Cute nails! I made an appointment and got medium length acrylics with a Halloween themed design! paid 65 dollars which isn't bad at all! I've had them for about a month now but around the 2nd or 3rd week of having them done, my nails slowly started breaking off at random. First it was my middle finger on my right hand, then the pinkie finger on the same hand, and more recently it was my pinkie finger and index finger on my left hand. I love the nails and the design but they dont seem to last very long and break easily. Im assuming because its so thin, but ive never experienced this with other salons. read more

This is in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's and the Ale House. I came here at last minute on a Saturday at 4 pm for mani and pedi for me and my husband. There was no one in here. That should have been a sign. The carpet , tile and manicure desks, looks like it's from the 1990s. The way the tables are set up you can not have a conversation with whoever you go with. My husband sat behind me. After I washed my hands I asked the man if he could use alcohol or NP remover on my fingers in case I didn't get all the lotion off. He looks at my hands , grabbed a towel and threw it on the manicure station and said "dry off, you still wet" ok my hands were a tad wet, not my nails. I brought in my own mani pedi set which has a file, pusher, buffer and pumice. They both tried to use the electric dremel tool on our natural nails. Then we go over to the pedicure station and me and my husband are able to sit next to each other. The man was very rough with pushing my cuticles as well as his massage was not pleasant at all. He didn't use any cuticle cream or gel. And the massage maybe lasted 30 seconds per leg. $110 for 2 mani and pedi's . I only had my nails polished. Not toe nails and no polish for husband. I did have a dark nail polish and he did do a good job of painting my nails. That's the only good thing I take away from this. read more

I went in and spent $110 before tip only to be a week out and four of my toenails half the paint come off like she forgot to put on the clearcoat and she missed a whole peaky toenail. I've had multiple places in the past for years, including myself penny my own nails and the paint never comes off my toenails. I have to really get it off. I'm not understanding what happened to the quality. There were some new faces in there. I had a young girl the flowers that she designed on my nails were supposed to be the same flowers on my big toes And they were drastically different. read more

I took my girlfriend to get pedicures the other day and the experience was quite relaxing. It's only the 3rd time I've done this, but it definitely is a pleasant feeling having someone take care of your feet while also sitting in a relaxing massage chair. You can control how you want the chair to massage your spine with a nearby remote. My nails look great and have nice moisturized feet and calves. It's $30 for a pedicure, but I noticed something that irked me just a little. As a man, my service ends about 10 minutes earlier due to the fact they didn't polish or clear coat the nails. I don't even get asked for this option while my girlfriend does. I was even thinking about getting something on my nails, but then I realized later that time had passed. I'm sure it has to do with the response normally being a "no" from men, but the question should still be asked IMO. I know several guys who polish their nails and it's a little presumptuous to ask my girlfriend but not me. It's not going to stop me from getting one again, but now I have to make it a point to make sure they do this since they'll likely not ask. read more

This is longer bc I truly love this place. Ive been a customer for almost 18 years now, and I'm picky, so that says a lot. It's a true family business that supports a seriously lovely family. If you're nice you'll hear about the menagerie. The service is consistently exceptional. I have literally never had an issue with anything at all, period. I personally prefer to bring my own colors, but you do you. They have a ton of OPI and have been steady building their Essie collection. Also... keep the cultural differences in mind. Needed a pedicure so bad and this place was close to home with good reviews. My friend and I were able to walk in with no appointment at around 2pm on Friday and were taken right away. There were an average to below average number of colors of nail polish to choose from. I always choose OPI as I think it holds up best and was pleased they had some of that brand to choose from. The basic pedi is $25 and comes with a trim, soak, callous remover, quick hot stone massage, salt scrub (which smells amazing) hot towel wrap and polish with topcoat. At the end there was not a light with fan just a fan for drying so he recommended she wear the foam floppies home as the fresh polish would be dented. I was wearing sandals so luckily was ok. It was a good pedicure and a lot of bang for the buck with the extra treatment additions but makes me miss the place I went to back home for years. I'd go back, but might try some other places first before settling on this one being my new local. read more

Pedicure came with hot stone, towels and polish took about 40 mins. The foot massage was quick and could have been better and more pressure. When removing excess polish she took off some color AND WENT BACK AND FIXED IT. Definitely appreciate that she wasn't lazy about going back! The staff is very friendly and so far the mani-pedis I've had done here last far longer than any I've had done since I moved to the area (5 months ago). I almost hate giving them a great review because I'm sure they'll get overrun with business soon. My one and only improvement recommendation is to make the hot stone massage longer. I really need the relaxation part of the pedi and that leg and foot massage is magical when it's done right and for the right amount of time. They do it right, it's just kind of short. We went for pedicures and the place was empty when we got there so we were helped quickly. We did the special with the hot stone massage and the scrub and left feeling pampered. The place was pretty large, very clean and well maintained. The massage chairs of course were wonderful. Both our technicians did a great job and we plan to go back.
