Back to getting the nails did. Since the Yelpies were coming up I was told to get my nails done (see Yelpies 2025 review) and while I really didn't want to, it had been awhile so why not? Search for a new place to go since the place I went to before was busy and found this place. I made an appt online for a Monday and was all set. When I got there and said I was there for an appt, scheduling was off because they thought I was supposed to come in at 4pm when I made it for 5:30. We cleared it up and I sat a Mr. Ray's booth. He was so nice. The lady at the counter was so nice. She offered water or wine and I went with water. He helped me open it when I needed to take a sip. Ray did my nails in record time my far, he's amazing. I got the dipping powder with tips and color 319 I believe, a glittery purple. Why? I dunno, it looked pretty. Seems like Monday nights are ideal because I was the only one in there so I'll keep that in mind. Thanks! read more

I needed a reward for my two girls (8.4) and I figured getting a mani and pedi would be perfect. I called about 6 separate salons and they all wanted to charge me full price or didn't offer kids rates. Mail Spa had kids chairs and kids rates. I tried a new nail salon last week because the technician at my regular salon called in sick and canceled my appointment. The salon is so close to my house I could walk there in 10 minutes. The salon is a little small but the staff were fabulous! It's a family owned business and the son of the owners did my pedicure. He did a great job and offered nice conversation. I was offered water or soda upon arrival and there was no wait on a Thursday evening. They catered to my foot care needs and the polish job looked nice. I will go back for the excellent customer service and quality pedicure that were provided with a personal touch. read more

The massage chair was amazing and i came in to get my in grown toe nail removed and she got me fixed within 10 min with little to no pain (as that's a given with in ingrown toe nail). she knew what she was doing and my toe feels so much better and im coming back if i need help with my toenail again read more

This place is awesome! It's tucked away in a small line of stores off the main boulevard so you may not notice it but I can tell you, it is so worth it! It is a family run salon and the personal customer service was amazing. I walked in and they took me within a few minutes, were engaged the entire time, did an excellent job on my new set and offered specials for services provided. I am definitely going back for my pedi and they have gained a return customer for all services. The salon is clean, bright, has a big screen TV and nice stations. Side note: if you can, call before hand to check on time, I got lucky but I saw that they were in high demand and try to plan out visits because they want to make sure their customers are happy and don't have to wait. They do take walk-ins but just a suggestion to get the best experience. read more

My mom, a previous nail tech, spent the last 45 minutes scraping and soaking my nails in acetone to remove the ridiculous amount of acrylic off my nails and noticed the beginning of fungus formation right at the line of the fill. I wish this place was in the town I live in! I'm here visiting and my dad recommended I go here. He can no longer bend to trim his nails and said this is the best place he has found. I work in a hospital and 99% of nail salons gross me out. This place uses a disposable liner in the pedicure chair basin and sterilizes their instruments... which is way different from just disinfecting them. I came in with out an appointment and had to wait 15-30 minuets which was no big deal considering it's a Saturday. They had about 5 ladies working and they were all busy when I came in. I had no issues with a wait but I'm not sure it was worth the wait. I only got gel nails. My complaints are they didn't use a fresh nail filer and I'm not sure how clean their tools were. They lady who did my nails kept checking her phone and even paused from doing my nails to make a brief phone call. I wouldn't have minded if she had said excuse me or sorry I have an important call. This kinda irritated me especially bc the only things she had said to me were "do you want you're nails shorter" and "do you like this color". That was it. No "hi how are you" or any small talk conversation at all. some of my nails have a globs of clear coat on my cuticles which I'm going to have to fix my self. I work in a restaurant and understand customer service is a tricky but I really had a hard time trying to enjoying my experience. read more
