When it comes to convenience of shopping in a single place for those replaceable everyday products and tangibles which every person and pet need, there has never a better goto spot than Walmart. It has been decades now since Sam layed out the first few around the country to compete and make their mark on the world stage. Now with the market practically cornered for brick and mortar stores and Sam long since passed away, Walmart has changed. No more is the patriotic cry for Made in America products, the banner at each location reminding us that buying American made products keeps America working and strong. Plus we just do everything better. That may cost just a bit more, but by ensuring our products last longer and the American small business and corporations do not trash up our environment by being greedy or lazy ensures not only future generations of clean healthy living, but our dominance within the world. Now Walmart has taken American prosperity to its lowest level by replacing the greeter person, which gave many elderly and those with special needs a chance for a bit more of a normal lifestyle, with the asset protection position who are required to be more physical. My recent visit gave me a chance to see the new position in action. There are still stools to sit and Welcome patrons, but more action to review receipts as the customer leaves the store. I long for the days of Sam Waltons strategy to be the best by actually doing the best for the customers he lived to serve. We just do not have any competitor outside of the internet who can force a change. Made in America and sold by Walmart might give these internet mail to your sites the cheapest products at less cost a bit of competition. Lets get back to America Walmart

Fish department is atrocious. Always has dead fish piled up in it. They store the dead fish in a spot where the public can easily find them. Betta fish have absolutely zero quality of life (yellow water, cloudy water, etc). Overstocked tanks and questionable feeding methods

Worker was very rude, and had a nasty attitude. Did not enjoy my experience, go to publix instead.

Lunchtime found me passing through the area with a sudden craving for a Publix sub. There are…read moreplenty of sandwich options out there, but Publix remains the best, and this location delivered exactly what I wanted. The store was clean and tidy from the parking lot all the way inside. The aisles followed the familiar Publix layout, so finding the deli was effortless. Knowing the system well, I ordered a full Boar's Head ham and swiss on the seeded bun with deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. It was made just right and sliced neatly in half. I grabbed a can of iced tea from the cooler, checked out quickly, and headed back to my campervan. I decided not to eat while driving since those seeds tend to scatter everywhere, so I sat at the table and enjoyed my lunch properly. Absolutely delicious. I have been shopping at this Publix location ever since moving to Kingsland (sorry - keep on…read moreforgetting to check in, but my receipts will justify my visits!). I was looking for something comparable to Hawaii's Foodland or Safeway, and Publix is the place to be here. Publix has everything that you could ever need - from groceries, produce, self-care items, kitchen items, medicine, deli, bakery, meat, and seafood! I most enjoy their BOGO deals and their 3 for $10 strawberries. Though they are pricier than other stores, I still enjoy shopping here due to the wide selection of items to choose from. Their produce is fresh and their bakery and deli are phenomenal! They also have a wide variety of Boar's Head meat and cheese items, which they also use for their deli sandwiches. Workers here are friendly, always checking in if you are looking for something in particular - maybe because I always seem to look lost because I just keep on browsing for items. They also have an app where you can build your shopping list throughout the week and shows you which aisle to get your items from. This elevates my shopping experience as navigating through a store you're unfamiliar with can be daunting at times. You can also check their weekly deals, clip coupons, and pay for your items, all via the app! Although I wish they post all of their store prices on the app - otherwise, I have no further complaints. My favorites here are their Publix Brand Lemonade, Sweet Tea, and their bakery items - especially their Mango Key Lime Pie!

This is the first Asian store in Camden County, Georgia and I had that sigh of relief knowing that I do not have to trek 30 to 45-minutes down to Jacksonville to fend for my Asian grocery needs. They just opened this past Wednesday (7/23) and it's their second location. The original spot is on Main Street in Jacksonville. I had to check it out immediately because my cravings don't wait for nobody! They have a good selection of Asian goodies - they've got all the essentials covered and I'm absolutely living for their Filipino selection. Seeing brands that hit different just makes my heart happy. And can we talk about how they have Son of Valerio's bread/pastries (say Spanish Bread, Pandesal and Pan De Ube)?! Plus Magnolia Ice Cream and those viral TikTok ice pops are up for grabs too. Obviously had to grab some nostalgic snacks because childhood memories are everything - got my hands on Chocnut, Mallows, Flat Tops, and Mr. Chips. They've also got fresh produce if you're trying to whip up some pancit, stir fry, or hot pot at home. Not sure if they'll do hot food like their Jacksonville location (fingers crossed!), but they did have banana lumpia when I stopped by today for Spanish rolls, so that's promising. The cashier was an absolute angel - so friendly, I could've talked to her all day! The exact location is beside Belk's and the former Missy's Buffet. Store is clean and well organized which makes it easy to shop. I'm definitely going to be a regular here (RIP my wallet but my taste buds are grateful). Really hoping the community shows up and supports this local business because we need this energy in Camden County!
