I've been coming to C&T for years + as of recently my experience has been going downhill…read more I currently am unable to walk so I called ahead to make an appointment and made sure that they could fit me in, she assured me that they could. So I crutch all the way into the nail salon + I sit in one of the pedicure chairs. All of the workers are busy, they definitely were not prepared for my "appointment". I wait for about 10-15 minutes and then someone comes and starts my pedicure. he was so rushed and was going in between me and another person. He asked me which pedicure I wanted, I chose the 2nd option which is like a 20 minute massage with hot stones. I got no hot stones and about a 3 minute massage. People kept coming in asking for a mani or pedi and the owner kept saying yes just 5 minutes, meanwhile every staff member was slammed. And you could tell they were just rushing around. I had asked for a manicure too and the owner started rushing on my nails, she was going so fast that 3 of my fingers started to bleed so much that I couldn't even get a manicure. I got frustrated with the service and just asked to be done and leave. I went to checkout and she charged me for the 2nd level pedicure which I refused to pay. THE CHERRY ON TOP is I got a terrible fungal infection and I have to be on topical medication for a year to prevent permanent damage + had to pay to see a dermatologist. Just save your money and paint your own toes.

I mentioned that I had requested acrylic, and I was told that gel was better and acrylic would be $15 more which i thought was odd. There's like 12 just in Neptune beach and it was really hard to pick one out of the masses but I finally decided on Organic nails. I chose the organic pedicure which is quite expensive but so worth it. There's several tiers and I might try the one down from the organic next but if you want to really get pampered this is the way to go. Helen was great and massaged my legs for like 30 minutes if not more. The actual nails look great too. They scrub your legs with scrub and oranges and limes, massages with oils and lotions, paraffin wax, hot stones, etc. the entire place smelled amazing. Not like normal nail salons. Definitely found my "place"!
