If someone indicates that they're medically complex, then it is not safe to infuse saline/vitamins at the rate they do. They begin turning everything off at around 5 PM even though they close at 6 PM, and only check in on the infusion to make sure it is going as fast as possible. The informed consent includes a signature confirming that you would not pursue legal action, and I can tell that they feel protected enough to do whatever they want. This is a "wellness" business that likely assumes they are only catering to rich people wanting to "optimize" their health, but even those customers should be wary about the prioritization of time and money above their health here. Thankfully, we have medical experience and adjusted the infusion ourselves, but I worry about people who trust in the staff here and think this is normal. I urge people to go elsewhere if they do care this much about their well-being. I think I could have collapsed outside of the business afterwards and they would have stepped over me to get to their cars. Please be very very careful about who you trust with your health, and research the risks of having fluid rushed into you at this rate if you notice it happening.

The agenda included oxygen therapy, IV therapy, and cryotherapy. I have had other similar experiences before, but I am very leery when it comes to needles and freezing temperatures. Let me say, the staff was amazing! They were young with a vibrant bubbly personality. That's much needed in this world where young adults in their 20s lack customer service skills. The staff was very accommodated and made sure that me and my friend were seated comfortably next to each other. Unfortunately, due to my small veins, I was unable to have the IV therapy because of the two stick policy from the Nurse. But, I did take the shot instead, and I felt amazing. The oxygen therapy also was needed and well received. I was able to rest comfortably under a warm blanket while being pampered. Last but not least came cryotherapy. I haven't been that nervous since I gave birth! But again, the staff was knowledgeable and very reassuring. The experience ended up being a success!
