After feeling run down and dehydrated I decided to come back here for an infusion of B vitamins. The staff here are friendly and trained in the medical field. My nurse had years of experience as an Emergency room nurse. Following all infection control procedures she did an excellent job. There's several different add-ins you can get to your IV bag. I visited Pure Hydration today and not only was it my first time there but the first time receiving elective IV treatment. The environment is soothing and lovely with multiple rooms that accommodate several people so I was able to sit with my group. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable, helping me to pick between several treatments. I ended up picking "The Pure" so I could get the most diverse benefits. The room my group was placed in was clean and well designed with a TV loaded with apps to watch any of your favorite shows. The nurse came and and had me set up in less than 10 minutes. Check out was painless and treatments are reasonably priced. I definitely feel more hydrated and feel like my energy has been restored. All around an awesome experience that I will be returning for! Things to consider: everyone takes different time to receive their IVs depending on their bodies and veins, my friend's took 20 minutes while mine took 45 so be prepared for that! I got the "the pure" iv infusion before i had to go work at miami swim week. after i first got it, i did not really feel any different myself (this is also my very 1st infusion so i think it takes a few times to really feel a difference). But a couple days after i got back from miami, 2 people on my team who i worked in extremely close quarters with, shared drinks and sweat as well, tested positive for covid. i tested myself 3 different times each on a different day and i was negative with no symptoms! i changed nothing in my daily diet or routine besides getting "the pure" iv infusion so i truly think that saved me from getting covid because my immune system was on high. i only have had covid once and only 1 shot 2 years ago, so my antibodies to protect me would not be very high. i am so impressed, i cant wait for my next month to come up so i can get a new infusion! also the nurse i had was very gentle and great with the needle, i forget her name but she had long blonde hair and kinda sporty vibe. my boyfriend went to the riverside location and the nurse there gave him a small bruise from the needle, so even though the beach is further from me we will keep going to this location read more

Is it painful? It's about as painless as the process can be. If you have a fear of needles but still want some of the benefits, you can always opt for a B12 shot. I believe they have other vitamin shots as well. I talked to a couple people there who got those shots and they said it was better than a flu shot, but didn't make your arm sore afterward.
