This nail salon did not disappoint. No need to think twice about going to this place, just don't go. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and tried it again for the third time and it has been constantly bad. After I left the salon, takin a closer look, I saw polish all over my toes and realized she never put a top coat. It was the fastest manicure pedicure I have ever gotten. She never asked what type of pedicure I wanted, which is fine but I was also charged a good amount for mediocre service.. Shame on me for not going back and showing them the polish on my toes, the fact that I didn't get a topcoat on my pedicure. For point of reference, for a regular pedicure and gel pink and white manure I was charged $64.

Really needed my toes done, and most places require an appointment. When I walked in, I got serviced immediately. My nail tech offered something to drink and my pedicure was great. My feet definitely felt renewed. My only complaint was one big toe didn't look as nice as the other toes, but overall nice, clean salon with no wait!

I really wanted to be able to depend/like this place since it's so close to my house. I read the reviews and I really want/wanted that same experience that some people seem to have. We (meaning my son & I {he is my Pedi-partner}) have been here more than a few times and even spaced it out by months in between. But alas...I can say it's time for us to move on. This review is based on pedicures only. I don't get manicures until I know I'm happy with a place for the Pedi's first...it's just my thing since I don't get many Mani's and like to make it count when I/we do. The staff is very friendly, it's clean and located in a great location for the folks living in the nearby subdivisions and especially Palencia. I can't remember who I've had on previous visits, but on the most recent visit I had Kim. Doesn't matter who I had before, but I've had the same similar experiences. A standard Pedi last about 45 minutes give or take at most places, but not here. Here...from start to finish, including slippers put on and payment, it was 26 minutes. It's is beyond fast. Hey, if this is your thing, good for you. For us and for the price...I expect to enjoy the Pedi. It's a treat for us, not an essential thing and it's not supposed to be speedy, nor are we in a race. That said, the massage on the feet and legs is just a quick rubbing and rather disappointing...every step was quick and disappointing for that matter. My son had a slightly better experience than me, but not by much...still said the massage was just ok. There was something strange going on with the massage chairs too...not a good experience. Without even thinking or blinking his shoes were on and he was done! However, my son was offered a bottle of water by his tech. I was never offered anything by Kim and I forgot they offered complimentary drinks until I wanted a drink and asked my son for a drink from his water bottle. By this time she was putting the polish on so we were close to being finished so I didn't ask. I shouldn't have to ask anyway! Besides, Kim saw me ask my son for a drink, at that point she could have at least asked and/or offered an apology for not offering anything to me or forgetting, but she didn't...she just smiled. I would have turned it down since we were clearly almost done in record time, but the gesture would have been nice at least. About that polish, I didn't realize until she was finished putting color on my first foot that there was no bottom coat on my toe nails. I asked her if she could put on a bottom coat and she just smiled at me and continued painting my nails with color. So, no bottom coat. It was a nice color though and painted them nicely other than that...but I like a bottom coat. The next thing I know my slippers (aka: flip flops) are on and I'm being asked to pay. The crazy thing I did was add a tip...why are we programmed or expected to add a tip when we receive mediocre treatment/care? (Of course, having people hover over you doesn't help and this is common at nail places in general.)

Price point is standard for what I've seen in the area, and they do a good job. Only dinging a star because my appointment felt rushed (a full gel manicure in 15 minutes flat). I think my nail tech was trying to get mine taken care of before her other client finished soaking. The tops of my nails are still a little tacky, probably because I didn't sit under the gel lamp long enough. Overall, I'd be willing to go again, but I'll make sure I do an extra minute or two with the lamp before I leave.

Ok so this place was really awesome. The inside is very peaceful. Complimentary wine or water when you go inside. My nails looked awesome and the nail tech was such a sweetheart. There was no rush to push anyone out, everyone looked like they were relaxing and the music was fun. The price was the same as every other nail salon. I think everyone here was friendlier though, which goes a long way Definitely would go again! (:

Came to get a fill-in while on vacation. They were really nice and quick to greet. They offered drinks and had music playing. Great Price for the service you receive, and Jessi took his time with me and made fun small talk!

Dipped nails. More than 3 colors $5 upcharge. This is only my second time getting my nails done…read morewith the dipping technique. I am new to this process and still developing an eye for what the finished product should look like. My tech was so personally and nice that I forgot to check the quality befor I left. The pinky of one nail needed another coat compared to the other one. One of my thumbs had dents from the UV machine-I think when it went in I didn't realize it scraped the edge. Another nail had a hump towards the nail bed and dipped mid nail. The first time I had them done I was in St Louis and the technique was quite different. When the tech dipped the nail, her next step was to tap the powder off by tapping my finger in a side ways motion. My first experience was that the excess powder was removed with a kabuki brush. Instead of spraying my hands with a solution like this tech did after my last application, I washed my hands. This is to remove any residual product. I was charged $5 to remove the previous nails. The only questionable instance was when one mail did not nudge after 30 min soaking. Instead of applying more acetone and letting it soak; she pulled off the thick nail residue. My daughter warned me that this ruins your natural nail. The gel pedicure and dipped manicure took nearly two hours. I will return the next day to see how it will go to fix my nails. The policy is within one week. The original tech wasn't there but after waiting a few minutes another tech repaired my nails quickly. The tech was pleasant and polite. When I went on a Sat there was only 2 other people there. I did call ahead for an appt. I will say that this is the first nail salon that I have been to outside of Aveda that actually asks how do you want your toe nails to be shaped. I find this so frustrating and 99% of all nail shops that they don't bothers ask and you don't feel like you can ask. Detected a great job forming my nails in the rounded shape.

All the nail tech said was "you have thin nails" when he looked at what he had done, and honestly didn't seem too concerned with the outcome. They weren't 'thin', they were GONE! I have literal holes where nail should be. My nails are on the thinner side, but not a single other nail tech has had an issue in the past. I've been trying to strengthen them, and now I'm worse off than when I started three years ago. Sure, I could have said more to them, but I was so shocked that someone would be okay with treating another human being that way that I didn't know what to do. The salon was crowded and I didn't want to bother the other customers who were enjoying their time. I ended up just paying the $10 for the removal and left. I went to another salon that I trust immediately after, because I was worried leaving the wounds uncovered would risk infection (which I was told would have been very possible). The tech at the other salon said she had never seen work that bad in 20 years in the industry. Now I have about 8 weeks of pain/healing ahead of me with the hope that nothing gets worse.
