A lot has happened over the last year that has forced me to seek services elsewhere. The staff is friendly, but forced by corporate to be deceptive to the clients. I asked about the month I had to wait extra and was told their corporate said they don't care. The staff has even told corporate about their frustrations and once again, their corporate just told them to do their "magic" to get through. The quality of the units has diminished to crappy hair. The last two units I received weren't even mine. For them, it's money. For me it's a deep insecurity that I deal with and sacrifice just to have hair.

On the day of surgery I went to their surgery center, which was clean, nice and relaxing. I was nervous when I went back, but everyone was so kind and friendly. I woke up in recovery to wonderful staff members. I did have to stay the night but had a very cozy chair and a night nurse who felt like my best friend taking care of me.
