Jaimie Greene is unaware how important customer service is to any business. My last two appointments were made in era by her team. I don't appreciate my time not being respected. I showed up at both times for my appointments only to be told the first time that they don't offer the service that I booked and the second time trying to convince me that I was there at the wrong time, even though I showed Jaime the confirmation I received. At no point did Jaimie feel that she needed to offer an apology for the mistake of booking me for a service that they don't offer or that I was sent the wrong appointment time. The first time this happened, I had taken a long break from going back there, but then decided to give it one more try and the second time was just the same experience with incorrect booking information and wasting my time. Jaime's business focus is on educating and training others with her new location. Therefore, customer service has been taking a backseat. A rarity these days. My certificate allowed a couple's massage for my partner and myself. We were received by a friendly smile. Our massage therapists, Tina and Holly were so much fun! They were able to set a relaxing and calming environment and work on all our needs. The atmosphere was spacious and allowed one to mellow out. I was told that if I felt any movement after 2 weeks, they would have me return for a free "touch up" treatment. I had full movement on my forehead after 2-3 weeks, so I called and texted and they are not returning calls or responding. They had me pay them directly so they can save on their Groupon fees and have been reported. I was advised to request a refund on my credit card. Terrible customer service and complete lack of following through on their promise of a touch up if movement still existed. For all I know, they could have injected water instead of Xeomin. Stay far away and find a reputable med spa.

I made an appointment for a gel manicure and left with my nails completely destroyed. The previous…read moreset was filed through every layer of nail to my nail bed, and I was left with broken, raw, bloody fingers. All the nail tech said was "you have thin nails" when he looked at what he had done, and honestly didn't seem too concerned with the outcome. They weren't 'thin', they were GONE! I have literal holes where nail should be. My nails are on the thinner side, but not a single other nail tech has had an issue in the past. I've been trying to strengthen them, and now I'm worse off than when I started three years ago. Sure, I could have said more to them, but I was so shocked that someone would be okay with treating another human being that way that I didn't know what to do. The salon was crowded and I didn't want to bother the other customers who were enjoying their time. I ended up just paying the $10 for the removal and left. I went to another salon that I trust immediately after, because I was worried leaving the wounds uncovered would risk infection (which I was told would have been very possible). The tech at the other salon said she had never seen work that bad in 20 years in the industry. Now I have about 8 weeks of pain/healing ahead of me with the hope that nothing gets worse.
