The agenda included oxygen therapy, IV therapy, and cryotherapy. I have had other similar experiences before, but I am very leery when it comes to needles and freezing temperatures. Let me say, the staff was amazing! They were young with a vibrant bubbly personality. That's much needed in this world where young adults in their 20s lack customer service skills. The staff was very accommodated and made sure that me and my friend were seated comfortably next to each other. Unfortunately, due to my small veins, I was unable to have the IV therapy because of the two stick policy from the Nurse. But, I did take the shot instead, and I felt amazing. The oxygen therapy also was needed and well received. I was able to rest comfortably under a warm blanket while being pampered. Last but not least came cryotherapy. I haven't been that nervous since I gave birth! But again, the staff was knowledgeable and very reassuring. The experience ended up being a success! And I was able to stay in the full seven minutes with no break!!! when I return to the Jacksonville area, I will definitely come here again for some true wellness care

I had the opportunity to check out Blue32 tonight at a special Yelp event, and I was very…read moreimpressed. This was my first experience trying out a cryotherapy chamber, and it definitely did not disappoint. Being a special event, I was also able to try compression treatment for my legs, and there was also localized cryo treatment offered. Started off with the Normatec leg compression. Imagine a snake squeezing your foot first and slowly moving up your leg to your hamstrings/quadriceps with sustained squeezes of 30sec each. Muscles felt amazing afterward, like I could actually run for a good while with little to no pain (I didn't, but I felt like I could). Followed it up with the big guns - the cryotherapy chamber. I swear, it felt like a scene out of "The Empire Strikes Back" - I expected to come out encased in carbonite - it was COLD!!! I got to about -210 degrees F during a 2m session, but I'll tell you what - SIMPLY AMAZING! My knee joints felt like new as the blood started warming back up. Consider me a believer, I'll need to give it another go...maybe for the full THREE MINUTES, hehe! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the local cryo, but that will definitely be on my list as I tend to cope with specific knee and ankle joint issues on occasion. Blue32 also offers an infrared sauna and a hyperbaric chamber. All in all, I had an excellent experience tonight. Owner Drayton Florence and his staff were great hosts tonight, and he took time to explain the benefits and the ABC's of each type of treatment. Being a former NFL player, he had extensive knowledge on how beneficial the treatments can be for different ailments. I'd also add that the actual cryo chamber treatment pricing is pretty reasonable ($39 intro, $55 regularly for treatment - par for the industry), so I'd recommend checking it out sometime. The front desk staff is always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely enjoys talking with members. I also love all of the updates and am really glad I stuck it out through the renovations. The third floor and dedicated stretching space have been fantastic additions, and the new recovery area with the massage chairs (where the old kids' section used to be) is beautifully done. I really appreciate that Chuze is focusing on overall health and recovery, not just lifting weights. My only small suggestion is about the landmine attachment being moved into the Lift Lab. It would be great to have a second one available on the main floor as well. Other than that, I think Chuze has done an excellent job transforming the gym, and I'm excited to see what they continue to add.

We booked a couples massage to arrive to only 1 person being available which left us at odds. My husband chose to get the massage as he was really in need of service. He said Tabitha was Great. The staff stated she would leave a message for Lisa on Monday. On Monday late morning and no call, I called the facility and left a message. The return call was defensive, unapologetic and not accepting their error I was also told no message was left for her. Which would not be my problem. She then proceeded to inform me she was coming off vacation and that it's just a massage. Well Lisa I was on vacation and massage was part of my vacation and relax time. That You all ruin. This was very disappointing to receive such negative feedback I ended the call and will no longer spend money with this establishment.

I would've liked a bit more of an authentic marocan vibe. Got there at 10.03 am and the paperwork took about 10-12 Minutes. Then locker room for changing another maybe 10 minutes. We started at 10:30 am with what was supposed to be an hour massage . Only got a 45 minutes massage. The therapist was great but asked way too many questions. The room was on cold and had a fan blowing as well. After the massage , we went straight to scrub/ sauna area. Different therapist. She was very nice and did her best to make us feel comfortable. The first room was a wet room with 2 stone "beds" . Even though they used warm water at times , the room was cold and it made the whole experience a bit unpleasant . The sauna part was probably the best one. After the scrub/sauna part was over we got 20 minutes in the tea room. We were served fruits, 3 rally small but delicious cookies and watered down mint tea. The cookies were really great but maybe they should serve a few extra ones. They also had some mini size American chocolates. It's a nice touch but maybe some marocan candy would work better. The last step was a 90 min anti aging facial. The tech was good but nothing to be blown away by. As far as the cost, we paid $900 for 2 people, plus $240 tip for the therapists. The place was scattered with signs that suggested leaving a generous tip. Even the bathrooms had at least 2 signs. It felt a bit exaggerated and as I stated on the beginning, commercial. I don't mind spending the money for an authentic experience and unfortunately this place didn't hit the mark. They sell a specific line of cosmetics and we got suggestions of what to buy from the therapists. Again, the amount of signs and pamphlets suggesting a purchase, was again a bit much. It was an ok experience but unfortunately I would not go back. I will keep searching for a place that offers a more authentic experience.
