0 star! I ordered 2 items which were on sale for buy 1 get 1/2 off, plus I had a $5 coupon, which made my total $1.05 with tax. I came in and was told they only have 1, no apologies. Then, the manager on duty (a black woman in her 20's) was charging me full price even though my confirmation email said that the price was reduced to 22cents for 1 item. When I showed her my email, she said she couldn't give it to me for that price. I wasted my time coming in to find out I wouldn't get my Pre-paid order. I was going to spend an additional $25-40 in store because I had $6 off $25 cash rewards but I was so angry that I left without getting the additional stuff I was going to get. Walmart and Amazon have cheaper prices and better customer service. I will never shop here read more

I had to utilize this Walgreens to return something via FedEx. One of the store associates, Claire, went above and beyond to help me with this return. Made an online order and it said it would be ready in 30minutes so I headed to the store. Once I got in the parking lot, 3 minutes before the 30 minute mark I got a notification that my order had a delay. It wouldn't have been a big deal except it's for my son's pull-ups and it's urgent I get them. I called the store to see how long it would be and the girl said she was transferring me to the photo counter. The people at the photo counter answered after about 5 minutes of ringing and didn't say anything, just hung up. I called again and the same girl who answered initially answered and told me there was nothing she could do about without even an attempt at getting me an answer. My three small children are in the car and sleeping so going in is extremely inconvenient. read more

Northsiders let me just tell you it's worth driving to another Walgreens. You'll save time in the long run. It took me an hour from my appt to get my covid test. The test itself took less than a minute. Problem was nobody was bothering with the drive thru. It took 20+ minutes for anyone to even greet me after I got to the window and it was only after I was getting on the phone to call the store. Multiple workers walked by, looked me in the eye, and couldn't bother to stop and let me know what was going on and the wait time. There was a long line and someone should of just been placed to work there. I had been planning to switch from Publix to this pharmacy for my Meds but it's not worth the hour of trying to entertain my toddler to just not go in a store. I've had 4 tests at this point and this has been by far the longest wait and worse experience. read more

After dealing with the Walgreens on the Westside at Blanding and Wilson for three years, this Walgreens has been like a breath of fresh air!! When I call this pharmacy, they actually pick up the phone. Only once have I been rerouted to the huge call centre only to speak with a usually incompetent person. The pharmacists here are really nice and they have gone out of their way to help me get prescriptions. I just haven't been use to that. When going using the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions, everyone I've come in contact with has been smiling, friendly, and helpful. Because of the Walgreens on the Westside, I have switched the majority of my prescriptions to Publix. I've left a few of them here because they have been so wonderful at this particular Walgreens. PS: There's a Redbox outside. PSS: This Walgreens is NOT open 24/7. read more

I contracted COVID while on trip to this area. A local urgent care provider made the diagnosis and recommended medications that I eventually picked up from this Walgreens. Over a 2day period, not only did pharmacy tech Michelle go out of her way to make sure I received the COVID medications in a timely manner, she also made suggestions on how to resolve a situation of having to get more of my normal daily medications to last me until I leave this area to head back to Tucson, AZ. Michelle had the most fantastic professional attitude I've ever run across at a pharmacy. I am just one customer but I imagine she shines and deals with all customers in this manner. Good on Walgreens for having this customer focused employee. She's a Star!!! read more

I called at 5:08pm today - just under an hour before closing. They asked me to hold and after ten minutes answered just to hang up on me without a word...no call back or anything like it was an accident. I've called again and been on hold for another 30 minutes. You're a pharmacy, people are calling about MEDICINE...they're understaffed or not working! read more

The worst Walgreens ever! The pharmacy is ridiculous, no matter how in advance you put a prescription in, you are waiting 45 min or longer. Customer service is at its worse! Employee turnover is at its worse. Looks like Walgreens have work to do! I have switched to Express scripts!!!! read more

Think twice! The customer service, the drive thru Pharmacy are THE horribly worst in Jax, FL! Everytime I go there for my prescriptions either I get someone else's or the wrong meds period! It has gotten my attention if that is their sole purpose! Audre is one of the gals that help in the drive thru, I even think she fills the prescriptions sometimes which explains why they be wrong! With COVID-19 I don't see no one wearing gloves & barely masks! At high she lazy & plainly narcissistic! One day she nice and next she act like she don't know or remember you! This store used to be cool from Management to employees! The prices changed of course too! But the main issue I always have was prescriptions confusing my medication! I brought it to the store management & pharmaceutical management and nothing had gotten better! No one cares anymore! I now call to confirm my pick ups & it still doesn't matter! My DR ESend my prescriptions & they still give me problems! I was tired of the stress of getting what I need. I switched locations and that didn't help neither! I think it's time to move my prescriptions, ins claims & money elsewhere! THATs it! read more

Been coming here for several years...always out of our meds, never enough to completely fill a script....call and be on hold for 15 minutes or more...today last straw....filled wife's prescription wrong, got home and opened it, called store...no refund or exchange for THEIR mistake....pulled all our future refills, going somewhere else...we also spend a lot of money there...poor decision Walgreens. read more

Typical Walgreens - kinda pricey unless the item is on sale. But convenient to run in and pick something up if you are in a hurry. The employees here are very nice and seem to know a lot of the locals who come in here. read more

This is the second awful experience I have received from this location. Even prompted me to sign up for Yelp! Customer service/ service overall at the pharmacy could not be worse. Specifically with pharm assistant Andee I believe her name is. Quoted me a time until my script would be ready then came back and was told it would be another two hours. This is the second time this has happened! When I asked what the wait time would be for someone dropping off behind me and she quoted the same two hours? Does that make sense seeming as I had dropped the script off two hours prior! No friendly explanation was given when I asked why. Avoid this place and please get rid of this careless employee who has zero sympathy to my situation. Don't forget this same exact situation has occurred twice with the same rep. Delays I can work around, but consistently bad customer service I cannot. read more

I have never had a problem with this Walgreens. The Pharmacist is always nice. The photo department is a little slow, only because they don't have a 24 hr photo tech. Over all great and honest customer service and clean store. read more

I was in Jacksonville, waiting for our possessions to be cleared at port to move back to Arizona from the Virgin Islands. I ran out of my medication and, having always used Walgreens on the mainland, went to this store to get it refilled. I had the bottle, which specified 10 refills before 06-15-2015. I brought it in to the Pharmacy and provided all of the info requested, including insurance, and was told that the prescription would be READY at 7:00 PM. I came back at 7:30 PM and watched the girl behind the counter be rude to two ladies at the pickup counter. Then, it was my turn and I asked for the prescription and she couldn't find my information. Then she asked, "Oh, is that a transfer?" and I said it was. She then checked and said that they hadn't filled it and because it was a transfer it would have to wait until TOMORROW!! If I wasn't going to get it until TOMORROW, I should NOT have been told that it would be ready at 7:00 PM As it is, I leave in the morning at 6:00 AM and so now I will have to try to do without my prescription as I drive 2050 miles to Phoenix. Wish me luck! Poor, poor service...not even an apology...DO NOT stop here if you are relying on them to fill your prescription, you'll be disappointed! read more
