The staff was very accommodated and made sure that me and my friend were seated comfortably next to each other. Unfortunately, due to my small veins, I was unable to have the IV therapy because of the two stick policy from the Nurse. But, I did take the shot instead, and I felt amazing. The oxygen therapy also was needed and well received. I was able to rest comfortably under a warm blanket while being pampered. Last but not least came cryotherapy. Just received a bill for double my copay on a recent routine virtual visit that listed 2 minutes. Come to find out that they billed twice of what they normally bill to insurance because my son saw the doctor at 5:30pm which is "after hours" verses 5pm, even though the office is open until 8pm. I was never told there would be an additional fee, especially since they are open until 8pm?? Why would you not tell someone that when booked and why would I assume there would be an additional fee if it is not "after hours" when you are open???
