Service was very nice and kind. Color lasted a long time. However, I got my nails done here and it ruined my toe nails. I've never experienced this before so idk what they put on my nails? I thought this place would be better than others that I've visited, I was wrong. As I was waiting for my toes to dry I ask for lotion, as you can see my feet looked bad. And this was after my "pedicure". The guy was so concerned with watching something on his phone, he really wasn't to concerned with doing a good job. Upon check out, I informed the guy of the not so great service I received, (he was the person who applied lotion after my pedicure) so he saw how bad they looked, I hope they didn't charge for callus removal??? Super nice nail technicians. I brought my mom to do her pedicure after her regular place couldn't do her bc we were running late and this place took us on a Sunday without hesitation. My mom is in a wheelchair and it can be challenging to get around but they made it happen. The pedicure was amazing and their friendly, welcoming attitude was a huge help! Being still quite new to JAX, I tried a few nail salons trying to find my place. I had such a wonderful experience at Diamond Nails. They gals were all so nice. They did an amazing job on my nails and the prices were so of the most reasonable in Mandarin. I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure. Even with better prices, the massage with the pedicure and manicure was legit and amazing. I could have fallen asleep. It was longer than expected too. The chairs are big and the massage in them is powerful! Probably one of the best massage chairs I have sat in at a salon. I giggled a lot with ladies. We talked about Lee Min Ho and our favorite Kdramas. Such a fun time of laughs and relaxation. Perfect place for a gal like me. read more

A friend of mine gets her nails done here and they always look amazing. I went to get a full set for a wedding I'm going to. I walked in and was seated right away. The lady doing my nails was very patient as I picked out my color (I even changed it again later). She spent a lot of time on my nails, which i appreciate, although the shape wasn't exactly what I wanted and showed her. Either way they look nice, and the price point was very reasonable. Meh. Is exactly how I felt. My husband was next door at the eye place having an exam and I was like heck i'm getting my nails done! So i go in and ask for a gel manicure. I am asked to sit down and I waited for 20 minutes at a station before they switched me to another station. Ended up with a man, he was fine. When he went to do my nails he realized the color i picked out didn't have enough to do my nails- I guess? He spent 10 minutes trying to match it and then just started on them i asked if i could just pick a new color and he was like no no i have it now. At this point i was over it- so i let him finish- he did my gel portion in like 10 minutes. And I was out of there. a week later- they are not great. I won't be back! read more

This was formerly E & K Salons. I have no idea why they changed. Nonetheless, I have always received excellent and courteous service here. Whether I'm just getting my eyebrows waxed or having a Mommy- Daughter day of beauty, we have never had to wait too long and they always treat us very well. My normal place was busy today so I decided to try this place out. There were only 2 employees in the salon but I only waited 15 min, and the manicure was a good one, I was happy with it and was going to book another appointment for a mani & pedi. Unfortunately when I walked up to pay, I realized I had left my wallet at home. There is a Walmart across the street, so I left my keys at the salon as collateral while I bought a Visa gift card using my phone at Walmart. I came back to use the Visa gift card but it declined, and I looked up the balance and discovered Visa makes you wait an hour before using the card. I showed the employees this and said there is enough on the card for the manicure and tip and I can leave my contact info if it were to not go through (I was apologizing profusely the whole time, obviously my fault I forgot my wallet). The man working then started yelling at me that I wanted to be beautiful and had no money as I was trying to explain the situation. The lady was nice and took my info. I ended up leaving and coming back with cash because the man was SO RUDE to me. There is no reason to be rude to customers, even when we make mistakes we are trying to correct. read more

My mom, sister and I have been going here for 10+ years. Back when it was E&K Nails, we had an amazing experience every single time and were greeted with smiles, wonderful conversations and were on a first name basis with the owners. Ever since it has turned into Diamond Nails, it has taken a turn for the worse. Over hour long wait times despite having appointments, rude employees and mediocre manicures. It has gotten worse every time I've gone but last time took the cake. I went with my sister (a frequent customer as she gets acrylics done every few weeks) and they had her wait over an hour despite us having an appointment. I typically get the same color done every time and for the first time since I first discovered that particular polish 3 years ago, they didn't have it. When I tried to find another color, the lady was very rude and was rushing me and would barely let me pick out another polish. She then did the gel manicure very, very quickly, skipping out on the hand massage part (which is one of the best parts and something I have received every time since I started coming here 10 years ago). The worst part? My GEL manicure was ruined after FOUR days. When I called to tell them, they told me I could come get it redone for only FIVE dollars off and wouldn't offer my money back.
