Excellent service. My nail tech Mandy is a delight and does a beautiful job on my nails every time.

My first trip there was to get my dipped nails removed that I got done at another salon. I made an appointment with about 15 minutes notice and was able to be seen. Megan removed my dipped nails with such carefulness and concern. She did so much to educate me about how to take care of my nails so that they are healthy. She worked so hard for the $10 flat fee they charge. I decided to return for a pedicure by her and again, she is the sweetest and very detailed oriented while doing my nails and coaching me on gel nails for toes vs painted etc since it as new to gel. This time I got my gel removed and she did painted. I had an terrible ingrown for the first time and she worked so hard to make sure no wasn't in pain before I left. Quick efficient job! Tina was a gem! She was able to work me in quickly and I was pleased with the results.

Called for an appointment on a Friday, they called me back, almost immediately, and got me in that afternoon. This salon was well worth the drive from the St Augustine historical area; (10-20 minute drive, depending on where you're located & time of day). Requested regular pedicure and gel manicure, they were were happy to comply. Two different technicians performed the procedures; I was very pleased with the outcome; (although I do wish the manicure technician would have pushed my cuticles back). I would advise making an appointment, although they do take walk-ins, they may have a full schedule Friday-Sunday, and would not be able to accommodate you. read more

Came to this establishment 2 times the 1st time I brought my daughter and spent a pretty penny her nails started coming off the next day but she did fix it. I figured I would give them another chance and came in and got another full set for ALL my nails to pop off in 4 days the lady was very rude and unprofessional and said I was wasting her time cause I couldn't make it Monday cause of work but she wasted my hard earned money as well. So if you want crappy work and a waste of money go but that's on you. read more

Disappointed. My daughter got Sns dip on 7/6/2021. Nails have separated from dip and are painted unevenly. Very jagged.

Do not recommend Tina at all!! The one star rating is primarily for Tina. She did my a very poor job on my daughters nails. 1- cuts her fingers up and then cleaned up the blood with alcohol. While they were still bleeding she polished the blood right into the manicure. 2- the nails are not even smooth and you can clearly see that even with them being polished. 3- she had excessive glue on the back on her nails 4- she tried to sell my daughter everything undet the sun! It was to the point of frustration and she even told my daughter, your mother is paying. Seriously! I've posted pics so my point is more clear that Tina is not worth spending your money on. The other lady that works there on the pedicure side is phenomenal. I cannot say enough about her and would give her 5 stars. read more

I was passing by the neighborhood where I stopped to grab a bite to eat. Next door was a nail salon where I remembered how I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. I arrived and expressed what service I wanted where after 2 nail techs didn't acknowledge my request and rather screamed for me and my company to get more services. This is while servicing other patrons. It's unfortunate to have to patron at businesses that do not listen to their customers wants and shout to up charge services. The service: The bed to lay down on had a sheet with patches of stains on it. I told the tech I wasn't going to lay on it and she took it off. The bed itself wasn't much of a comfortable place to lay down as the only thing I could think of is if this is clean. The eyebrow waxing was not to my liking but I merely accepted it. I will not be back due to my experience. read more

Cute little nail salon on SR 16. $23 pedicure. Much less crowded and no wait compared with the Nail place in the Publix shopping center nearby. Attentive staff with TV and good massage chairs. They also have polishes, fill in, etc. read more

I went to get sns nails and Tina was trying to tell me about another product that was healthier for my nails, also more expensive. The customer sitting next to me was getting the same product and raved about it so I said OK I already had SNS on my nails and that had to be removed with the electric file in doing so Tina nicked the sidewall of my nail and made me bleed. And she put a paper towel on the finger and continued to file the other nails. I asked her if she was going to put an antiseptic on and so she got the bottle out put antiseptic on and leaving the paper towel. She started on the other hand and nicked another finger! Bleeding again, I asked her if she was going to put antiseptic on it and she did. I'm a licensed cosmetologist. She did not follow proper procedures of health and safety. When blood is present, it should be handled as a bio hazard. This is to protect the public from Aids and any other communicable diseases through the blood. Health and safety should be her number one priority as a business owner! I would stay away from this nail salon! read more

I have had my acrylics for 4 days, they are supposed to last for two weeks. They cracked and now I have to take them off. I Do not recommend this nail salon. I went with my grandmother and she got a pedicure, I got one as well. My pedicure looks horrible and my grandmas nail polish came off after three days. read more

Great service, only reason I'm taking a star off was because I had to wait for my nail technician to arrive to work for a good 30 minutes.

My acrylic nails fell off after 2 days I paid 38$ for nothing don't go here and if you do make sure Gina puts on your nails correctly. they were nice but clearly don't know how to do nails ! read more

Service was good, friendly employees. I asked them not to trim my cuticles but they trimmed them anyway. They are good at small designs on the nail and fairly cheap. However environment was slightly lacking. read more
