From the heated wrap they put on your shoulders to the massages with hot stones it was amazing! My legs and feet have never felt so soft. They also did my nails and they were perfect! Got two different manicures here and had the same issue each time. The first time I came in I wanted to do the gel powder. They used the Dremel to prep my nails and I had to ask several times for them not to do this as my nails had just grown out from damage due to over Dremeling. I could tell the tech was really aggravated by this but did respect my wishes to not use it flat out on my nail. They asked if they could use it on the powder once it was applied and I said that would be fine. The tech then went around the outside of the powder and hit my cuticles so much that my fingers were sore the next day, and I had several cuts along my cuticle. Still after this I came back to try them again and opted for a gel manicure this time since there was no reason a Dremel would need to be used. I came in with natural nails, only regular polish on. I was FLOORED when they tried to prep my natural nails with the Dremel again. I told the tech that I really didn't want to use that and he responded by saying my nails were yellow (I wear polish almost all the time) and my nails would fall off if I didn't take that off. Uhhh no, that's not a thing. Such a bizarre responds that when your client asks you to do something, you respond with a criticism. Had to be really direct and tell him no on the Dremel. I went for a nail design that started off looking awesome on the first nail, and then just sloppy on the rest of the set. I will say the manicures held up really good, but I will not be coming back since they love the Dremel too much. Sadly after months of growing out damage in my nails, my nails are back to the same place they were before. Picture shows a noticeable damage to my nail. The damaged nail is frail and keeps breaking off. Looks like it's months of regrowth for me while I deal with this again.. read more

I have been here a few times and the service REALLY VARYS on who you get. Recently I had a younger man give me a pedicure and he wasn't friendly at all. Talked on the phone the entire time. Ignored me when I asked for my nails to be trimmed some more and skipped parts of my pedi that my friend next to me was getting done and we had the same exact package. Oh and apparently they "need to update their different package prices" EVERY OTHER TIME I GO THEY SAY THE SAME THING! Please avoid this nail salon at any cost possible. Customer service is trash. Additionally, it was disrespectful to wait 45 minutes after getting my Pedi to be seated to get my nails done. I was told by the tech she could do my desired shape, and when she was not doing the proper shape, I asked her to stop, and she insisted on letting her continue to try to get it right. I kindly told her no and I asked her to remove them. She got upset with me. She began to cut me while removing them. She even said, "If I don't know how to do something, I will just say so." she wasted my time. I watched this woman be rude to several clients. She got into an argument with a client's husband while doing my nails.? because the client's wife waited 30 minutes and never got service after booking a 1:30 appointment. They overbook to get clients in and give them short service. My pedicure wasn't great. I asked for the 35 one. I paid and left. I looked at the bank, and I was charged 45.00. I didn't leave a tip because the service was awful. Again, do not visit this nail salon. If I could give zero stars, I would ten times. And the fact they are trying to steal from me. read more

I went in like i always do and i have had the nail person before so everything was cool. she sat down, prepared her surface to work. I initially asked for French gel on my toes with pedicure but he did the white part uneven while doing the French and all of them were super thick for my taste. He tried two times himself after that I saw what was going on and asked if we can make them thinner. I guess there is no going back rather than removing the whole thing so I am getting white gel nails instead. He was patient and was still nice. After paying $60ish this didn't make me very happy because these were my toes for next 10 to 15 days... I get my nails done once or twice a month and want them to look nice. I came for French leaving with white nails... I think people should be more transparent about what they can or can't do. No need to waste my time and money if they can't do what I am asking for. Well... if you want a real spa experience, do not waste your time or your money. For a full set of acrylic nails, they start by aggressively filing and, honestly, mangling your fingers. They then brought over a bowl of lukewarm water and stuck my hand in it. Luxurious. The entire process took TWO HOURS. She would not stop filing the same tiny spot on a single nail for minutes at a time. They close at 7:30, and after arriving at 6, left at 8:30. Andrew charged me for a manicure ON TOP OF a full set. $72???? How that logic makes sense? I don't know. I only have 2 hands! My nails look chunky and cheap. I needed a pedicure after this lockdown, wanted to try a new nail salon since the disorientation of Covid-19. I called ahead and asked if they take walk ins (no appointment needed) and they said yes. I didn't have to wait very long at all 3-5 minutes max. Sat me and gave me the nail service menu. I'm used to 3 choices, I believe this one had 5 or 6! I went with the one that's a little more than the basic rub and polish. It included an aromatic rose scented salt i believe that they mix into the water, an awesome smelling scrub and a nice smelling lotion on top of the baseline things. The only thing I would like to see change is that none of the tools come out of individual packaging which makes me a bit weary of the sharing/sanitization aspects of it. Nonetheless it caused me no problems. My nail tech was Jenny and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. They weren't cut too short, i couldn't nitpick anything about them they were so well done. They lasted a good 2 and a half weeks too before they started to chip noticeably. Will always schedule my pedis with Jenny. Great atmosphere and overall experience. read more

A little underwhelmed after my visit at Fresh Nails... it's conveniently located near my home, so I thought I'd give it a try. Upon entering I wasn't greeted for a while, but that's ok... I know the drill....'pick your color.' So I did and stood there. And minute or two later an older lady came up and asked what I wanted. I told her I was there for a pedicure and she directed me to sit in a waiting area. I waited there for 10 minutes or so then was directed to a pedicure chair and waited another 40 minutes until someone was ready to work on me. From there my lady (who apparently spoke no English) would point and gesture at things to communicate so when I wanted my nails cut as short as possible it was a little hard to get the point across. Overall she did a nice job with the pedicure, and her massage was ON POINT. I had a feeling she pictured me as a punching bag, and honestly I'm ok with it. My legs and back needed it. The shop was mostly clean, semi-decorated... nothing astounding. Anyhow - if there weren't 10 other nail salons within a 5 mile radius I'd probably come back, but I'm more likely to try somewhere new. I do not recommend full sets. They up charge for fixing their own mistakes. I had acrylic underneath my nails and on my cuticles. I told the nail tech about it and he got upset told me that he was going to file it off when he was done. FILE ACRYLIC OFF MY SKIN. Wasn't the best feeling. the pedicure was great. But my husband wanted to try it - since he was just getting his toe nails cut. So I made him an appt with Kevin and the first time went fine. No problems. The next time I again made the appt with Kevin and we arrived early and waited up front. Our appt time past but heard other appts come in for same time and they were taken back and put in a chair. When I asked the person she said they had an appt for 1:00 and I explained my husband did also for 1:00 and we arrived before they did but they were taken back first. I could see Kevin was almost done with his client so there was no reason why my husband could not have been taken back. She & Kevin talked but we still had to wait so we left - it was about 1:15. In thinking about it - it was all in which client is bringing more money in - My husband who just needed his toe nails cut (he had a stroke so difficult for him to cut) & they charge $10 (plus gets a tip) or a pedicure bringing in $30 and up? Yup pedicure wins so they were taken first. BTW when Kevin cut my husband's toe nails before, it took him all of 3.5 minutes, literally. $10 cash for shop & $3 tip. read more
