I was able to make a same day appointment on their website as long as it was a 4 hour advance notice. I loved this! I chose the date, time, service and picked a nail tech. The nail salon is in a small strip mall, don't blink you'll miss the turn in. I was greeted with a huge smile, which made me happy and put me at ease. I mean I felt like I was cheating on my regular nail people! They gave me the gel colors to look at and I was impressed with their selection. I waited about 10 minutes to be seen, which wasn't bad at all. Chan was the person I chose to do my nails. She was absolutely fantastic! She talked to me the whole time I was there and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone that walked through the doors, she addressed and knew by name, so I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks she's fantastic. She was very quick and thorough with my nails. She made sure I was happy with the length, shape and the color before she moved on to the next step. This was very appreciated. The price was on point. The job was done well and timely. The ease of getting an appointment and not having to sit on the phone is a huge plus. I will definitely be back and will continue to see Chan for my nails.

The atmosphere was perfect, the music wasn't too loud and I had SNS done on my nails. While I was getting my pedicure I started looking at their other Yelp reviews I saw the beautiful nail art and I couldn't help myself but to request if I could get a couple nails done. My daughter wanted a pedicure and made an appointment for both of us. We sat in the seats for quite a while without soaking, which we thought was weird, but ok whatever. We finally had a couple of ladies sit down and ask which package we wanted. We specifically stated the Basic Package, which is $31 (they had "31$" on their placards, which drives me INSANE), yet by the end of it we got swindled into paying the $41 package + $15 for gel polish. I have never experienced an upcharge for gel before- wth. And the extra $10? We didn't experience anything unusual or extraordinary as compared to all other pedicures we have gotten. Despite Kim's service, we won't be back.

The tech said she couldn't make them any shorter...really? Then get the right tools I say! I was disappointed and sure enough, a few days later I had to dig out my own tools and trim them myself. The manicure was okay but there were lots of misses so the brush was needed numerous times with each coat on each nail to wipe off excess polish from my skin. Not the worst experience but certainly not the best either.
