonesty. Just don't bother with the whole new patient discount and just charge what it's supposed to be instead of pulling a fast one. The consultations are just a way for you to buy products. The young women there are just recommending products even though they have never worked on your skin and have known you for only 10 minutes. Not to be rude, but they don't have the medical expertise to be talking about skin unless they have credentials. And when I asked questions or refuted something they just gave a Gen Z stare. I'm sure all of it done for a commission. It's sleazy. And the ZO products are not worth it. I tried them in the past and they were no Bueno. So that was a hard pass for me. As I mentioned- I am a total newbie to this and wasn't sure what the expect but Pilar made me feel at ease and was constantly checking to make sure I was OK. Location: The location is new, fresh, clean and sparkly. I've been there three times now and the staff are always professional and courteous. They always ask if you'd like a beverage and have both room temp and chilled drinks. It might just be me but I don't have a taste for chilled drinks. COVID-19: The day before your appointment they call you to go over a medical questionnaire about your health. I don't feel comfortable going many places but that is not the case here. Masks are require, YAY! When you enter a treatment room you are required to wash your hands, YAY! I felt very safe coming here and appreciate their protocols. I've been fighting under eye bags for about a year. I went in for a consultation yesterday. The receptionist was so nice. I was impressed by the office space as well. It was very inviting. Once I was in the back, they really pushed their injections. I was a bit floored by the prices, but clearly I'm there and I was eager to hear about all that they had to offer. Then...the doctor came in. She looked at me and told me that she couldn't do anything for me. She said that I should go and see a plastic surgeon, because my case was too extreme. I then asked about the facials and she said that those couldn't help me either. She said that my collagen was fine and she said that surgery was my only option. I was never more embarrassed in my life. I'm sitting there wanting to try ANY approach and she turned me away. Also...she only looked at my eyes and never asked me about any other concerns. I left...sat in my car and cried. I had driven 30 minutes to get there...only to be turned away. I had never been so embarrassed in my life. I have been getting Botox injections for 30 years and thought I would give this facility a try since I just relocated to the Bartrum area and they were close to where I live. The facility was very clean but that is the only positive comment I have. I have never been denied the numbing cream before ever. That is standard for any other place I have been to. They try to cut corners and save at the expense of the patient's comfort. Their products are overpriced and the nurse practitioner was curt, aggressive, and rude. After asking the tech if I could see another nurse practitioner, the nurse I had the consult with came back into the room and told me to go elsewhere. Fine with me but too bad for them since I know four other people that wanted to check them out for not just Botox but for numerous other procedures and were relying on my input and experience there. The minute I walked in I saw a well decorated spa but the receptionist, Chloe who is actually the spa manager lacked professional qualities like the simplicity of greeting me even though she made clear eye contact with me and was not on the phone even though I was standing before her at the main reception counter area. I requested a lip injection appointment because this place was recommended to me. But the way they make their appointments are very odd with having a consultation initially with no option to have any lip injections the same day as the consult if you decide to have it. They actually make you wait for a second appointment to have the procedure and that's if you can even have a lip injection. However, I went along with it and scheduled the appointment. When I received the call from the owner, Pilar Hogan her tone of voice was very rude and cancelled my appointment without an explanation or apology. She yelled and was condescending even though I remained calm the entire time wanting an explanation in which she stated she didn't need to explain the reason for her cancelation. I informed the dermatologists who recommended me and they will no longer refer Helen. I purchased eye cream from this place. I was told it's a very good product to use around eye area and works miracles. I tried it once and it irritated my eye area. Second time I used, I was left with a burn mark. When I came in to tell about this problem and ask for a refund, I was told that they don't do returns and I assume my own risk when I use their products. it is a bad quality product with price 50.00 plus tax for 0.5 oz. Very poor customer service. I never heard of anything like that, and therefore will be reported them to the FDA. On a recipe it says no returns, so it dosesnt matter if you come back in one day or in one year. read more

I had an amazing experience for National Botox Day. First off, they were offering the best deal around on Botox plus a bunch of other deals and packages. Allergan was offering BOGO $100 GC, but the whole site crashed! I was able to purchase the gift cards but hadn't received the GC codes by the time of my appointment. Hello Smooth still honored the gift cards and allowed me to forward them the codes when I received them a couple of days later. For the special event, they had quite the set up for appetizers and drinks! Champagne and light bites had me wishing for a longer wait time before being seen. I was seen by NP Pilar who went through everything with me very carefully. Once I left, I checked the time and had maybe been there 20-25 minutes. I felt like I was there much longer because everyone was so thorough, but they are clearly efficient! As I was typing this, I even got a call from them to follow up and see how I was doing. I have been following them on social media for awhile now and know they have had some of the best trainings. In addition, some of the best prices in the area! This was the best Botox experience I have ever had. I have a vein near my right eye which has typically caused bruising to occur from a Botox appointment. I know it's in a tricky spot because I've previously had a plastic surgeon ask if he could demo how to avoid it with his student. I had just come to expect the bruises but not at Hello Smooth! I recently moved to Florida and needed to find a Botox provider near me. I decided to try Hello Smooth because they participate with the Alle rewards program and I had points and gift certificates. Everything started off good enough. Everyone was friendly, and my initial Botox treatment went well. Unfortunately the results were not what I'm used to. I've been getting Botox from a dermatologist for 7 years and my main problem area is my brow. I received a call back 2 weeks after my consult and I still had too much movement so I went back for a touch up. Sadly I STILL had a lot of movement in my brow, and when I called back, they said that I would have to wait 90 days to start over. Considering the cost which was almost double what I usually pay, I was extremely annoyed. I honestly don't think that Pilar is knowledgeable enough to inject Botox correctly to insure the best results. She certainly did seem to try to fix the problem, but she could not.... I'm disappointed that they didn't try to make things right. You lost a customer, I won't be back. read more

When I scheduled on the phone the lady said the consultation is just to basically see me & Suggest other treatments & see how many syringes id need & if time was ample we could do the injections same day... Just moved to Fl recently and needed to get Botox after not having it for six months. They tried to talk me into dysport but I decided to stick with Botox because it's always worked great in the past. Every time I get Botox they always recommend around 30-40 units but here the NP recommended 52 which I agreed because I asked for my under eye as well even though I thought it was too much. Normally it kicks in a few days later but this took about 7 days for the full effect and didn't even work as well as normal. 6 months ago I got 40 units and my face was completely tight and no wrinkles but for some reason they charged me for 52 and it barely effected me. This already makes me feel very suspicious that it was diluted or not what they told me it was, it has now been 2 weeks and it's already severely faded and is going away. It normally last 6 months before fading out completely. Complete waste of money and it was more expensive then I was told on the phone while making my appointment. It was very misleading and I was told I would get money off for being a first time client and other promotions which they told me I could only use for other treatments and not for Botox. I had such an amazing experience at Hello Smooth I don't know where to begin. I will break this down so if anyone is having any doubts, maybe this can help. FYI- This isn't a salad or tire being changed, this is important game changing stuff. It's your body! Therefore ladies (and gents) I am being completely honest. With that being said, here we go. I reached out to Hello Smooth after doing weeks of research on Cool Sculpting. I'm 46, have 2 kids and a bit of fluff. My fluffy parts have always been a work in progress but the spot under my chin really bothered me. I researched Kybella (ouch) chin lipo (too extreme) a goofy chin strap you slept with (too scary for the husband) and finally settled on cool sculpting. It freezes the fat and after a few weeks the fat cells die (RIP) and vacate the area. I researched tons of places, read reviews and decided to give Hello Smooth a call. Pilar took my call on a Friday afternoon and worked me in for a consult Saturday morning. How awesome is that? I will admit... I was nervous. Let's face it- you are going somewhere in search of a solution to a problem that you don't want to admit and discuss it with a complete stranger. I gathered my pride and and daughter for moral support and walked in. The office is beautiful. Quiet, tasteful and professional. KC greeted us and took my information and I immediately knew I was in the right place. After filling out a quick form she took us to a room to discuss the procedure in detail. She walks you through the entire procedure- what it will feel like (during and after) and what to expect. She was incredibly patient. Seriously, you can ask her anything and she will take the time to explain it. Then Pilar came in to give the chin(s) a look. Pilar has her masters in nursing and graduated from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Certified Medical & Clinical Electrologist and a licensed Esthetician. So are you in good hands? YES. But Pilar has something more- the ability to make you feel so at ease and comfortable. My daughter and I fell in love with her. Back to KC to fill out paperwork set appointment and pay. Super simple easy, again very thorough and professional. My appointment was at 2:00. KC told me that the procedure itself took 45 minutes but plan for an hour overall. I was back in the car a little after 3:00. The procedure itself was so incredibly easy it's hard to describe. I was expecting some kind of pain or discomfort. Nope. Pilar has you get settled on a super comfy chair and cleans the treatment area. She applied a gel so the area doesn't get frostbite (it goes down to below zero) and applies what looks like the business end of a vacuum attachment to the area. I had read the sucking action could be painful- no. The intense cold? Didn't really feel it. She sets you up, velcros it all in place and covers you with a blankie. There is a huge screen right in front of you with Netflix. I chose to listen to music and think about how wonderful it is to live in an age where this is possible. After 45 minutes she turned off the machine and massaged the area. Again, I had read this could be a bit painful. Nope. I looked in the mirror expecting to see a giant hickey mark but within 5 minutes it was just pink. It's been 3 days and honestly I wouldn't have known I had it done. The area didn't swell, wasn't tender or bruised. In fact I was able to go out to dinner with my husband the night of the treatment. I am so excited to go back in 30 days so they can compare the before and after. If you are considering this thinking it's an immediate fix, it's not. It's gradual. Be patient. Look at before and after pictures and check the dates on them. I have no doubt it works and can't wait to see the results (I am saving up to do my arms next!) I'm also breaking up with a very long relationship with my Botox doctor and coming to Hello Smooth. Pilar rocks. This is one stop shopping in a wonderful environment. read more

I contacted this studio for the cool sculpting treatment. The staff was very professional and nice but the actual cool sculpting treatment was a complete waste of money. After 3 days of the treatment I felt stinging sensations that were unbearable I almost checked myself into a hospital because it was so bad. I couldn't sleep at night and did not want clothes or material to touch my skin in the treated area. After 3 mos. I still do not see the major results that I was expecting. I definitely recommend Hello Smooth for laser hair removal!!! I'm Italian, so the hair on my legs was very dark and very coarse. I struggled with shaving for years! I also tried hair removal creams and waxing. I wasn't happy with any of those options. Most of the time, I was left with terrible razor burn and irritation. So bad that I wore pants or long skirts even after shaving to cover the bumps. I missed out on a lot of family outings to the beach, lake and the pool. Never really wore cute dresses. Pants all year round. Even in the terrible Florida heat. Well....today I had my 6th laser treatment on my legs. They recommend you shave before each visit. I didn't have to today!!!!
