At no point did Jaimie feel that she needed to offer an apology for the mistake of booking me for a service that they don't offer or that I was sent the wrong appointment time. Long story short, after she basically told me the $85 facial was no good, she told me she could do $125 for the nicer facial. I felt swindled during the whole service. I took my grandmother along and the lady asked me if it was ok if my grandma got these different things without stating it would be an extra cost. So after my technician tried to get me to spend $200 on the facial- all I could do was worrying whether the other lady was going to charge me $200 for my grandmother's facial. Hers was $140. I will don't think I'll get a facial again. I feel like I overpaid SO much. $265 for two facials. I just feel like I was at the flea market bargaining with the technician over the price. It made me uncomfortable because I felt like I had to pay more. I don't like confrontation or bartering. I want to know the true price ahead of times and the specific cost of add ons. The facials cost more than our massages- which were worth every penny! Since posting this originally, the owner has reached out to me and was so, very kind.
