I go to Integration Spa once a month for a facial and about every other month for a massage. Before I started getting facials here, my skin was always breaking out and oily. The aestheticians taught me how important it is to exfoliate , which I had never done on my own. So once I started using the products they recommended a couple times a week plus coming in for a microdermabrasion or chemical peel, I look 20 years years younger (at least 10 LOL)! My massage therapists are always professional and pleasant and work out my knots without applying too much pressure. 10 out of 10 place for sure! read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I called to inquire about an appointment and the level of service I received. I unfortunately wait until I NEED a massage before going, but today I went in relaxed with minimal expectations. I was pleasantly & professionally greeted when I called and set up the appointment. The atmosphere wasn't over the top. I only got a 30min Swedish massage thinking to just try them out (I've been disappointed with others recently). Very, very disappointing. I purchased a $79 gift card for my wife's birthday gift. First, she called a few times and nobody answered and the message machine cut her off. Then she went online to get some information about their hours, etc. The website said to make an appointment, click here. Then it had her build an account which asked for a credit card number. There was no information on how to put a gift card number in. This was not a way to do this. So she called again and the receptionist told my wife she couldn't set up an appointment unless she gave them her credit card number. My wife mentioned that she didn't feel comfortable giving it to them. The receptionist said we can't set up an appointment without a credit card in case you don't show up. (Insult #1). My wife then said if I don't show up then you can take it out of the gift card. At this point my wife asked for a Manager. After being on hold for 10 minutes the receptionist (not the Manager) came back on and said we can't do that. (Insult #2). Talk about no flexibility or customer service. Btw, I PAID for the gift card with a credit card. The massage has been PAID for! My wife also mentioned I will have my husband return the gift card and we will go somewhere else. And the receptionist said they don't do returns. They wanted a credit card to set up an account. We didn't want to set up an account we just wanted a massage. The receptionist said a few times to my wife this is mandatory in case you don't show up. I understand this may be a problem for them but don't treat a buying customer like that. This was our first experience with Integration Spa and we will NEVER do business with them again. EVER. Plenty of other Spa's in town that will treat us well. Integration Spa created more stress for both us. Just the opposite of what a Spa should do for you. If I didn't have to give them a star I would not give any. Very unhappy customer. read more
