Place was clean and good customer service but 3 of nails have already broke, i usually don't have a problem until they are about 4 weeks grown out. and i keep my nails fairly short. paid $85 for short french nails and 3 of them are already broken, felt like its not worth it for $85 if they don't even last me 3 days. read more

I was in town and just had a fill in a few days ago in Atlanta but I didn't like the color. This salon was conveniently located next door to the cigar lounge where I was going (YAY) I only needed a gel polish change and was ELATED that they offer OPI. In Atlanta, that brand is non-existent, and I think it's the best brand for gel, but I digress. Anyway, she did a great job with what I wanted and I'm pleased. I paid $23. I don't understand the low star reviews, because I've had many great experiences here at FL nails!! My favorite girl is Soochia (said similar to Sophia so apologies for the spelling if I'm wrong). She is so patient and does a great job! I get a standard gel mani and spa pedicure. The gel mani is always off my cuticles and she does a great job trimming them, meanwhile I never bleed with her! I'm normally getting small cuts at other salons, but not with her! She always covers the free edge so the odds of my color chipping before 3 weeks is very slim. The spa pedicure is the basic level however she does a great job scrubbing offf allllll the death and then does a nice calf rub down! Let's just say after a 60 day pandemic lockdown, it was the best services I've had! I was so happy to be back!! Instead of the contempt I often seen them given, they were treated so professionally and well and their nails were instagram worthy! Terrible service. My nails were jacked up. The technician smudged my nails and attempted to apply more nail polish overtop; I asked if she could redo it and she rushed, told me to be careful, then got up and walked away for 10 minutes. I was tempted to finish my manicure myself. Worst of all, my friend's technician said right in front of me that I "wasn't very interesting" and "needed a therapist". Went there this past weekend with a friend. The lady did my nail was super super slow. My hand nails turned out Good however my feet were just very thick and goopy I feel like the nail polish was old and made it thick and didn't dry At all even 5 hours later. They were messed up and I already took the polish off. It was a waste of money. You can see the pic all the toes are messed up. Polish was just old probably. The people were nice overall. I have been going to FL Nails for years. I have no complaint. If my regular person is unavailable, anyone there does a great job.

I came in to get my nails redone after my SNS from another salon grew out and it was too far away. The woman doing my nails told me what a poor job the woman from the other salon did while taking off my SNS. I decided to do gel, as I wasn't overly impressed by the SNS. She refinished my nails with gel, as requested. The paint looked great but was disappointed that the nails were not filed evenly, half bent round and half square but figured I'd fix them at home. Was very disappointed when the gel started chipping less than two weeks later. I've been so several places on Riverside that lasted 3+ weeks with no chipping, so I am very disappointed in the length of the paint itself. read more

Michael was great! I came here because at the start of the corona virus I needed a fill! And I didn't want to have ugly nails even if I was home quarantining .. something about having your nails done is such a positive vibe! I went to Venetian nails at town center and 3 days into my fill they all fell off. I came to FL nails to have them fixed because Venetian was closed. Michael took very good care of me! My fill was only $38 even with repairs!!! I tipped him more than fair even though I didn't have a ton of money he made sure I left with my nails looking amazing at a more than fair price!! The interior of this business needs help - it is very drab, chairs with rips and tears, and a few children running around. There were two other customers, and I was sat immediately. The young man working there did my pedicure, and was way more interested in his plans after work, and mentioning how tired he was. My legs were massaged, my feet were not massaged/lotioned/oiled/scrubbed at all. Not to mention the massage chairs are in dire need to be replaced. I paid almost $50 for a gel pedi 10 hours ago and the gel came off one of the nails already. I felt like the tech was layering too thick, appears I was right. I have been getting the same style and color of pedi for years, this is the first I've ever had an issue. Borders of nails were not sealed. Polish drifts remain on my skin. The massage and extras were nice but what I really wanted was a cute pedi for my trip that starts on Friday. But it didn't even last a whole day. The place was decent and the tech was personable and friendly. However I am disappointed with the result. Also I was there for like an hour and fifteen minutes bc there was a problem with the drying. Maybe the owner is pouring garbage polish into OPI bottles??? Now I have to go spend even more money on polish to cover my naked toenail. read more

When the menu says GEL manicure and pedicure that only means gel polish on your nails. THEN they charge you to take the gel polish off. I have never been to such a gimmicky nail shop before! This place is terrible. The staff all fighting over "who's turn it is" because nobody wants to work. A walk in came in at 5:50 and they said they were closing at 6 even though no sign was posted and their normal hours are until 8. They laughed at this customer. They did her a favor. The staff was giving their self eyebrow services while working. They left the foil on my gel nails to the point it started BURNING! I wouldn't even let them touch my hands. My pedicure was terrible. The guy kept saying "hey! You can put your foot up now!" The conversions had by the staff were brass and completely unprofessional. I hate that I even have to give these people 1 star. My fingers have been shredded by a file rubbing angrily against them after I specified the nail shape I wanted. It looks like a toddler painted my nails and the polish is all over my fingers. The gel polish that is supposed to last weeks were surely peel as it has been painted into my cuticles. I literally had a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like on my phone on the table the entire time and my nails look nothing like what I wanted. After making the guy who was doing my nails redo a number of nails individually, he was clearly irritated that I wanted a decent job done. My tips are sharper than they have ever been and uncomfortable as they will surely scratch someone or myself soon. Then the nail tech then had the audacity to tell my friend and I that "if we couldn't pay, we shouldn't have come to get our nails done" when we said we were displeased. (We never asked for a discount.) I will be paying another nail salon $40 tomorrow to start from scratch. What a waste!! read more

My daughter's gel polished chipped in less than a week, when she asked them to fix 3 nails they laughed at her. I called and the Manager replied that" the technician no longer worked there, it would be unfair to have another employee fix it for free". I responded that it was the businesses and management's responsibility to fix, so therefore not my daughters problem. She refused. She is very loyal to this place, and I couldn't understand why AT FIRST, because there are three other nail places closer to her. I was kinda like, mmmm that's more convenient?? Awesome prices, great space, not too busy at this time (1-3pm), and a very friendly, quiet, calming, and soothing atmosphere, and they did a really good job, too!! Parking is pretty good. I didn't see a lot of things around here, but that's okay, I don't want it being too busy of an outlet because then there will be less parking and more hassle.
