I went in for a fill. My nails are crooked and super thick. I requested to have my nails straight with rounded edges. They are sharp and sloppy. In the middle of my fill they changed nail techs. Pedicure took over 2 hours, lady was all over the place. People next to us had their phone on speaker phone extremely loud for over 30 mins. Tried to talk to the manager about it and he didn't want to do anything. So finally I had to take it upon myself to say something. The lady across from me was also clearly annoyed and chimed in when i said something to the couple. They were extremely disrespectful, and selfish and the fact that nothing was done is ridiculous. Incredible customer service!! Last week I went in to get my nails done as a walk in with no appointment and conveniently I was squeezed in although it became very busy quickly. They still were extremely attentive. This week I noticed a chip in my nails and went to go get 2 of those nails fixed. Instead of just fixing them, Tracey said they were unacceptable and that she wanted them to look better! She re-painted all of my nails to make sure the color matched perfectly. This is an awful place!! Stay away!! A man did my nails today and completely messed them up!! I asked for a design and he said he didn't know how to do designs and that he'd ask someone else to do it. I showed the picture and he said he could do it. It looked awful. He had no idea what he was doing. I asked him to remove it because I didn't like it...he then proceeded with my other nails and they were so messy - polish was on my skin and each nail looked different. I told him that and he brought someone else over to take over. She came over and applied more layers of polish. They are awful! I then was leaving and the manager is screaming good bye from the back. It would be nice if she could interject to try to make my experience better! I will not be back!! read more

Chose this place for my latest pedicure based on the reviews and I have to concur, this is a great little nail salon for a walk in pedicure. Very nice place, nice people and great work. Prices were reasonable at $25.00 for the basic pedicure. The only draw back was there is no place to put your complimentary soft drink or water once you are in the chair. I suppose the nice young lady working on my feet could have put it down for me had I asked, but I ended up holding my ice cold Diet Pepsi myself. I appreciated the very good foot massage and the massage chairs are pretty impressive as well. I went at a very quiet time and was so relaxed when I was the last customer in the back, they offered to turn the lights off and let me rest while my toenails dried. I hate writing a negative review but I will not be back! The customer service was horrible. I called at 530 to see what time they close and if they were busy. The lady told me they close at 7 but to come right in and they would take care of me. I got there and they were busy....started my pedicure and then because they were in a rush to go home asked if they could do my manicure while I was in the chair. I barely could finsih my drink since they were doing my nails. While they were doing my nails i kept having to reach my arm over for her to do the other hand...which was very uncomfortable and made it hard to enjoy my pedicure. The girl rushed through my manicure and orignally thought my nails were ok and that I would give them another shot since it was busy and late but the next day all my nails started to chip and looked bubbly. I went back and ask to have them fixed or asked how much the difference would be to just have gel. The lady wanted to charge me for a whole manicure instead of fixing the issue or upcharging a little to make it gel. And said I would have to wait 25 min to just have polish fixed. When they asked what color...i started to pick it out and they went over the nail with that color but you can tell where they did and looks uneven.Look at my thumb in the pic. I finally was frustrated enough that they were not try to fix their problem so I left without them done. read more

It's unfortunate that I have to write this. I had been going here for 4 years. Took a break from them because I felt that I was being rushed through my services. Decided to give it another try, but I wanted to do the SNS which is more natural looking and the service and job I received was horrible. My nails looked like I had 85 layers of nail polish on them. Towards the end she ended up calling someone to give her instructions on how the nails are supposed to dry. SNS isn't supposed to need drying if done correctly. Then when I called the next day to state I was having a reaction she told me to spray alcohol on it!!! Then said she was too booked to see me to "fix" my nails. I was so angry after wasting $56 tip included! I went somewhere else and had to soak for almost an hour and then pay for their services. My nails look how they are supposed to look now. I really don't like writing negative reviews but my experience went from bad to worse. When I arrived the woman doing my nails was stressed out and in a rush to finish. While she was filing my nails w/ the drill she cut my thumb near my cuticle twice and now I have scabs. I also mentioned to her my pointer finger nail came off so I have a cut and we can just paint my real nail. She never really heard me she just cut me off and told me she would fix it. She glued a nail on top of my cut and I kept telling her it hurts. She insisted. Within two days pus was coming out and now it's infected. I will never ever go to this place again. It's been a week and I am still suffering from the pain and scabs. read more
