When I call this pharmacy, they actually pick up the phone. Only once have I been rerouted to the huge call centre only to speak with a usually incompetent person. The pharmacists here are really nice and they have gone out of their way to help me get prescriptions. I just haven't been use to that. When going using the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions, everyone I've come in contact with has been smiling, friendly, and helpful. Because of the Walgreens on the Westside, I have switched the majority of my prescriptions to Publix. I've left a few of them here because they have been so wonderful at this particular Walgreens.
