I wanted to wait until I saw my results before I left any feedback. I am usually not one to leave reviews but I absolutely had to share my experience at Hello Smooth. I am 47 years old and I have been getting Botox for years. Every place I have been to, they always just treat me with the same number of units. I was noticing that after a while my wrinkles were coming back just after 1-2 months. So a friend of mine referred my to Hello Smooth and raved about them, so I decided to give them a try. I was immediately greeted by the front desk girls, all of whom are very nice by the way, and then shortly thereafter I was directed to a beautiful room where, Sandra, in great detail, explained what botox is and how it works..this was the first time I have ever been explained in great detail what botox is..not only that, but I had no idea there was another treatment for wrinkles..called disport. I then meant with Pillar, who is so knowledgeable..she assessed my areas, and asked me questions and had me do movements to see what all i would need. She also explained to me the different muscles on my face that were causing my wrinkles (again, information that not even doctors explained to me before)...i must say, Pillar is a straight shooter..and I respect her honesty...its hard to find honesty in my opinion when it comes to botox or any type of non emergent procedures. I was then seen by Sandra again to go over paperwork and my cost..i will tell you, I was a bit shocked at the number of units recommended and hence why I wanted to wait to see my results..but now after 4 months of me looking natural and still no visible wrinkles...I AM SOLD...the extent of the forms and making sure you are fully aware of your treatment plan, the followups, and most importantly , MY RESULTS...I AM 100% SOLD and so is my husband...he has been complimenting me ever since and is actually now booked to go see these fabulous girls and professionals. I have also referred many friends and they all too rave about their results by these girls. I have been a client of hello smooth for years now and I must say they are great all around. I will admit they are busy and it does take planning on my part to get my Botox treatments but I have leanred my lesson to keep on their books. Last year around the holidays, they were so busy that I had to go elsewhere, and i will tell you first hand that my experience and results were not the same at the other place I went to. Pilar has been my go to lady and she is such a delight. She is very honest, upfront, informative and takes time to always look at my skin and face before she does anything. She cares about her work and i feel it when she is looking and talking to me. The results i get from her have always been top notch and even better than some doctors that have treated me when i lived in new york. Natasha has always been very nice and accomodating as well. I have referred many friends here and we all sit around on our wine and book club nights and talk about our week, and at least one person brings up hello smooth and how satisfied they are and how welcoming and embracing these group of ladies and professionals are. Love this place! I found that they tell the truth and their honesty is what sold me. They are upfront with what to expect, they take their time to inform you of options and outcomes. I appreciated Pilar's honesty. She was very informative and although she is strikingly beautiful, she made me feel comfortable and safe. Natasha was such a sweetheart and took her time to explain the treatment and helped me navigate me true complaints. Raquel was also very sweet. This is definitely a top notch facility. They are smart, honest, a clean facility, a does not beat around the bush. I will always support these group of women. They take time to guide you along the way. I had been thinking about botox for a long time as I had some very annoying frown lines that really bothered me and made me look so serious. I was very nervous and was not sure if I should even consider it. After hearing so many great things about Hello Smooth in Fruit Cove I thought I needed to at least get a consultation. The minute I walked in the door I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The place was meticulous, squeaky clean and had a wonderful serene feeling that I felt at ease immediately. I was shown to the consult room where everything was explained in detail and then they made suggestions as to what I should do to alleviate the most bothersome issues. The actual procedure was painless, which really surprised me, maybe a pinch here and there. I was told that there was a risk of bruising but was happy to say that I walked out of there with nothing and went right to lunch with my daughter afterwards. I would highly recommend them. I don't have enough positive things to say about Hello Smooth Med Spa and Pilar. Let me start off by saying that I've always been so self conscious about my hair. I'm from overseas and I have very dark coarse hair. I had facial hair that I could NOT get rid of whether I waxed or tried numerous other clinics. They ripped me off. I found Hello Smooth through my friend Morgan who works there. I was very skeptical to let anyone else preform laser hair treatment on me but after reading reviews I gave in and it's been the best decision I've made in so long. My hair growth has so noticeably diminished that I don't need a wax or a shave in between my appointments and I'm only on my second third treatment! I also started underarms and plan on doing my whole body. It's so worth the money... I can't thank Pilar enough for giving me my self confidence back. A thousand times thank you. I am receiving treatment for my upper lip and underarms. I can honestly say that after my first treatment I am seeing results under my arm. I'm extremely impressed. I would advise going in for a consultation. KC Gough is great! Tell her what you want and she will propose the best pricing for treatment. Also, the pricing is really reasonable. They always have specials going on which makes it better. Pilar has been treating me and she is very honest about any and every question you may have. This is the staple for laser hair removal. I must say I have shopped around inquiring about laser hair removal for myself and my daughter for a bit now and I am thankful we found Hello Smooth. I was able to get all the areas for not only myself but for both my daughter and I at such an amazing cost. Highly highly highly recommend Hello Smooth! Pilar and her staff are some of the sweetest people and make you feel so comfortable and right at home.
