I only bought the "Hello Kitty" tissues. So cute! I bought some soup and some hand lotion and a few other items. I did find the store's prices a little high, but I am on a budget. So everything is pricey to me. So, what do I know? Not much. I could have spent the entire day there. Pros: the cool merchandise. Clean and highly organized store. I found myself being more polite than the staff, who maintained a very unfriendly demeanor throughout the interaction. I don't take it personally, but stores like Dinosaur, Tha Moa, RD Market, and Lotte consistently offer much friendlier service with staff who understand how to treat customers. At Dragon's, the owner also works as the cashier, and the checkout experience felt tense and uncomfortable. The woman working Saturday night the 15th shift was particularly unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will not be returning under any circumstances. The Skinny Vietnamese lady, I think she's also the owner. She is significantly friendlier and more welcoming than the rest of the staff. Despite working very hard, she still treats every customer kindly and respectfully. That is what true leadership looks like. The team could benefit from following her example.

I met Dawn several years ago in RI at her place of business. She has relocated to Florida, and when…read moreshe recently opened her Herbal Shop I placed an order through her website for a a calming tea, calendula oil for skin care and lavender bath salts. We chatted through her social media page because I would like her to make something specific due to a skin sensitivity to some ingredients. She assures me that yes, she can change up ingredients to fit my needs. Yea! In a couple of days the package was in the mail and delivered quickly! Everything was wrapped up securely and arrived intact! She even sent me a message to be sure it arrived safely as the P.O., at the time of the order, was a bit back logged and she wanted to assure me it was on it's way. I often take an Epsom salt bath for back pain and the addition of her lavender bath salts is delightful. There are bits of lavender in the mix and it's soooo soothing to have the gentle scent added to the occasion. I have to take the bath anyhow, it may as well be an event! The bath salts are packaged in a sturdy glass container that will come in very handy for storing other bits and bobs when the bath salts are used. I have been using the calendula oil in the evenings to help with skin smoothing. I use a cotton swab to get just a bit and rub it into those tiny lines around the eyes, mouth and basically all over my face. I also use it for first aid on minor scratches; which I do seem to get a lot of. I'm not exactly graceful or dainty. Burns I have managed to acquire from cooking also get a daub of this stuff as well as any dry skin patch (hello feet) and her website states this is good on diaper rash. Give this item a look as it's uses are many and varied! The tea is very mellow and on these cold winter nights, a nice addition to my bedtime routine. It's a loose tea and I have a couple of loose tea infusers, but if you don't, a small mesh strainer would work. Pour the steeped tea through the mesh to keep the tea leaves out of your cup. It doesn't take much product to make a nice cup of tea. It's almost time to place another order with Dawn. Her website includes directions to the brick-and-mortar location, a 'shop' with product information and a 'contact us' section to easily send her a message. The physical shop recently moved to Precision Medicine, 3546 St. Johns Bluff Road S, Suite 108 if you are in the area and want to stop by. If you are keeping socially distant just now, place an order online! Her inventory includes face cream, hand sanitizer, a variety of teas, sun protection, lotion bars, oils for a variety of uses including massage, salves, balms, Elderberry syrup, and baby powder, Click on the item photo in the 'shop' to see the list of ingredients. From what I've seen they are organic. That lotion bar looks to be a 'must have' item! My go-to item for years has been the dark chocolate salted caramel apple, it is heavenly. Honestly, it is my favorite caramel apple anywhere. The caramels and candies are good as well. I tried the ice cream for the first time recently and my sister and I grabbed quarts of a chocolate caramel and a cherry and both were wonderful. If I'd grabbed a pistachio it would have been the best spumoni anywhere. Overall the desserts and great and the service is usually pretty good.
