Wonderful spa-great service and employees were excellent! I went to another spa with my sister/mom before our vacation a few weeks ago-and they did my manicure and pedicure at the same time which was not relaxing at all! Needless to say it didn't look great! But I didn't want to complain because my mom paid for it! So I went to Murabella after and they fit me in instantly and Re-polished my nails so quickly! Used to like this place, was a frequent customer until they started getting slick with prices. Friend and I used to go all the time and usually get the same colors and designs. Starting getting skeptical when we were charged different prices. My last straw is when they used a pedicure person to do my SNS finger nails and she just cut all my nails off and wanted me to pay for a full set. I said no and left. read more

My daughters and I enjoy Murabella Nail & Spa. We are here at least two times per month getting our nails or a pedicure done. Everyone is friendly and they have a lot of regular customers. I'm bad at making appointments ahead of time so I just call the day of. I've had my nails done by most of the ladies and they are all great. I was in the area, decided to drop in. It was packed, the lady said they should be able to take me I would just have to wait. It was Labor Day I had no where else to be, we had just ate so I was up for it. I want to say we only waited 30min max then my daughter and I were seated together. My pedicure was done by Dan and let me say best I have ever had! The massage was perfect felt like reflexology! The time, care, and perfectness he took to put on the polish was awesome! Very clean inside, everyone was so kind. Prices were fair my pedicure was the next package up from the basic making it $45 I had hot stones, scrub, a long massage! That's all I care about. The kids Pedi was $23 scrub, mini massage, and color. A bonus is they use Nitrile gloves not latex! Thank you for that. Time well spent I will be back! Rose is the BEST! I came in as a walk in for a full acrylic set. I was expecting them to possibly say no, since it's valentine's day and all nail salons are busy. Thankfully they were able to squeeze me in! I told Rose, my nail tech, that i would like a short almond shaped nail and the rest was up to her. I currently have magenta colored hair, so rose decided to match the nails with my hair. She did an amazing job, the color matched perfectly and the designs she gave me (she chose them herself) were INCREDIBLE!! Rose knows how to do nails AND how to do beautiful designs. I was worried that i might not like it since i told her to do whatever she wanted but she proved me wrong. She is also very kind and personable. From now on, Rose is my go to girl! If you are in a hurry and want an unsanitary, sloppy manicure and pedicure well you've found the right place. I had to ask twice for the guy to trim my tones and cut my cuticles. He didn't use cuticle oil or push the cuticles and did it at the end of the pedicure after 30 seconds of lotion and the water was already drained. Then he used plain cold water for me to soak my fingers, did not push my cuticles and did not use oil to soften my cuticles. Worst manicure and pedicure I think I have ever had and I am 72 years old and have been doing this all my life. read more

$35 for a WATER SOAK and dirty tools. FABULOUS! I walk in... request pedicure! They got me in fairly quick. I sit down and the women lines the foot tub with a liner, OK GREAT. She proceeds to file my gel polish off of my toes and that was it! she didn't offer me any kind of pedicure package, I picked up the menu and she was already putting the gel polish on my toes! She hadn't even buffed my toe nails or did any kind of cuticle treatment to them. Then proceeds to charge me $35! The foot scrubber she tried to use on my foot was dingy and clearly seen better days! DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEBROW WAXING!!! My sister, and I went to get are eyebrows done today, and the lady didn't seem to know what she was doing at all. While she was waxing my sister eyebrows she dropped wax all over her face and eyelashes, and instead of washing it off her face she waxed it,and she also left with chunks of wax in her eyelash. She butchered her eyebrows and took off a chunk in the front, they are uneven and choppy now. I promise you that you will be saving your money going anywhere else then here!! read more

Overpriced for what you get. Under new ownership. Even though it's called the same exact business name, another tech told the tech ringing me up that my gift certificate was from the previous owner so she couldn't take it. Then she said she could honor half. I was too tired to argue it, but thinking of it now that's bad business. It wasn't expired and it was only in May that my husband purchased it for me. Your business is the same exact name. You can't take over a McDonalds and then tell people you won't take gift cards sold under the owner before when you are the same business. The tech we had did a great job on my daughters nails and she was very nice, so 3 stars for that. I'll try a different salon next time though. read more

Love this place! Everyone is so helpful and so nice, my absolute favorite is Rose, however when she isn't available I've enjoyed services from others there and have always had a great experience! The salon is newly remodeled and the new pedicure chairs are wonderful! I do recommend making an appt as they are usually very busy but with a short wait they've also been able to accommodate even if I didn't have an appt. I've visited many other nail salons in the area (and I am pretty picky :-) especially about cleanliness) and they are by far the best!! I highly recommend! read more

I just got my nails done here and it was unfortunately the worst nail experience I've had. The person who did my nails skipped steps in the SNS process, rushed through the service, and my nails were left with patchy spots where you can see my natural nail color through a dark blue nail and a rough finish instead of being smooth. I definitely will not be coming back here again for such an expensive service that should be done properly and by taking your time. read more

Saw a 'great deal' for my High School aged daughter online and decided to give them a try. They cut her nails super short, they nails were uneven and had hair in them. Then they said it was what she wanted so nothing they could do. She is crying her eyes out and the man just says its what she wanted? Give me a break. Clearly a large language barrier as she also asked for matte finish and he put three coats of high gloss... He also told her it was ' too late' and he couldn't redo them. I went here recently and although the staff was very nice, after 2 days of low activity, two of my gel nails chipped and now almost all of them have chipped 5 days later. They also didn't fill the nails close enough, so they looked amateurish. I think they did fine on the pedicures, although I will say that my nail tech dug too deep when trimming my cuticles that he made me bleed significantly. Lastly, they ended up making us pay cash and go to a nearby ATM because their card machine was down, which was inconvenient. Needless to say, I won't be returning and was very disappointed with the experience. read more

Brought my high school aged daughter here. Worst experience for her. She has had sns or acrylic nails for 3 years, she know what she likes and how they should look. First the nail tech made her bleed twice by trying to be quick as they were busy. Her nails which are just french manicure style looked awful. We have a PTO discount card which our local Elementary school that we just received Friday August 13th. They would not honor it? Said they were under new management? We'll change the name FT! This was by far my worst nail experience ever. From the moment I arrived I should have known to leave. We made two appointments the day prior for the moment they opened. When we arrived they had no one to help us and chatted amongst themselves in Vietnamese for a good 5 minutes before providing an answer if they could provide us service or not. From there it went from bad to worse. They helped only one of us. The nails i got were terribly shaped (and lifting before the end of the day). There were no apologies for overlooking our appointments. The place was very dirty. Each nail polish bottle she used for me had spills all over it like they just keep refilling it. The staff was extremely unprofessional and only spoke to each other, not the paying clients. A lady came in while my nails were being done and asked for service, after a few minutes of zero English banter, she asked again, "so do you have time to help me?". They bantered back and forth still not answering her & she finally said never mind and walked out. I wish I'd have done the same thing. I paid $45 for a full set that I now need a fill and reshaping and new Gel on, and it's been 3 days. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE! read more

I enjoyed the friendly customer service, & hate to leave a bad review but I have to say. Thuy did my full set of acrylics. When she asked me what I wanted, I told her I wanted acrylics..she tried to push sns dip powder, and gel polish by telling me "its better". I knew what I wanted when I walked in, so I didnt like the "pushy" attitude. She was very quick which resulted in some crooked shaping. She did not push my cuticles back before she started on my nails. She did not clean the polish well after painting my nails. She cut me with the grit file, then burned me with acetone after knowing I got cut from the file!! I was very upset about this. I still tipped her, but I feel for $30 for a very short set of acrylics with regular polish, I did not get my money's worth. You want in and out service, you will get in and out quality. This is the second time I've been here. Got my nails done from two different people, and I am not pleased. I wont be going back there!! read more

I love this salon. After a HORRIBLE experience at another salon in St Augustine (Rose Nails, I left a review for them as well) I decided to give this one a try. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly man and asked how he could help me. I told him that I needed a gel full set and showed him the design I wanted. I was seated right away and he started working on my nails. He was very nice and did an amazing job on my nails. They turned out exactly like I wanted them to. The price was great as well. I will continue to visit this salon and see Steven for as long as I get my nails done. I have been to numerous nail salons across the country with my professional career. My daughter and I went to this salon because another salon we wanted to go for a pedicure was closed due to a family emergency.The woman who performed my pedicure was rude by mumbling talking to the other workers in the salon. She also said a rude remarks about my feet. The man who was performing her pedicure started talking about her bunions and the other salon workers came over and looked mumbling comments. It was humiliating! Never in our years of receiving manicures or pedicures ever had that happen. Also, my pedicure was awful because my feet are STILL rough and the massage hurt.
