We met Jen the owner who was very sweet, friendly and welcoming. She let us try the daily lemonade flavors which were all quite unique, we all got our lemonades and omg I'm in love with the guava/lemonade topped with blueberries, rosemary and a pasta straw! It was super refreshing! We just moved to the area & it was great learning about the history of the shop and other surrounding facts. We bought some herbs and we'll be back to get plants once I've got time to tend to them as moves can be very hectic and I'm still getting settled. I'm sure things you would never be able to find elsewhere. But I love the fact that these are all people trying to make ends meet, they have stepped out on faith, and are trying to sell things, they think someone might be interested in. Some items are new, some shops have gently used, some have used and antique items. You might find a diamond in the rough here. I will definitely be back, especially for the oils.

I happen to visit their booth at the Jax Arts District Farmers Market in Riverside on Wednesdays and the woman working it is very knowledgeable about the farm and agriculture. The actual farmer wasn't present, but I believe she said that he has been working his farm for over a decade. That's pretty impressive and very progressive especially for the Jacksonville area seeing that I grew up south of Gainesville where most of the bigger farms are located. The prices are so reasonable for the quality and varieties offered here. Just check out their in-season produce and flowers so you'll know what I mean. I took photos. :)

As to people's reviews on Google reviews saying the store is dirty, smelly, and nasty--well, it's a bit run-down but safe. I came here with a friend who is Chamorro and thus very familiar with Asian grocers--he lived in the Philippines, as well. He's just like "yeah, this is the real deal, you can tell, this is where you come to buy liver and leave with fruit that you don't even know what it is".
