I went to go pick up some medication at this particular CVS. There was a lot of cars and so I went to the drive-through pharmacy. I literally sat in the drive-through pharmacy pharmacy for 31 minutes. There was no point in going in because there was a lot of cars in the front parking lot so I understand they were busy. but I have never in my life Waited that long in the drive-through lane. read more

Try to call that location and see what happens. It gives you a runaround with automotive B.S they do not answer the phone for nothing get someone to pick up the phone at least have the automated direct to the pharmacy or the front desk. This store is always very clean and the store personnel greet you when you come in. I am sure they are required to do that but it's still nice. Sometimes there's only a few of the sales items on the shelf so you need to ask the shift manager to get you some more of the items. Store always is very neat and clean and the outside garbage never seems to be overflowing like some CVS stores. read more

Love the fact that they have a minute clinic inside the store. There is also a COVID testing site inside this store too where you can get same data appointments. There is a drive through pharmacy. The store is clean and well stocked. There are self checkouts so usually you can get in and out. The staff checkout is very loud though it makes like loud sounds with beeping. read more

Zero star review. Was told my mothers prescription was ready. Drove 45 minutes to get here and come to find out, it's not because of an ERROR ON THEIR PART. I was also handed someone else's information through the window. Which is a major HIPPA violation. The names weren't even close to the same. Just carelessness. While in the middle of "helping" me, they told me to wait 30 minutes for their lunch. Lauren, who I am assuming is the pharmacist, was extremely condescending and unhelpful. I came here because I was on a road trip and was feeling really sick. I looked online and called twice where I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes before I realized no one was going to pick up, so I just decided to go in and see if there were any walk in appointments available. I asked the pharmacy, since there was no one at the minute clinic, if there were any options for me and the staff was so rude. The woman acted like I was stupid because I didn't have an appointment. CVS pharmacy workers are incompetent and rude. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through the girl at the window 1) didn't bother to ask if I had insurance even though she was provided with the card and 2) refused to add insurance onto my prescription. After her ignoring me at the window for ten minutes and her telling telling me she wasn't going to add my insurance I had to have someone else go inside as I am unable to walk and she was told this. She needs to be fired for incompetency and lack of customer service skills. I called to speak to the manager and the pharmacy said there is no management. Perhaps that's part of the problem! Got a text message a prescription was filled and ready for pick up. They had filled a prescription I had to go get at another location in Jacksonville CVS a month ago because they had run out of that medicine. They had text me that they were filling that prescription last month and found out they didn't have it when I got there. This time they filled the prescription that was filled a month ago at the other CVS and they tried to charge me full price for the medication instead of applying my insurance (which is CVS by the way). More than 10 times the last time I paid. They told me I would have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to rerun it with insurance and discounts applied. I had already waited 30 minutes in line with 2 of the people in the pharmacy working hard and two others chatting about personal stuff loud enough we could all hear. The person that seemed to be in charge did stop and make a call for back up help and then went back to taking with the other person. Never saw her do anything except talk. The second person standing and talking did help two people in the drive through during my time there. The backup came and started filling prescriptions instead of helping the 10 customers standing in line. read more

Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone, 'Sarah with an h' extremely RUDE wouldn't hand over a Rx that was called in the previous day because it was 6:03 and 'her register was closed', store supervisor got involved she was rude to him as well. We have been using CVS since it was Revco then Eckerds. For the first time in 30 years I had to have a prescription sent to Walgreens. My husband and I both had dental work. The dentist sent in prescriptions for pain meds and antibiotics. After waiting a few hours I called to check status. The lady said they were out of both. No one had bothered to notify me. I asked when they would have it, she said I don't know. I asked if one of the other pharmacies had it, she said I don't know. No offer to check other pharmacies or any help. I had to call dentist office back and have it moved. I'm very disappointed at their lack of help or professionalism. How does a pharmacy "not" have antibiotics? read more

CVS as a company has hurt their employees and customers by not supplying enough help in the pharmacy.

The neighborhood seems sketchy but this CVS is clean and well kept. Service isn't pleasant, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's surly either. Decent place to stop for water and snacks if you are staying in a nearby hotel. read more

I could look past the unprofessional manner in which I was spoken to during my drive through visit today. I get it, as I myself am required to provide services during this stressful time in our history. But to top it all, the person that I spoke to was quick to tell me that I didn't have a prescription ready when I did. The issue was that my prescription was placed under the wrong name. This has been an issue for me with CVS for the past 3 years. Not only do they place my prescriptions under the wrong person, but I get notifications frequently for someone else. At this point, it is a HIPPA violation. Pretty basic stuff that a pharmacy has to abide by. Get it together Duval Station. read more

I've been using this pharmacy since I moved here a little more than a year ago. They use to be great and really friendly. Fast service if I chose to wait. The last 6 months I've been having a serious problem getting my prescriptions filled. Yesterday I discussed this with my doctor. The doctor ended up calling the pharmacy on my behalf while I was still there. He said the pharmacist was extremely rude to him and he hung up the phone on him. My doctor recommended I not do business with them anymore and set me up with a new pharmacy. If you have an option do not use this pharmacy. The store is fine for shopping, just avoid the pharmacy if you want to be treated like a human being. read more

I just tried to buy one bottle of Zyrtec (365 pills for $56) and I wanted to apply the 20% coupon that CVS sent me. I had to wait a good 5 minutes or so at the pharmacy checkout only to be told I would have to go to the front and checkout in order to get the discount applied. So I go up front and there is a LONG line. I wait another 10 minutes or so only to be told sorry but that item is a buy one, get one half off item. I explained that there was only one left and I just wanted the one anyway. She still would not give me the 20% discount even on the full price of the product, so I just left. It's crazy that they are willing to lose a loyal customer over a 20% discount on a bottle of Zyrtec. Because from now on I will gladly do my business with the Walgreens just down the road. I am however very grateful that this CVS would not accept their own coupon because I ended up buying the exact same product on Amazon for only $15.99! Wow. I had no idea how much they marked up their products. Just beware. read more
