Beautiful and super clean wellness spa. We have been here twice so far and absolutely hooked. We've only tried the suana room so far but we did get a tour of the other services and will be trying them soon. We love that you can program the room to different settings depending on what you would like to accomplish. We love to sweat out all our impurities and relax. They give you water to hydrate yourself and my favorite part is how good the towels smell. Definitely a part of our wellness routine now. Highly recommend.

Amazing service when we walked in for our infrared sauna experience! Aesthetically the joint is very pleasing, you know you are there to be treated well. The sauna was uplifting and we really noticed our knee joints had less stiffness afterwards. I'm booking more services this week!

This was my first time visiting Degree Wellness as well as my first time using an infrared sauna. The experience was very nice! The ladies working at the front were very nice and informative. The sauna itself was equipped with different lighting options, different health program settings, and had a tablet that allowed you to play music or Netflix. I would definitely recommend and will be back in the future. One recommendation I would make is to not be the first sauna appointment of the day only because it took a little bit longer to fully heat up.

We were about to leave town and the last time I traveled I got so sick! I wasn't about to repeat that. So I mentioned I would go to an IV "bar" and the google search began. John found this location at the St John's Towncenter and I booked online for the same day. Beautiful, clean and calming office. I checked and filled out some paperwork and was taken back to a room. A video of hiking through a forest slowly played. We reviewed what I was looking for- immune boost, energy, a detox- give me all of it- aka, the Kitchen Sink. Yes- I got the mega bag. I hard to prove to be a difficult stick, so the nurse went and got her handy vein highlighter- check out the cool picture! I made it through my trip happily- no fatigue, no sickies! And I had glowing skin! Bonus! I will be back for more!

My mom cried out in pain. Finally, she got the IV started, but the placement was so painful for my Mom after the bag was half gone, my Mom asked her to leave. It was too painful. We had used Drip Hydration before and they are wonderful. They were just busy. Next time I'll wait for them. I did tell them about the experience (I didn't want another elderly person to go thru what my Mom did) and got a refund. At least there was that to make is a little better, after the fact.

I believe in IV therapy- it has saved me from sickies too many times, or helped me recover. I had…read morejust been around my grandkids and my baby girl was sick, and a few days later I could feel the disturbance in the force. That heaviness in the tonsils, the ick at the back of the throat. I was set to leave town on a solo trip, driving several states away and had no time to be sick. I decided to try the Dripbar instead of where I had been going, mainly because I was hoping to be stabbed less. I had recently been in the hospital, and follow ups with docs- I literally was still bruised horribly. The staff member saw this and took extra time. I have one vein- everyone wants to go for, but it likes to roll and there is a ton of scar tissue to push through. I mentioned it, but said- if you feel confident, go for it. My arm heavily bruised in all the other spots. Slight pinch, success on the firs try. IV therapy is not inexpensive. Period. The other company had an ongoing special by 3 for X amount, but you had to use them in 90 days or lose them. That's a lot of money to miss out on if you "forget". And they are hit or miss about reminders. My last visit there just rubbed me wrong. So here I am, weighing the option of their membership and that you are not bound by time frames. They even built in a system that if you don't come for 3 months, they pause your account- they won't charge you until you come in and use the ones you have stacked up. Now- if you drop off and don't return for an entire year, then you void them- maybe. As if all this info wasn't enough to sway me, the MD who owns it- I am reading his book on high dose vitamin C infusion therapy directly to help treating cancer patients. First, I am a breast cancer survivor, 2nd I am at stupid high risk for ovarian cancer & 3rd- I have a close friend battling cancer right now and I want to drag her in to meet this doctor and improve her quality of LIFE! I'm reading while traveling and hope to finish the book before returning to Jax so I can pass it to my friend. First chapter already has me stunned and it's not even new research. This was discovered in the 70's! A Nobel Peace Prize was given in 1976 for this ground breaking research. That's the year I was born. When I went through cancer treatments, I was literally told no vitamin c, no oranges, orange juice and no vitamin d, no extended time in the sun. WHY? Because both protect cells. And oncology treatments kill cells- cancer and good ones. But apparently you can use vitamin infusion therapy in conjunction with traditional treatments and it lessens symptoms, extends expectancy and improves overall quality of life. SOLD.

I chose this IV therapy bar the way we often choose things in life -- not because it was the best,…read morebut because it was close, convenient, familiar. In a city like Jacksonville, where options seem endless, proximity felt like a small mercy. The staff, to their credit, were kind. They spoke softly, worked carefully, and tried to make the experience feel personal. I warned them about my hard-to-find veins, the quiet confession of someone who's been down this road before. Still, the needle came twice, a small reminder that even when we prepare people with the truth, reality doesn't always listen. The therapy itself did what it promised. My body felt the difference. Sometimes science works even when the sentiment falls short. But the price lingered longer than the treatment. It hovered in my thoughts, heavy and hard to justify. Yes, there was the invitation of a monthly subscription, dressed up as savings, but in a city overflowing with choices, it felt less like an opportunity and more like a question: why here, when there are so many others? We likely won't return. Not out of anger, not out of drama -- just quiet acceptance. Sometimes a place enters your story only to remind you that better chapters are waiting somewhere else.

My wife and I initially went to one of their lunch and learns as I have been struggling with Neck Pain after having been a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 15 years. The first "issue" we encountered was when they booked us for a Friday ... WHEN THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED !! Luckily I called to reconfirm my appointment and they caught their error and changed it to a Thursday instead. Once we arrived we were brought to a room and the Nurse Practitioner informed us of all the treatment "options" available. Then the large fellow who was the sales pitch guy from the lunch and learn came in and gave me an itemized list of what they wanted to offer me. How can they offer anything without having examined me, taken X-Rays or MRI's??? I mentioned to him that the price they were looking to charge me was too high ($4,800) and could they please come down and meet meat a more reasonable level. He said he had to speak to the "manager" and when he came back he had a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT set of charges which we had never discussed initially. Our starting point was now roughly $6,000 and he proceeded to tell me how we "hook me up". After he whittled down all the charges and we ended up right back where we started. He had in essence just added charges, which he then "took away" to make it seem like he was "giving" me something and we ended up right back at $4,800. This place is probably one of the most overtly sleazy, hardcore pressure sell business I have ever walked into, and that's saying something considering I have bought a used car before, and that guy had more manners than this place. STAY AWAY. They will trick and cheat you into buying their "services" based on nothing more than fear. As I mentioned, they never examined me or took X-rays. How can they in good faith offer me anything??

This was my first experience trying out a cryotherapy chamber, and it definitely did not disappoint. Being a special event, I was also able to try compression treatment for my legs, and there was also localized cryo treatment offered. Started off with the Normatec leg compression. Imagine a snake squeezing your foot first and slowly moving up your leg to your hamstrings/quadriceps with sustained squeezes of 30sec each. Muscles felt amazing afterward, like I could actually run for a good while with little to no pain (I didn't, but I felt like I could). Followed it up with the big guns - the cryotherapy chamber. I swear, it felt like a scene out of "The Empire Strikes Back" - I expected to come out encased in carbonite - it was COLD!!! I got to about -210 degrees F during a 2m session, but I'll tell you what - SIMPLY AMAZING! My knee joints felt like new as the blood started warming back up. Consider me a believer, I'll need to give it another go...maybe for the full THREE MINUTES, hehe! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the local cryo, but that will definitely be on my list as I tend to cope with specific knee and ankle joint issues on occasion. Blue32 also offers an infrared sauna and a hyperbaric chamber. All in all, I had an excellent experience tonight. Owner Drayton Florence and his staff were great hosts tonight, and he took time to explain the benefits and the ABC's of each type of treatment. Being a former NFL player, he had extensive knowledge on how beneficial the treatments can be for different ailments. I'd also add that the actual cryo chamber treatment pricing is pretty reasonable ($39 intro, $55 regularly for treatment - par for the industry), so I'd recommend checking it out sometime. Big thanks to Matt C. for organizing the event, as well as Drayton and his Blue32 staff again!
