The Hot & Cold Pedicure was by far the best one I've had here. Not only are you getting a pedicure, new polish etc., but the sugar scrub/lotion, gel cooling followed by hot stone leg massage, parafin treatment and hot towels to finish up the experience. Birthday Nails I went straight from work, so I arrived at 6:30. They closed at 7. They not only serviced me, but they did so with care and precision. I had never gotten these colors before and they recommended colors that matched the set I found on Pinterest, and did better. The man who did my pedicure took his time and did extra coats to ensure perfection. The woman who finished up my manicure stayed after they closed and did a fantastic job. I went on Monday 9/15/2025 to get a gel pedicure and my service was not good at all! The guy who did my pedicure scrubbed my feet so hard that now I have a sore on it. He also didn't really pay attention to my feet. He barely did my cuticles. It's like he rushed the process and they weren't busy enough to have my service rushed. I also had a nail added to one of my toes and it has so much acrylic on it that I can't wear a shoe. I will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. After my horrible experience I went back to have the nails removed because I couldn't stand looking at them anymore. The manager suggested I have someone 'fix' them. I was hesitant but agreed because I paid $85 only 6 days prior. The second tech, 'Jenni' seemed much more experienced. She filed them down and reshaped to my liking . ( I didn't like the fact that the previous nail tech came over and said something in Vietnamese. I though it was unprofessional.) I wanted more of a sheer color with chrome overlay but this color was nice too. I am satisfied with this set. I am not sure if I will be back. not sure why there's so many negative reviews. This is by far one of the best nail salons I've been too! The pricing is decent, and most of the staff is great. Strayed from my usual salon to come with my friend who was a regular- ending up waking out, never again! The woman who started my pedicure chopped my toe nails down to nubs, cut the cuticles until I bled, had to ask 5 times for them rounded and they were still square, cut them uneven and jagged, was rude, never apologized for hurting me when I jerked my leg back and made me bleed. All around awful. I asked her to stop and left without finishing. Management apologized and asked if i wanted someone else to finish and do my nails but I declined. I appreciate them trying to make it right but I was too disappointed and there was no saving my toes after that. Sorry for the nasty toe pics but I had to share! Went to my regular salon who stated I now need to watch for ingrown nails from how she cut them and said it's best to just let them grow out but was able to smooth them Out for me. Maybe if you get a different nail tech this place is ok (my friend is always happy with her tech) but i definitely will not be back. read more

How cute is this place?! They have this adorable bench on one side for pedicures and they have these great massage chairs on the other side. They have two gorgeous ball chandeliers. Decor-wise this place is a 10. Along with the place being gorgeous, it also seems very clean and sanitary. I was very pleased. The people were very nice and personable. They were joking with customers and with themselves. I didn't feel like it was pretentious at all. Their gel polish manicure is 30 but if you just did the polish change it would be 22. The manicure comes with the paraffin wax and a nice little hand and arm massage. Honestly the price for the manicure was a little higher than I would like, especially since I asked her to skip the paraffin wax. (Just my preference) Overall I am pleased and I'm happy to find my new nail place. Update: The woman that works there that is darker skin, I did not get her name, she is very rough with your nails. I've left and my nails have jagged edges, she really filed the heck out of my cuticles when she was taking off my gel polish, and there is nail polish all over my skin. Yet another nail salon that I had high hopes for but it didn't deliver. Asked for regular polish on my toes and the same color in gel on my finger nails. They did my toes first and even though my toes had plenty of time to dry while I was getting a manicure, the polish still got messed up within 5 mins of me leaving the salon. Also, these colors are not the same and it's disappointing. My toenails are more purple (what I wanted) and my nails are more blue. This place has a really nice environment and the staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. Also, the person I saw was really gentle with my nails while still doing it quickly which was amazing. The last salon I went to was filing really hard which I hated because my nails are sensitive to that feeling and it hurt but I figured it was normal for all salons. But here was different I don't think I could even think of anything to complain about. It was a great experience and I loved the way my nails turned out, I would definitely come back here! Came here with my girlfriend and we were quite pleased with the service as well as the cleanliness of this place. There was no wait sumce we got here around 5:30pm on a weekday. The salon is huge inside and there are two types of chairs, the typical ones with the massage on the back and the other one is just fancy leather bench with the bowl at the bottom to soak our feet in on the other side. The decor is all white and gray yet lovely and very modern. I love the beautiful chandeliers in the center and front entrance. The back massage felt great on the chair, my water could have been warmer but the lady didn't ask so I just let it go. There are a variety of pedi choices to choose from so I picked the lavender scented one for $35 (I think). We were offered complimentary wine as well, they have 2 options of either white or red on the day I went. My tech was sweet but she kept asking many questions while I was trying to relax, kind wished she wasn't as talkative. She also only massaged each leg for around 2-4 minutes, and I was expecting a lot longer. The whole experience was great though, my foolish lasted for almost 3 weeks. I've been going to Lavish Nails for a few years now and I have to say that it is truly the best nail salon around...here is why; 1) Color selection-wow! Such a variety and the owners constantly update with the latest color collections from OPI. 2) Each technician is really good, attentive, on time and pay attention to detail. On the rare occasion I've needed a correction, they respond quickly and happily. 3) CLEAN!!! They sanitize appropriately between clients use bowl liners and offer wine! 4) They do it all! Gel, Dip powder, full sets and designs. Each manicure comes with a paraffin wax treatment which who doesn't need with all the hand sanitizing these days! My daughters have had various designs on their nails and they have some amazing nail artists! 5) Prices are competitive and they are open 7 days/week. This salon has gone down hill. Some of the staff is the same, but quite a few people have left which resulted in not the best staffing. I have been going to this salon for over 2.5 years. During this time I mostly went for gel manicures at first, but then moved to dip. Plus side they have a wide variety, but I am not sure if the product is dated or not because the color would be very different from the sample. The consistency is not great. Additionally, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt to other nail techs and it was never a guarantee that my nails would be amazing! The nail techs would have an attitude if I said I don't want tips added and I prefer short nails. I am not there for your sales pitch, I know what I want, and I go to your salon for a service. Lastly, I got 3 pedicures over this period of time because the service was not relaxing. I ultimately went to another salon for pedicures...it was that bad. This salon could use some training in customer service and a reminder that the attitudes should be checked at the door especially in a service industry working with the public! read more

First time customer. Walked in without an appointment. Immediately greeted and asked what I was needing. Had to tell three different people that I was needing a glitter pink and white ombré full-set. (Was somewhat annoying, but not worth losing a star over. B was my nail tech today. She helped me pick exactly what I was looking for after offering me a beverage, and the execution was beautiful. My nails look absolutely AMAZING! I am so so picky about my nails and NO ONE can ever seem to do them right, until today. I will absolutely be back to see B again. Great atmosphere, great service, a little pricer than some places but the price isn't terrible... kind of in the middle also, that is worth it because they are thorough. I got a pedi last month and they did a great job. Today I went and got a full set with gel, it was $51 +tip. Which would have been fine but I'm not crazy about how they are all shaped, the middle of the nail, that should be stronger and a little thicker (the apex) is flat and thin, but all around the edges, where is should taper, is thick and a little lumpy. She was nice and did take her time, I do appreciate not having any bumps in my polish, (that's the only thing I hate about gel). And I appreciate that she actually unstuck the glue between my finger and my real nail. I just prefer my nails to look more naturally shaped than like jelly beans stuck to my nails. Over all I give this place 8 out of 10 The technician a 5 out of 10 read more

I've been wanting to try this place out since moving farther away from my favorite nail salon. Yesterday I decided to give it a go. I called ahead so I knew there would be a 20-25 minute wait. I brought my own polish but they have a huge (HUGE) selection of colors for regular polish, gel polish, sns etc. The layout is different. There are three stations/seats right at the front door, there are 4 chairs and a small couch for those waiting and a check in stand where you sign in. Past a half wall there is a long white leather(ish) couch the length of the wall for pedicures on the right, another grouping of massage pedicure chairs along with left wall and a few more stations for nails in the middle. I needed a little quiet me time so I brought my headphones and settled into my pedicure chair. I chose the basic pedicure this time b/c in my opinion if the basic one is great then you know the upgraded ones will be great. I thought the pedicure was good (not great but worth the money) the only issue I had was my water was on the cold side. They tried to warm it up but it was still just luke warm. After my toes were dry I moved to one of the nail stations at the front door for a new full set. I've been looking for a place that could do as well as my old original favorite salon and I've found that place at Lavish. My nails turned out spectacular and it didn't take him long at all which I totally appreciate. I will be a repeat customer for sure. My total was $53 for a full set and a basic pedicure. Very happy with the prices. read more

I decided to head here on a Saturday after I'd gotten off from work being that it was up the street from my job and I'd heard a few good things about the establishment. Upon entering you are greater by staff who are friendly and eager to assist. I'm not sure if they ever have any slow days being that the time I went was super busy. They do offer you either a glass of wine or water while you wait to be seen and also when you go back to get your service. The layout of the business is really elegant and clean and while they were busy it didn't seem like complete chaos. They have their color station and I'm here to tell you they have almost every color you can imagine which is hard to find at a few places I've previously been too. I will say that the service is great but a little costly, which might be from all the added extras they offer at "no cost". I felt the price for a fill was a little outrageous and you might be better off just getting a full new set. All in all I think I would attempt this establishment again but I'm no rush. read more

They are very busy, and atmosphere is nice. Seats work ok. But my 11 year old came with me and I asked for painted nail art with a photo on her big toe and thumbs. They moved me to the dryer and then put a cheap sticker on her toe, trying to charge me for the cost of hand painted art. Disputed at check out and it took an extra half hour bc they wouldn't let us leave with the sticker without paying $6 and had to remove it and repaint the toe to the design asked. Walked in and requested mani and pedi, told me to select the nail polish and they told me that the powder lasted longer and it was healthier for your nail. Then proceeded to seat me down and started dipping my nails into powder. I told the technician I want both manicure and pedicure, he goes we do nails first.... I was confused but let him ( my bad) and then gave me this horrible nail polish job on both nails and fingers, on top of cuticle ( I said I wanted a mani for a reason) I mean, horrible. Told him to please clean up the red from finger and burned me with their hand piece. I ended up crying out of frustration mainly because it has been a while since I treat my self to a manicure ( busy new mom life) and I was really looking forward to looking pretty and feeling pampered.
