I had to do an update on my injectables since I actually started washing my face and mostiurizing. Don't judge I was a new mom and then there was a pandemic. Anywho just look at my face now comparted to a few days after treatment. I love the staff here, especially the owners! I can see why Dr. El Salaway has celebrity clients, him and his wife are an amazing team. She is brilliant at what she does! Together, they do great work. I recently moved from South Florida to Saint John's County and I'm so happy I found Aesthetix Plus Med Spa! The staff is so kind and goes way and beyond! All my needs were met and heard. Most importantly they're honest! I had Kybella done with Dr.Sherif and Julia and I'm still shocked with my results! They're thorough with every detail to perfection! I was in from out of town and needed a dermaplane and a facial. I found Aesthetix on Google and was lucky to have Angela as my esthetician! She not only told what each step was, but was soooo thorough w my face. She didn't rush but took my time into consideration. She also was as gentle as she could be w the extractions (mind you I didn't have a ton), but it just goes to show you she really cares about how she makes you feel-mentally and physically!! I have been a client of Aesthetix for the last 2 years and over time they have continuously gotten worse. Not only have they "not have record" of multiple gift cards I purchased for myself or others have purchased for me, but they are dishonest as well. Most recently, I had called them to book a consultation for laser hair removal while I was in for my monthly facial. Julia spoke with me over the phone and gave me a breakdown of the cost for services. She told me how great of a deal it is and how fabulous the price, that she would put a note in my account. I go in on Saturday, they hand me a pricing sheet $1000 over the original quote Julia gave me. The receptionist said that she would speak with Julia and call me back. Well Monday, the receptionist calls and asks how my facial went, making no mention of the quote. I asked her everything is fine but I was waiting to hear back from her about the quote issue, she apologized and mentioned that she forgot. Well, she just called back and said they can't locate that quote and their "financial advisor" will allow them to take $500 off the price. Julia herself at no point picked up the phone to call me and rectify the issue. As a small business owner myself, I would never conduct business is such a way. Mistakes happen, I get it. This is however the 3rd mistake on my account within the last 6 months. The way this was handled is unprofessional, tasteless, and this unfortunately is a business I will no longer support or recommend to any of my friends. This is sad because both Angie and Tina (estheticians) are wonderful, but I hope they find a better ran company that can own up to their mistakes. I also realized that I was charged an additional $40 for derma planning, which Tina recommended to me and stated it was $30, but the receptionist rang it up at $40. I guess there's no way to truly check since they don't have their dermaplanning add on listed on their website, which is very odd to me in regards to transparency for clients. Again, it's only $10 but it's the principal. They'll tell you a price and then quickly change it up on you. Just goes to show you what type of business this is! Response- Funny, not asking for a discount. I would never do business with you again. This not an attempt to get anything from you all, just to warn others of my experience and the number of issues I've had. I have made my reviews and no longer wish to speak with any of you any longer. I hope people go and look at the Facebook messages, because once your husband responded I was done but you and erin kept having to argue- as you obviously can't take an ounce of accountability for mismanagement. I have posted reviews on major sites to warn others of my personal experience, so that others can be sure this doesn't happen to them. Everything in these posts is true and I, along with my attorneys look forward to your "harassment and defamation" letters. I call Aesthetix plus a hidden gem right in the heart of Nocatee. I have been to many medical Spa's and this is by far the best of the best. There is so much attention to details with every treatment. This is a true team of experts , they bring years of experiences and they are up to date of every technology and new treatment there is . Angela, the medical esthetician is a real sweetheart and super knowledgeable. My skin was very irritated after an allergic reaction and she worked her magic on me ! The best Med spa in town by far! I moved to Jacksonville from Tampa and had a really hard time finding a good medspa in the area. So many spots in town seem to dilute their Botox/dysport to the point where it just doesn't work as well but they definitely do not do that here. They do amazing fillers as well and this laser facial technique that literally made my pores disappear. Plus they are are always trying to give me a great deal. I came on here to get to their website and book an appointment but I saw the previous reviewer saying they were over charged. I honestly find that so hard to believe! Every appointment I have had with them, they throughly review the plan and how much it is going to cost before they ever stick me with anything g ;). Then when I get to the checkout process, they spend a lot of time checking to see if have coupons or those brand loyalty points. I've never had a spa do that. I just can't say enough good things about this place! read more
