I was told that if I felt any movement after 2 weeks, they would have me return for a free "touch up" treatment. I had full movement on my forehead after 2-3 weeks, so I called and texted and they are not returning calls or responding. They had me pay them directly so they can save on their Groupon fees and have been reported. I was advised to request a refund on my credit card. Terrible customer service and complete lack of following through on their promise of a touch up if movement still existed. For all I know, they could have injected water instead of Xeomin. Stay far away and find a reputable med spa.

The lady said doing it where she did would avoid sciatic nerve and less pain. I had more pain than I ever get so looked up what she was referring to regarding sciatic pain. Where she did the shot is where you shouldn't do it and the spot is where it can cause sciatic nerve pain. It was painful for quite a while and today I have a lump in that spot. I've never had any problems before having a B12 shot. I hope the realize the upper hip area is the safest place!
