This visit was a summer Monday morning outing with my sister-in-law, daughter, husband, and me. We stopped in without an appointment and were seated in less than five minutes. We've also visited on busier Saturdays with appointments and have had good experiences then as well. While our feet soaked, we were offered water, wine, or soda. It's a small touch, but one that always makes the experience feel a little more welcoming and relaxing. All four of us chose the Deluxe Pedicure ($36), which is only $6 more than the Classic ($30). The Deluxe includes a drink, an exfoliating scrub, lotion, and hot towel wrap. They also offer additional upgraded pedicures with extras like hot stones, but the Deluxe feels like a great value and is usually our choice. My technician was attentive and professional. I especially appreciated that he asked permission before using the callus remover rather than just assuming. He was friendly without being overly chatty, which was perfect because part of the reason for this outing was spending time catching up with family. The salon appeared clean and well maintained. They use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs, and overall it felt cleaner than many nail salons we've visited. One fun detail from the day: my husband picked his polish color first, and I ended up liking it enough to choose the same one. I wasn't expecting to leave with matching toes, but here we are! The only minor issue was that my polish application wasn't quite as smooth as I would have liked. It isn't noticeable unless I'm looking closely, but it did seem a bit thicker than ideal. The polish on the other members of our group looked perfectly smooth, so it may have simply been an isolated occurrence and I think the issue was the polish and not the nail tech. For three Deluxe pedicures, our total was $108 before tip. We never felt rushed, the services matched what was advertised on the menu, and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Consistently good service, short wait times, a clean environment, and a relaxing experience keep us coming back. We'll definitely return.

But if you want a real local vibe, good prices and lots of options this is an excellent spot.

WARNING Do not waste your time for nail service at this…read moreplace!! The nails, powder and polish are low graded quality. I have been receiving nail service in the St Augustine area for almost two years and I have never and I mean NEVER had two let alone one nail break. On 2 May, requested a full set with SNS and was serviced by the pregnant lady, sits in the front right station (I don't know her name). Although I wasn't pleased with her professionalism, tone and energy, I gave her grace due to her pregnancy. Within a week of my service, notice the polish and finishing coming off on the sides and tips. On 14 May, the tip of my indent finger nail started with a crack on the side and eventually broke. I did not hit my hand or finger on anything... On 16 May, I returned for a nail repair and the pregnant lady rendered the service. She tried to convince me that it's been two weeks or maybe you hit your hand. I kindly interrupted and stated, "stop, please stop", as I felt my intelligence was insulted. Not only did she put the nail crooked, she did not match the chrome properly. She had a justification for every damn thing. She stated, "oh, your nail will not look the same because it's a new nail". Really?!?! I politely said thank you and walked out. On 29 May, my middle finger nail broke at the tip, similar to my indent finger nail. I understand I'm within my 30 day window but no one can convince me that nail salon is not using low quality/ cheap material. I have my appointment with BEN at Polish Nails in the Murabella Shopping as that is my primary nail tech. They are slightly expensive but my nails last up to 6 weeks with incidents. Again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
