Lady at the front desk was not too friendly but the store is clean and modern. A generally casual gas station experience.

Very Rude older couple running the place now. Younger girl behind counter seemed to be only one…read moreworking and very sweet. I inquired about restrooms as they are always closed to public. I got ganged up on by the older couple after defending myself about the old man's comments. Guest they must be a couple that works together which I thought was against the company policies. A worker there on another day said the restrooms aren't really closed, they do that due to the homeless and drug addicts in the area. I get it, but don't lie and be rude to paying customers. There are plenty of other stores in the area where the staff and management is not rude! It's illegal to keep the bathrooms closed to the public. This is #138 on the corner of Jasmine and 14th. Street.

Usually, I waste another five minutes by moving the car, walk in, wait in line and request a receipt. Today I was short on time and needed to get back to work. Please fix this, it may not seem like a big deal, but others will go elsewhere because it shouldn't be hard to keep the pump printers stocked with receipt paper...

I think the pump offering of discounts with their loyalty card did the trick. I could not resist a possible deal. Yes we all know that the inside of a gas station store is merely a glorified 7-11 that sells high priced on the run things we think we need, but wow, was this place nice. It was open and bright and there were places to sit, I was impressed. When I went to the counter to get my card, the very nice employee told me that RaceTrac uses an app for their loyalty program. She then showed me which app to download and after I had signed up she went thru all of the perks of coming to RaceTrac. I was very impressed at her enthusiasm and genuineness at helping me. If you need a snack from pizza to donuts or a little simple goofy present like a key ring or a camo hat you can get it here. You will most certainly find employees smiling and helpful to greet you.
