Then, the manager on duty (a black woman in her 20's) was charging me full price even though my confirmation email said that the price was reduced to 22cents for 1 item. When I showed her my email, she said she couldn't give it to me for that price. I wasted my time coming in to find out I wouldn't get my Pre-paid order. I was going to spend an additional $25-40 in store because I had $6 off $25 cash rewards but I was so angry that I left without getting the additional stuff I was going to get. Walmart and Amazon have cheaper prices and better customer service. I will never shop here

Publix has an outstanding selection of just about everything you could be looking for. On this visit, we special-ordered a sub ring to take to a tailgate the next day, and I'm glad we followed their recommendations--it was absolutely perfect and a big hit the next morning. Great service, great quality, and great selection all around. I'm already looking forward to my next Publix visit!

The pharmacists are very good. Most of my interaction has been with Johnathan Reed, Pharmacist who is the consummate professional. He is patient, answers all questions and explains the meds well. Then, what's the purpose of having an express pass that is supposed to let you jump ahead of people not utilizing this? I still had to wait. Then when I asked the person at the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist a question she shuffled me to the next window, without letting me pay for my items. This was after she had me standing there for five minutes and walking back and forth and not acknowledging that I was there. After the pharmacist talks to me I have to go back in line AGAIN, and wait for the same poor customer service person to "help" me. I had the QR on my phone that pulls up my medicine and she completely ignored it and asked for my name three times because she can't spell apparently either. Then proceeds to walk around the whole pharmacy when my medication was still in the next window over where the pharmacist left it. She knew it was there because she was standing next to the pharmacist when she was talking to me. This whole store needs a staffing upgrade/retrain and to get rid of the riff raff out front. I will be changing Walgreens locations after this experience. The prior one I had here a few evenings ago was just the same. One person on staff and huge lines. When someone asked a worker over by photo for help, they said they have no idea and they don't work in the front, and walked away. Never again.

I'd basically say that CVS is a higher price version of Walgreens. I rarely saw many deals or sales. I was asked though if I needed help right when I walked in so customer service was nice & prompt. We heard about having a lunch or dinner made for you, then going up stairs for table/chairs to eat AND it's true. What can be made-fresh pizza (or grab a slice), sushi, taco/burrito, bowl, or to the deli for subs or fried chicken (like before), big nice salad bar/hot bar (sold by pound), refrig sandiches, salads etc. I wanted a bowl and of 5 options to start my grain level, was roasted quinoa (great), then 4 oz of chicken, black beans, corn, pickled red onions, tomatoes, scallions, sour cream and guacamole! Pretty amazing for $10 ( usually $11 but $2 this week). It was great partly bec I created it with what I wanted! The only limit is the 4oz of protein (chix, beef or pork) but rest, as much as you want. Everything was nice, wide aisles, lots of options, lots of counter help, cashiers etc.Publix was missed!
