The agenda included oxygen therapy, IV therapy, and cryotherapy. I have had other similar experiences before, but I am very leery when it comes to needles and freezing temperatures. Let me say, the staff was amazing! They were young with a vibrant bubbly personality. That's much needed in this world where young adults in their 20s lack customer service skills. The staff was very accommodated and made sure that me and my friend were seated comfortably next to each other. Unfortunately, due to my small veins, I was unable to have the IV therapy because of the two stick policy from the Nurse. But, I did take the shot instead, and I felt amazing. The oxygen therapy also was needed and well received. I was able to rest comfortably under a warm blanket while being pampered. Last but not least came cryotherapy. I haven't been that nervous since I gave birth! But again, the staff was knowledgeable and very reassuring. The experience ended up being a success! And I was able to stay in the full seven minutes with no break!!! when I return to the Jacksonville area, I will definitely come here again for some true wellness care

Everyone working at this location was beyond sweet and helpful, I didn't catch everyone's name unfortunately or I'd mention them all, but I talked to Jayden quite a bit and she's lovely! I ended up doing a couple sauna sessions and compression therapy session because I felt run down and it revived me. The studio is clean and very comfortable, loved the chairs for the compression therapy and the backrest in the sauna. The sauna was also hot every time and they provide plenty of towels, which are things I've had issues with at other studios. I will definitely come back next time I'm here!

I scheduled my appointment online and completed all the paperwork prior to arrival. I highly recommend completing the paperwork beforehand as it will help your experience flow smoother. Josh greeted me when I walked in and helped me prepare to enter the cryo chamber. He took me in a room and showed me a locker and advised me to take off my cloths, place them in the locker and put on the robe, socks and slippers. I locked it and placed the key in my robe pocket. The robe was thick and very warm. I came out the room and walked to the cryo chamber. Josh gave me gloves, a beanie and headphones. I was able to pick a song from a tablet that would play during the three minutes inside the chamber. When I opened the door to the chamber it was hard to see at first as there was lots of frost blowing around. Once inside I hung the robe on the hook and began to move to Michael Jackson's Rock with you. Yes, it was cold, but bearable. It reminded me of winters in Baltimore. There was a light that started at the bottom beside the door and once it made its way to the top the cryo chamber lights turned blue and it was time to put the robe on and exit. I felt very energized when I came out. Like I could tackle any of life's challenges! And yes, I would do it again. I also tried the intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) sleeves on my legs and feet. It was a 30-minute session but I was over it after about 10 minutes lol. It felt strange but the device had health benefit as it mimics muscle contractions which improves circulation. Not sure that I would try this again. I want to try the red light therapy in the future. And I scheduled an appointment for a facial in a few weeks as they were offering half off this service. And I like that they use cryo for the facial instead of steam because the steam always made me feel like I was suffocating. I'm looking forward to my upcoming facial and I will be back for more cryotherapy!

I did tell them about the experience (I didn't want another elderly person to go thru what my Mom did) and got a refund. At least there was that to make is a little better, after the fact.
