i've been here multiple times but i guess they got new owners..... one lady started on my nails then she got up and another lady started doing them, then the other lady went back to my nails, my nails are uneven. bumpy. there is acrylic all over my skin. my friend went with me as well she was cut, all her nails are a different shape and all different shades of the color she wanted. also was left with nail polish all over her skin and asked the lady repeatedly to take the polish off her skin and she wouldn't do it she would just add more polish. she had to ask for a cottonball to get it off herself and them seemed to be annoyed with us when we just wanted the polish off our skin. read more

My sister, mother and I did come in on a Sunday afternoon and expected some wait so we didn't mind. The services I received today were my eyebrows and a pedicure. However, with my eyebrows there was a sanitation issue. Although my eyebrows did turn out very nice, the lady doing my eyebrows failed to sanitize before doing them. COVID times or not, a face shouldn't be touched without clean hands. Especially since the client she was working with before me got her toes done. After my pedicure, I also requested to have my regular shoes put on so I can leave after my toes were dried and had a little verbal altercation with the nail tech and she refused to put my regular shoes and I gave up on fighting. Overall, eyebrows looked good and toes too but I didn't enjoy my experience here. read more

Called today to make appt. for a pedicure. When I got there, I greeted the staff when I entered - no response. I then said I have an appt - no response. I chose my color and sat. John gestured me over to a chair and was very nice and did a wonderful job. As I left to pay the cashier, she just stated the amount, I gave her the money and she asked if I wanted change and I told her I did. She goes in the back to get change and comes back and doesn't even look at me when she hands it to me and never even says "thank you" - nothing. I then walk over to tip John and leave. UPDATE: Had a seriously underwhelming experience there yesterday with a female nail tech located at the far end of the room--no name tag. Came in with short clean filed nails wanting a gel manicure. She silently and roughly pretended to give me a $35 "spa manicure" that included her constantly trying to see what was happening on the other side of the spa while she was using potentially harmful tools on my my fingers, half-heartedly going through her routine of cuticle care (his part was painful and scary since she simply "pretended" to push them back in the first place..she'd rather go all rough and intense with the nippers to get the job done. I jumped several times and she just glared at me.) Then came the best part: the absolute globby mess of polish. This woman did 2 thick coats of foundation followed by 3 thick uneven coats of color and two thick coats of clear on top. Thats SEVEN total coats, people. Naturally this mess stuck to the side of my finger so her method to release it was to ROUGHLY file away the entire side of my nail so there is nothing left but sore flesh. My nails look nothing like they did when I went in. I have lost all length in exchange for thickness. This stuff is definitely going to lift since she took it all the way up onto my cuticle in some areas. I am so mad at myself for not saying something then and there but I didn't want to make a scene since every other employee was with a client. I plan to go in tomorrow and speak with the owner. Save your money and find someplace where they actually care about the outcome of your manicure. ----------------previous review------------- Went here for a deluxe pedi and it did not disappoint. Very friendly staff made me feel welcome, gave me a bottled water. The pedicure was so relaxing, complete with leg rub, hot towel wrap, paraffin wax, and foot scrub. I loved it. My first visit and they ruined my nail beds and gave me nail fungus. I looked it up and it comes from bacterial infected manicure tools. In 20 yrs. I have never had such an awful experience. I just want to warn others, so you don't go through what I did. read more

When we arrived they told us it would only be 10 minutes, but I only got checked on 35 minutes after. And then it took a whole hour to actually get paint on my nails. Other than that my gel nails came out nicely and we gave a big tip. read more

I've been going for over a year because it's close to my house. Their service is mediocre. I called and booked a 6:30 appointment to get my gel polish removed and my nails filed and buffed. They close at 7. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment (6:30) and they were closed. All the lights were off, the door was locked, and nobody was there. Love Annabella's, and you can't beat their prices. $25 for a deluxe pedicure... Count me in! Now it's not a fancy spa, but it's clean and the staff is wonderful. They always carry on a good conversation, in English....something not found in other nail salons. I had been going there for a while and have learned to expect a long wait to get in to see Kim even with an appointment. She does great nails, but had no issue taking people out of turn and making others wait. I went in today and received the worst customer service. A new technician by the name of Danny was very kind but not who I asked for. I assumed he would do the pedicure and asked several times if Kim was available. Upon completion of the pedicure, I tipped him and again asked if Kim was available. He sat me in Kim's chair, and then he came around and sat. Meanwhile, another customer walked in and requested her nails be done (no appt) and Kim takes her. I was so upset, I ended up leaving after Danny did a dry cuticle cut. I tried to call back and no one cared about losing a customer or the horrible service. The owner, Lee did refund me the 40.00 and turned around and charged my 27.00 for the pedicure! Oh My Goodness!!! No one apologized and could have cared less to lose a patron! I actually made a comment about that and the response was "the charge went through". read more
