I came in today for the first time in quite some time for mommy and me spa pedicures with my babygirl. My son didn't want to come with us today. I think he was happy to have the house to himself and no one to bother him or ask him to do anything but he usually comes to get a pedicure too. In all the time I've been a patron of this salon, 95% of the time, I get the same 3 people for us. The other 5% that I haven't been with them is because I needed an appointment on their day off. I always have a great experience. It's a great atmosphere. Generally quiet and relaxing. The massage chairs are older but still in working condition. Today, one of our favorite people was out but since it was just my daughter and I, that was fine. When we got there, they were with clients so we went next door to Publix and came back about 20-30 minutes later. I always get the Nail Time deluxe pedicure and gel polish. My kids usually get the same pedicure and my son gets clear on his nails. Today, she got the reflexology pedicure and regular polish because she likes to switch up her polish with her mood. I've only had a so so experience once and I made sure to never sit with that nail tech again. I don't remember her name nor do I know if she's still working there. This was a couple years ago. For us, we always give nail time 10/10. read more

I have been to this nail salon twice now. The first time was just for a manicure, and today was for a manicure and pedicure. I have been impressed by their service and professionalism each time. They offer packages combining manicures and pedicures so that it is less than purchasing separately. And offer pedicures for as little as $33 on up. Today I'm trying their reflexology pedicure. Their thoughtfulness by providing a straw with the complimentary drinks is just one example of how they try to make amazing customer experiences. Another example is how they offer semi private pedicure rooms so that groups can have pedicures together more privately and even offer a semi-private with only two people pedicure area. They have a large salon, and quite a few people on staff so appointments aren't required... However, due to popularity and quality they certainly are recommended even if you call 30 minutes ahead so that they can plan for you to be there with less of a wait time. Today, on a Saturday, I called at 11:30 and they were able to accommodate a 12:45 manicure and pedicure appointment. One thing that I found to be different about this nail salon is that almost 50% of the clientele when I've been in there has been men. I was in need of self care time, so I went to this nail salon per the recommendation of a good friend. I Was assured over the phone that I could get a mani & pedi combination package, but was later told the services had to be billed separately upon my arrival. My manicure was done first, then my pedicure. The nail tech seemed pleasant, but paid more attention to her cellphone than to me. The pedicure felt rushed, & the middle aged woman providing the service was constantly talking to the person working beside her in another language & laughing. She did a decent job painting my toes & thereafter walked me to the front to dry. Before I could even sit down & place my feet under the table, she forcefully asked for payment & informed me that tips couldn't be put on cards. I thought her behavior was rather abrupt & rude considering this was my first visit to this establishment. Thankfully I had some cash & since I'm not a jerk I generously provided a $10 tip for each person that serviced me. You would think friendlier service would be provided to anyone spending over $100 in the hopes of earning a repeat customer. I came here the other day with my good friend. She has a big interview coming up so we had to have her nails ready! I have never been to this location, but overall we had a good experience. My friend made a reservation for the two of us for hot stone manicures. They seated us immediately and had an abundance of colors to choose from, which is always a plus. My nail technician was very nice and she took good care of my nails. There are two main reasons why I removed a few stars. First, my polish had the weirdest smell to it. I get my nails done pretty regularly and I've never had a gel polish smell bad. Second, there were no hot stones for our manicure and that is what the reservation was for, so I was confused about that. Overall it is a cute nail place if you are in need of a manicure! But the gel polish chipped by day 2. I was in process of relocating across state lines so I was not able to go back in and get the set redone. Seriously, the fastest darn acrylic painter I've ever experienced. From in to out? 30 minutes. A very sweet woman, with amazing talent. I decided to give this a try because one of my really good friends goes here & loves it. Today was my first time and I got an SNS mani & reflexology pedi. My SNS manicure was so beautifully done & I love the shape! It even included a hand massage, which other places don't always do-depending on how busy they are. The reflexology pedi was SOMETHING.ELSE. Like I feel like I'm walking on clouds. My nail tech took such careful time with the massage. Perfect pressure & she hit every sore spot. Unfortunately I didn't get either of their names, but I believe a manager did my SNS manicure, as she was the one answering the phones & writing in the books. The salon itself is clean, and gives off a relaxing atmosphere I like to try new places at least twice for consistency, so I may update this review the next go around if necessary! Although I'm loyal somewhere else for my fingernails I usually come here for pedicures! They offer a drink during your service (soda, water, wine, etc). I always get the basic pedicure and it still comes with hot stones and scrub and a massage! They have so many colors to choose from! The atmosphere is nice because it's a bigger space with lots of chairs, so you're able to walk in without an appointment. A lot of the chairs are in little sections of 2 or 3 that feel like you're in a private area if you come with a friend (or manfriend haha). Came as the last appointment Saturday night at 7pm. I just wanted a pedicure to relax. Massage chair is amazing! My lady was polite, quiet and gave a good hot stone massage. Other ladies helped also bringing me tea, checking how dry my nails are. I paid during the pedicure from the chair as another lady asked me. It's big inside and has private nooks. Giving them 2 stars is generous. I've tried them several times and it is always the worst pedicure paint job ever. Chips easily. If they have to put a layer of white under, the color coat is never clean so I always have a white boarder in some places. I've never had a friendly employee. After everyone stopped wearing masks, they still tried to force you to by providing a napkin with two rubber bands stapled to either side..lol really. They have a great selection of colors, but I will never go back here. I recently got a gel pedicure (7 days ago) and it's already chipped in multiple places. And gel will usually lay on my toes for months until it's so grown out I have to get it redone. read more

My first time here. First off the energy when you walk in, is so calming and relaxing. I don't want to give a bad remark at all, but the lady at the front desk was not extremely friendly. But I can let that slide as everybody has things going on in their life. My tech was Sandy, I don't know if that's with a Y or an I. I haven't had me time in a really long time; and the two hours that I spent there was absolutely amazing. Like I said the energy inside is so calming. She did such an awesome job with my pedicure and manicure. I will only request her every time I visit that salon. My friend had a very nice tech also. I didn't catch her name. All the ladies were polite. Facility is clean for what you need. It could use some dusting. But it's really hard when there is really high areas that need to be dusted. I always go to nail time for my SNS Dip for my nails. I tender to always pick the colors made but Kiara Sky, this product seems to stay longer. I've had plenty of different nail techs here. For some reason Anna keeps running across my mind. You will he given different nail techs on each visit, just remember the one who gave you the best service so you can keep requesting their services. Some are more detailed than others. Yes , they do practice safe hygiene and disinfect every thing way before corona virus but since the have added plexi glass between you and the nail tech. You'll be given a book with the lousy of service they provide if you want a pedi cure. Believe me you want a pedi cure here. The massage chairs, hot stones foot massage, the paraffin wax, the sugar scrubs, hot towels, honey, flowers , fruit hey so much they offer in the different pedicures just choose it and it's yours ! I had the honey and sugar it was the best! They clean, scrub dead skin and shape your toe nails. My skin felt so smooth and soft from the sugar scrub and the honey that was applied just soothed it . Yes, you want the pedicure, especially if you work standing or moving about on your feet all day. The atmosphere is relaxing the music they play is calming they even offer you a drink! Surprised about the low reviews. I've been coming here since it opened and it's always pretty much awesome. The hot stone pedicure is great - depending on who works with you, it can be quick or in-depth. I always get the gel manicures so I can't comment on the other services but their gel selection is huge and they always do a nice job. It is busy but I've never waited more than 10 minutes. My biggest gripe is that even if you give a significant tip, they complain if it isn't in cash. But I think that's just a cultural thing (like the unsolicited suggestions of needing an eyebrow wax!). read more

We are always greeted when walking in the door and haven't had to wait long to be seen by a technician. They offer plenty of color options and techniques. I love that they have sectioned off seating to make it more private for groups of two. Sometimes if those are filled they will seat you in the more open space. My favorite pedicure to get is the Hot Stone Pedicure. The pedicure lasts about an hour long and includes leg massage, hot stones, paraffin wax on your feet, lotion and oils, hot towel wrap and of course the nail painting and clean up (lol). So relaxing and for a decent price! I am always satisfied when walking out the door and my pedicure will last over a month. Nail Time offers lots of services for everyone. read more

This is my nail place. I go at least once a month for some "me time". Now, it is a LOT more expensive than other places, aka "Towncenter Prices" but I still think it's worth it. I have trouble walking and they do an amazingjob with my nails-making then look soo stylish, and they give me a fantastic massage that keeps me coming back for more. I highly recommend this place. This was my first visit here upon my husband's recommendation (worked best for what he wanted to do) so needless to say I was a little skeptical. I have always gone to another salon. Well, this was the best experience ever. It is big but yet they have kept it quaint. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I come here frequently and am completely satisfied with the quality of service and the friendly staff. I am a Pedi girl...and only like the French on my nails (I know...high maintenance), and they do a great job! For $ 34.00 I get the "basic" Hot stone pedicure (normally 29.00 but I get the French). Don't look at the price and scream....there is tons involved! They have private screened off areas that my friend and I normally get...just so we can be girls and not be stared at. As soon as you sit down, they offer you a drink...which includes wine!!! You get The hot stone treatment, paraffin wax for your feet, hot towels for your legs, a hearty foot/leg massage, and color! What more can a girl ask for??? I can not speak for the manis, as I have never had one there...but I highly recommend the pedi....you won't regret that hour! read more

I've never written a review for Nail Time before but it's been my go-to for pedi and manicures for year now. Previously, the service was always top notch, I gave them glowing work of mouth reviews whenever coworkers or friends would ask about a nail salon. But this past Sunday I went in for a pedi with a friend and didn't have a great time. My tech, I don't recall her name don't think she told me, seemed impatient and irritated. She seemed to rush trimming my cuticles, poked under two of my toe nails with a perfunctory swipe sort of half hearted under nail clean and just didn't give good vibes. The polish job was so so, my nails were barely shaped and she barely buffed my callouses. The leg massage part of the reflexology was weak at best and now a few days later, I have a bit of an itchy rash on the fronts of my legs. That's never happened before. My friend and I were supposed to get dip nails together but I just didn't want this person touching me anymore so I sat and waited while my friend got hers done. As a side note: I still tipped 20% even though the service was disappointing and I've always tipped very well in the past. It's going to be awhile before I go back to Nail Time. They accept walk ins! Loved the decor and overall vibe of this place. I would advise anyone to bring a face mask, the chemicals are a littttle strong. I enjoyed my nails but they definitely could have been better! My first round of SNS, my nail COMPLETELY chipped and fell off when it bumped into a hard surface. Never had this happen before, but since SNS is powder, I had grace. Tried SNS again, still chipped :( but it lasted long :). It's a cute spot. Never feel like I'm ordered to get more service. They use new sterilized tools each time, and they wipe equipment down between customers. They also take their time when they provide services giving plenty of time to massage feet and hands. For the same price as other places you get paraffin wax, hot stones, and a mint mask. You also receive complimentary wine or green tea with each service. read more
