My technician was very nice and gave a great massage! The salon was clean with comfortable massage chairs. $42 for a deluxe pedicure with hot stones, sugar scrub and parafin wax was worth it! Will definitely be going again! read more

Nothing special. Went twice and no intentions of going back. A guy technician was going to put a tip on my pinky. I asked what he was doing and said he had to put a tip on as my nail broke on my pinky but not severe or that much shorter then the rest of my nails. I told him no! Just file it and do the dip like my other nails. In no way did I need a tip and he did not even run it by me. He was taking the liberty to just do it. I don't use tips. I was done with that place as he kind of had an attitude. I go elsewhere where they appreciate your business. read more

Me and my daughter went to get our nails done and had never been to this place before and thought to try it out. Never again! My nails turned out not what I wanted or asked for and looked nothing like the reference photo. They had air bubbles. My daughter's nails were absolutely unacceptable. They are chunky and crooked and they did not listen to her when she said she wanted them shorter. We were there for four hours total and also came back the next day for a refund the next morning and were refused and were told it was our fault her nails were messed up. This place is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place. read more

My daughter, granddaughter, and 15 year old family member visited this nail salon it was our first visit. The staff was very helpful from the start. Helped by responding to my scheduled appointments, when we got their they were quick to know what I had requested which was wonderful considering it was confusing by what I had wrote. The salon was very clean, everyone was inviting and helpful. Our technicians were amazing, very accommodating and our manicures and pedicures were just as we requested. So I would recommend this nail salon to all my family and friends it's great. They deserve an A+ rating in my opinion. read more

Place was nicely decorated and clean, but the service was not so good. The lady was rude and was on her personal phone off and on the entire time while doing my gel manicure. I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or on the phone. Then spoke to me like I didn't know what she was talking about. Wouldn't recommend to friends. read more

I'm actually super glad that I went here instead of my regular salons. This place is just as nice with less of a price tag! I luckily went in while it wasn't busy, but I was serviced right away. Employees were very nice to me and did a great job of fixing what was left of my nails to make it look nice again. They even have a separate room for pedicures which is what I look for in nail salons. Even though I'm about to move away from this place, it's definitely worth my time to drive out there for great service and reasonable prices. read more

The inside of the salon is very clean and well decorated. My pedicure was relaxing for the most part. My friend recommended them to me because their prices are reasonable. However, I came in about 6pm on the Wednesday before the 4th of July. I admit that their normal hours are to close at 7pm, but I had to work all day and wanted to get my nails done for the holiday. The nail tech seemed annoyed that I wanted to do my nails in addition to my toes. Perhaps he could have said that they didn't have time to do my nails, but instead he became very quiet and rushed through the pedicure. Not only that, I got the gel polish on my nails, and within a day it started chipping and now it's completely peeling off. I've gotten gel polish before and they never chipped this fast. Perhaps if you are getting a simple mani/pedi this place is good, but I won't be back. read more

I really appreciated how this salon worked to ensure the cleanest possible environment- everything from having each person wash their hands upon entering (and before handling the polish - why doesn't every salon do this?) to spacing us out carefully. I was impressed with the services here - I've seen their acrylic mixed mani work on some gals at my optometrist's (uh-mazing!) and I'm now rueing a slightly odd choice of polish color because this stuff isn't budging (that'll teach me ha). Prices are reasonable too - I will definitely be back now I've found this place. read more

I paid $42 and my nails lasted a week. I have gotten my nails done regularly for the past four years, and this was crap. I waited to long so I needed a full set. The lady used tips that were to wide for my nails, and she left them way to long I asked twice for her to shorten them but she didn't so I just figured I would file them down myself. I am giving them two stars because I did really like the multitude of polishes. read more

Yikes. My regular spot was booked so I decided to try this place out. Had an appt at 5:30, we waited about twenty minutes. No big deal. But the lady doing my was in such a rush, I assume because they close at 7. My nails look pretty bad. I learned to not stray from my regular nail spot. read more

I have been going to mail spot for 5 years now. Best pedicures I have ever had. So relaxing. The place is so clean. And see the same guy to do my nails. His name is Brian. He is a perfectionist. A woman Tina does my pedicures and eyebrow wax. She is so friendly and always asking how my family and my mother is. I highly recommend mail spot. And sometime places over book. People make mistakes. Their only human. I just have went next door to the Mexican restaurant and had a margarita and some ships and queso and went back in an hour. L read more

I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience! it was my 1st time trying this salon in bartram And I will definitely consider going back the atmosphere is very very clean, very quiet and very professional even the nail techs speak in lowered tones. The pedicure I received was excellent! and I have a hard time going to a new place because many times the tech will hurt me by accident. It's hard to relax if you're afraid! Lol...Anyway I was long overdue for some pampering so Iopted for the $29 pedi which included everything you could think of including hot stones and hot paraffin wax! The place is very nice and the pedicures are amazing. I've been here twice. The first time I got a regular mani pedi and I have to say it was sooo good. My mani lasted over 2 weeks even thoe I got regular polish and usually it only lasts about 3 days for me before the polish starts chipping lol but the second time I got SNS in my nails and they are super chunky. The SNS is like 3 times the thickness of my nails. I think I'll keep coming back to this place but only for the pedi or regular mani but not SNS again. I don't think the picture shows how thick it is but at least you can tell it's somewhat thick. read more

I made an appointment for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures on a Saturday morning. I have been to this salon before without issues. When we got there, I told them my name and the fact that I made an appointment. They told us to pick colors and wait while they set up the pedicure chairs. As we were waiting, there was an influx of people that walked in, all saying that they had appointments at the same time. It was clear they overbooked. When the owner realized this, she told me that she had me down for an appointment the day before. This made no sense because previously she had asked us to pick colors and told us we were all set. She then said I'd have to wait until the other appointments are taken care of. I have never experienced such treatment at a nail salon and will never go back. Please figure out your appointments for the sake of the next customers. You just lost 3 in a few minutes. read more

I wanted to give this nail salon a try, since it was next door to the restaurant I was going to with a friend. We were able to walk in with no difficulties and pick out colors for our manicures and pedicures. I decided to try the gel polish for my manicure, since my nails chip easily. The ladies that did our manicures did a great job, but my lady immediately disappeared after doing my manicure and never returned. We were only offered water or soda to drink, but we saw a lady walking around with a champagne glass, so we guessed they offer alcohol too. Our classic pedicures were relaxing, and our pedicurists didn't talk much, but they did a good job for about 30 minutes. My pedicurist also disappeared like my manicurist, and I never interacted with him again. When we were seated to dry our pedicures, they left us without asking if we wanted to pay right away. We waited for about 10 minutes before walking up to the counter to pay. I was going to use my American Express card, but the lady told me they didn't accept that type of credit card. I had fun with my friend, but we probably won't come back here again. read more

Nail Spot has a nice environment and seems to be very clean. This was my 3rd appointment. This last appointment was really disappointing. The nail technician was in a rush, was very rough, and she cut my skin in 4 different places. Two of my nails are wavy, missing acrylic in areas. One of the nails wasn't painted correctly. Fills and SNS are $5 - $10 more expensive than other nearby locations. I won't be back. read more

Was there this morning for the first time and I'll definitely be going back. Got a Classic Spa Pedicure and hot stone manicure from nail tech Brian. Best I've had in many years. Also had my eyebrows waxed and they look awesome! Professional service from a professional staff in the cleanest salon I've been to in over 25 years. I love the nail spot! The young lady that did my nails and manicure was fantastic, sweet and very talented. She accidentally messed up on one nail and noticed it and did the nail completely over which I thought was very good business. I visited Nail Spot for the first time over the weekend, and I was very pleased. I do recommend an appointment though, because they were packed. I went at 11:00 on Sunday, and they already had tons of appointments and walk-ins. I had to wait about an hour, but the service I received was great. They are all so nice and friendly. We L O V E this place!!! The shop is so clean and the staff is very, very friendly. We've come to know (and love) Brian, Tina and Hanna very well, but everyone is wonderful!!! Walk ins are welcome, but if you show up in the middle of the day, you will have to wait; it's best to make an appointment. They stay pretty booked, so also keep that in mind. I went there for a fill on my last SNS set and a pedicure. I didn't get the lady's name who worked on me but she was wonderful! Took her time and listened to my requests without getting annoyed. Only down side is I wish nail techs were avid about cleaning their drill tools. It was messy and I had to ask for the drill to be sanitized. But I find A LOT of nail places are like this and people don't notice cause it's busy. So other than that the experience was great and the place was clean. read more

Nail Spot is the best nail salon around - immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious with nice decor. There is a wide selection of colors to choose from for polish and the talent and attentiveness of the staff is second to none. I am super picky about my nails and I can honestly say you won't get the careless, sloppy work here that you get in a lot of nail salons. I always make appointments with Jenny - she is wonderful! But I don't think you would be disappointed with any of the staff. Check out the lavender pedicure, it's the best! read more

Roughest manicure I've ever had. Painful coarse scraping of gel polish, rough filing on natural nails. Scheduled a pedicures also, got a color change on my toes instead. Miscommunication everywhere. I've been there three times, all experiences mediocre, last one was the worst. I'm not going back. Two different nail techs, no names offered. read more

I've had SNS done many times and I have to say, this is the worst I've ever had. It's thick and chunky and there are actual spots on at least three nails. I know it was Friday evening, but one nail looks like a big bug crawled across it. They are all thick near the base. The place was clean, and they offered me wine. That's the best I can say about them. They were not happy I asked not to have the drill in my natural nail. I tipped great despite my clumsy looking nails, but I probably won't return. read more

I was still standing there until finally I was directed to a spa chair, which had just been used and I noticed was not cleaned - rather a bag was used in place of the cleaning. Now I'm used to nail salons using bags but every other one I've been to has ALSO cleaned the spa tubs as well. I sat for a few minutes, someone brought a menu but I knew what I wanted so that was a useless time killer. Many minutes later of sitting in silence, fruitlessly waiting I decided that with the lack of hygiene along with the lack of service it wasn't in my best interest to stay. First and last visit sadly.

Of course this means that it's a favorite of locals. RJ and Solita were very sweet. RJ had lots of stories of life in general. He kept us in stitches. I walked in rather late but they closed late, 7:30pm. Solita did a great job with my pedi. They do gel, dip and regular nail services. They also do other services but you'd have to call. Call anyway since I suspect that they get booked.

The owner did my feet. Amazing experience, and so oatient and fun.

I have sensitive feet and sometimes the callus portion is uncomfortable. Their prices are a little on the pricey side or maybe average as you don't get a discount for mani pedi combo, and the don't give you a discount if you don't get nail polish which I think they should do. We only get regular manicure and pedicures, but I know they do gel and powder dips as well and I saw them doing some sort of nail tips with the technique. I also wanted to make sure that they would be willing to provide the service if she did come back to the salon. My family member did ask in the moment for the service to be provided in the manner that was promised and the tech said no; i.e they were not willing to provide the service. I then received the following information in response to why the service wasn't provided: the service was actually too time consuming for them to be willing to do (would have been nice to have just been honest about that when I called ahead and scheduled the appointment) and to tell me to get gel instead. They then refused to acknowledge the fact that they confirmed a service that they were then not willing to provide. The continued response they had was straight up deflection. If you're interested in going to a salon that is a turn and burn shop then this is the one for you.

I had never gotten these colors before and they recommended colors that matched the set I found on Pinterest, and did better. Not only are you getting a pedicure, new polish etc., but the sugar scrub/lotion, gel cooling followed by hot stone leg massage, parafin treatment and hot towels to finish up the experience. I left relaxed and stress free. The salon is smaller and has a welcoming atmosphere. Experience here was 10/10!
