Beautiful, clean and calming office. I checked and filled out some paperwork and was taken back to a room. A video of hiking through a forest slowly played. We reviewed what I was looking for- immune boost, energy, a detox- give me all of it- aka, the Kitchen Sink. Yes- I got the mega bag. I hard to prove to be a difficult stick, so the nurse went and got her handy vein highlighter- check out the cool picture! I made it through my trip happily- no fatigue, no sickies! I called to schedule a home visit for my mother and the person who was doing the IV did terrible sticks. My Mom has tiny veins and I told the nurse she had to use an extra small needle. My mom cried out in pain. Finally, she got the IV started, but the placement was so painful for my Mom after the bag was half gone, my Mom asked her to leave. It was too painful. We had used Drip Hydration before and they are wonderful. They were just busy. Next time I'll wait for them. I did tell them about the experience (I didn't want another elderly person to go thru what my Mom did) and got a refund. At least there was that to make is a little better, after the fact. read more

9.10.23.....I don't always do my best posting reviews but if you have been considering trying Thrive or the infusions they offer try them now. Yesterday I went in there blindly and explained how I was feeling and what had been going on. About 1.5 hour later I was running errands and I didn't have the burning desire to hurry home and lay down. Fast forward I'm self-proclaimed not to be a morning person, but I got up and have been productive and accomplishing things around my home I've not had the energy to do. It was my first treatment at Thrive Town Center location but it will not be my last. Thank you Thrive thank you. I'm excited to see how my week goes. read more

New location in front of the Best Buy building. Still great service and wonderful staff! The infection control protocol is on point. They're checking temperatures at check in, everyone is wearing masks and sanitizer between customers. They've added esthetician services and injections to the menu. Along with daily specials. My only problem is the prices. Of course I mixed a complicated iv bag today @ $220. But after checking prices, I found the beach competition much cheaper. Of course, you can't beat this location and how convenient it is. I'm really torn about it and will probably be alternating between the two places for now. read more

Purchased services right before Covid-19 in February 2020. No expiration date was given regarding services purchased as services do not expire. Went to use services in March 2021 and was told of expiration date of 3 months. Buyer beware of the policies that constantly change at this place. read more

I came into the Town Center location after things started to open up from Covid and I was very disappointed in my experience. To start, it appeared as though they did not have any precautionary or cleaning protocols in place. There was not any sanitizer to be seen and they were not wiping things down in the front as people came in and things were exposed. Service & Overall Team Environment:: I came in for a terrible headache that I had and I received different information from each person that I spoke to. It seemed as if they were not all on the same page and over talking each other and not a team. The PA lacked confidence and the staff walked all over her when she was giving recommendations and went against what she was saying. This definitely raises red flags. Also, while giving the fluids and extra add ons in the IV, I think its important to tell the patient what they are receiving. I had to ask many questions and then when I left I was looking at the card they give you that states what you received and there were extra marks checked off that shouldn't have been no explanation. read more

I'm not sure about this place. I have enormous veins and they couldn't get the needle in. After trying on both inner arms and both hands, the two people trying to put the IV in succeeded. There was no apology or discount or anything offered for such a miserable experience. I had bruises in each spot for over a week. read more

I was scheduled at 10:00 am I was there by 9:50 , i wait 10 min just to told me the Estethician is stock on traffic , that was a lie, I hear the front girl talk saying the esthetician go to Durbin offices instead of town center , she ask me if I can wait an hour , really this is funny if I was the one need to cancel or reschedule they will charge me , I don't know what really happen but first time I was very very disappointed, so sad look like a nice place I cross the entire city for nothing read more

Amazing service, offerings & prices. My Afterparty IV was quick, in a very comfortable environment and Emily who helped me was so kind, and very gentle. Went to this place and did the 3 package special for $800 for me and my daughter of the glutathione drip, With double vitamin C and was told we get a free one which make 4 sections a piece and after the three they claim no one said a free one so I will never go back to this place because after the three no results at all not skin glowing which my skin is very good it should of been flawless but nothing I didn't see any different and we were not feeling energized always felt very sleepy not sure what they using but it's not the real stuff I believe they using sugar water this is not the real stuff people wasted my darn money on this junk and the CEO has no apologetic and no care at all spoke with her about the free extra drip said no way just wanted my money so I hope they stay in business for her sake because her attitude is raw and unclean!!!! read more

I have never been to a place more deserving of a 5 star review! I have been following Thrive on social media for awhile now. When I saw they were offering a dermaplaning facial special this month, it was a sign it was time for me to try this place out. Scheduling on line was a breeze! They sent me confirmation and reminder emails. The few minutes I waited for my appointment allowed me time to chat with some of the staff members. Everyone was friendly and genuine! My facial was wonderful. They provided warm wraps and the bed/table was heating. I felt like a toasty cinnamon roll the whole time. The aesthetician was insanely knowledgeable. She had amazing tips and advice, not just pushing for a sale. To top it off, I mentioned I had been looking at a ZO starter kit online and they actually had it in store- on sale! I have never been so excited to wash my face. Is it bed time yet!? I can't speak for the IV services, but the aesthetics are wonderful and I will be back many times. They have a wide array of services and medical-grade skin care products. They will even be adding injectables soon!! read more

You have to make a online appointment but that is ok. To my understanding there computer systems talk to each other meaning you can go to town center or durbin location and they have all your information. The staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. It was a good experience I even try the Cryo therapy which was silly but I will probably do it again Ha. read more

Not a good experience. I am a member and I paid $300.00 for membership. I was trying to reschedule my appointment and they told me to pay $75.00 first for the cancellation fee before I can reschedule it! How can you keep your customers with this problem? read more
