Nothing special. Went twice and no intentions of going back. A guy technician was going to put a tip on my pinky. I asked what he was doing and said he had to put a tip on as my nail broke on my pinky but not severe or that much shorter then the rest of my nails. I told him no! Just file it and do the dip like my other nails. In no way did I need a tip and he did not even run it by me. He was taking the liberty to just do it. I don't use tips. Me and my daughter went to get our nails done and had never been to this place before and thought to try it out. Never again! My nails turned out not what I wanted or asked for and looked nothing like the reference photo. They had air bubbles. My daughter's nails were absolutely unacceptable. They are chunky and crooked and they did not listen to her when she said she wanted them shorter. We were there for four hours total and also came back the next day for a refund the next morning and were refused and were told it was our fault her nails were messed up. Helped by responding to my scheduled appointments, when we got their they were quick to know what I had requested which was wonderful considering it was confusing by what I had wrote. I'm actually super glad that I went here instead of my regular salons. This place is just as nice with less of a price tag! I luckily went in while it wasn't busy, but I was serviced right away. Employees were very nice to me and did a great job of fixing what was left of my nails to make it look nice again. They even have a separate room for pedicures which is what I look for in nail salons. The inside of the salon is very clean and well decorated. My pedicure was relaxing for the most part. My friend recommended them to me because their prices are reasonable. However, I came in about 6pm on the Wednesday before the 4th of July. I admit that their normal hours are to close at 7pm, but I had to work all day and wanted to get my nails done for the holiday. The nail tech seemed annoyed that I wanted to do my nails in addition to my toes. Perhaps he could have said that they didn't have time to do my nails, but instead he became very quiet and rushed through the pedicure. Not only that, I got the gel polish on my nails, and within a day it started chipping and now it's completely peeling off. I've gotten gel polish before and they never chipped this fast. The lady used tips that were to wide for my nails, and she left them way to long I asked twice for her to shorten them but she didn't so I just figured I would file them down myself. The place is very nice and the pedicures are amazing. I've been here twice. The first time I got a regular mani pedi and I have to say it was sooo good. My mani lasted over 2 weeks even thoe I got regular polish and usually it only lasts about 3 days for me before the polish starts chipping lol but the second time I got SNS in my nails and they are super chunky. The SNS is like 3 times the thickness of my nails. I think I'll keep coming back to this place but only for the pedi or regular mani but not SNS again. I made an appointment for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures on a Saturday morning. I have been to this salon before without issues. When we got there, I told them my name and the fact that I made an appointment. They told us to pick colors and wait while they set up the pedicure chairs. As we were waiting, there was an influx of people that walked in, all saying that they had appointments at the same time. It was clear they overbooked. When the owner realized this, she told me that she had me down for an appointment the day before. This made no sense because previously she had asked us to pick colors and told us we were all set. She then said I'd have to wait until the other appointments are taken care of. I have never experienced such treatment at a nail salon and will never go back. Please figure out your appointments for the sake of the next customers. You just lost 3 in a few minutes. read more

I wanted to give this nail salon a try, since it was next door to the restaurant I was going to with a friend. We were able to walk in with no difficulties and pick out colors for our manicures and pedicures. I decided to try the gel polish for my manicure, since my nails chip easily. The ladies that did our manicures did a great job, but my lady immediately disappeared after doing my manicure and never returned. We were only offered water or soda to drink, but we saw a lady walking around with a champagne glass, so we guessed they offer alcohol too. Our classic pedicures were relaxing, and our pedicurists didn't talk much, but they did a good job for about 30 minutes. My pedicurist also disappeared like my manicurist, and I never interacted with him again. When we were seated to dry our pedicures, they left us without asking if we wanted to pay right away. We waited for about 10 minutes before walking up to the counter to pay. I was going to use my American Express card, but the lady told me they didn't accept that type of credit card. I went there for a fill on my last SNS set and a pedicure. I didn't get the lady's name who worked on me but she was wonderful! Took her time and listened to my requests without getting annoyed. Only down side is I wish nail techs were avid about cleaning their drill tools. It was messy and I had to ask for the drill to be sanitized. I've had SNS done many times and I have to say, this is the worst I've ever had. It's thick and chunky and there are actual spots on at least three nails. I know it was Friday evening, but one nail looks like a big bug crawled across it. They are all thick near the base. The place was clean, and they offered me wine.
