They did everything they could to weasel out of exchanging or refunding a product I bought. Nobody keeps a receipt for a fiber supplement. It says CVS on it, it's not expired, and they have every intricate detail of my spending habits online. I don't understand why as a customer it is my problem that the pharmacy has to shut down for lunch. Why can't they hire more people? Why do I have to go through a phone tree that takes forever to complete a simple task? Again, I like the people here, but I am not a fan of CVS as a company.

The pharmacists here are really nice and they have gone out of their way to help me get prescriptions. I just haven't been use to that. When going using the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions, everyone I've come in contact with has been smiling, friendly, and helpful. Because of the Walgreens on the Westside, I have switched the majority of my prescriptions to Publix. I've left a few of them here because they have been so wonderful at this particular Walgreens.
