I've been here several times now for pedicures and have been pleased on each visit. The spa is smaller, but I go during quieter times and haven't run into any significant waits. The pedicure chairs are comfortable, and the massage features work well. There is a menu of different pedicure options, and I usually go with a "middle-of-the-road" option that includes paraffin and callus treatment, which I find both work well for me -- and are done well at this spa. I am terrible at doing my own nails, so trimming, shaping, and cuticle management I are what I care about most. My nails look and feel significantly better, and I've never had any injuries or pain while getting them done here. The polishes are high quality, too. The price is on par with what I've paid at other spas, and the overall service is great. Misaki offers everything I want out of a pedicure service. read more

I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and they were able to work me in right away. It was my first time here and I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone was very friendly and David did an amazing job on my nails!! I got the sns dip powder and he helped me pick out a light pink color. I absolutely love it!! He paid attention to detail and made sure I liked it as he was working. Thank you David! I look forward to going back!! read more

I'm not from Jacksonville and I'm a nail tech. Almost retired 39 years so anybody knows that you're usually more bossy. I try not to be. I just walked in because I was looking for someone to do my nails and I looked on the reviews and they had the best. I'm glad that I walked in. I met Kevin. He did a great job. He was very patient. He did what I asked gave me great quality we left. It was Good vibes and I will definitely be back when I move here. It's hard enough to find someone to do your hair when your hairdresser and when you're in nail tech someone to do nails that actually pay the price but it was well worth it. There's only one thing I suggest and maybe that's because I'm OCD but it is very cluttered very small. The thing in front on the wall I think takes away from the place. It's pretty but it shouldn't be in a small place. Have a blessed day and I will be back read more

I've been here 2 times since they first opened, always as a walk-in. They are not super bust yet, so it's been great getting taken of almost immediately. The first time was for a gel nail removal $10. The second time was for gel nail with a design. The girl who was doing my nails needed help doing the design, so they gave me a discount from $15 to $5 per design, which was very nice of them. I think $15 per nail is pretty high, so i dont think I would get a design again if it were the full price. The girls are super sweet, and everything is so new and clean. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. read more

Nice place. Clean and modern with good customer service. My pedicure was okay - hence the 3 stars. My nails looked okay for about a week and now they look awful. Unfortunately, wasn't impressed with my manicure. My nails are way too thick and uneven. Pictures showing my sns manicure after 6 days. A salon that does good sns wouldn't require me to come back after 6 days. I don't know why nobody in Jacksonville, around where I am, knows how to do good SNS. This is my 10th salon in 1 year of living here and not one of them has done a great job on my nails. I even stopped getting my nails done for 6 months because of how bad everyone was doing and this place unfortunately isn't any different. read more

I love this nail salon. Everyone who works here is very nice. The salon is kept very clean. They offer refreshments to drink and provide you with music to listen to and have 3 tvs to watch while having your services done. Be sure to ask for David, that's who does my nails and he always does an amazing job! read more

I don't often leave reviews but this place was amazing. They took me in for a manicure and a pedicure pretty close to closing, yet they still took their time and didn't rush me at all. Every person was so kind and they stayed well past closing to finish my nails. And they did a phenomenal job! I showed them a photo of what I wanted for my nails, and we agreed it wouldn't be an exact match but it ended up pretty close, and it looks great. They really took great care of me, I had to leave a review! read more

Best nail salon around!! I was seen as a walk-in on a Saturday and had such a great experience. The nail techs are so sweet and accommodating. Very experienced, social w/ every customer, graciously nice, and, without me asking, they gave me a manicure quote PRIOR to working on my nails based the nail design I wanted. Chloe is gentle and KNOWS/advises what nail style is best based on your nail bed. She is AMAZING and ensured I was satisfied with every step before continuing onto the other nails. Chloe also mentioned that they use organic powders which are healthier for your nails. I also saw the end result of other manicures/pedicures that the two other nail techs did and they were really pretty! Finally found my go-to nail salon! read more

The tech broke my toenail and said I must have been to somewhere else that hid it under my gel polish.....I came in with bare toes after a 2 month grow out. There's no way. The manicure was uneven and a sloppy paint job. Both massages were lackluster and barely took any time. They're ok but I will not repeat. read more

I've been there to get my nails and toes done a few times before and it was good but the last time was a disaster. The new lady at table #3 was awful, worst attitude rush on my pedicure and almost all my nails fell off within 3 days. I will never return here. read more

She had another client at the same time as me and she cleaned and sanitized behind the other person and me. Made me feel very safe with coming to get services done here, especially with all this covid stuff going on. But onto the details of the good stuff! The foot soak was soo good. She used some sort of exfoliating scrub and some other stuff in the water that made it feel amazing. The massage chairs are also a real plus. She was also very knowledgeable with reflexology/pressure points of the feet that relate to other parts of the body. I found it to be very informative and fun to learn. Plus the foot massage was sooo good! My feet felt like jelly by the end. The paraffin hand dip was fun! After I dipped my hands, I placed them in a bag and then some sort of warming mitts. After a bit, she came and peeled the wax off one and at time. With each hand she used some sort of almond hand masque that smelled really good. The hand massage was also just as good as the foot massage. Overall I plan to come back. She is by appointment only but her hours seem to be flexible. Her prices are very affordable in my opinion and the owner is very kind. She was telling me about how prior to covid she used to do more around the elderly community and that's just a super plus in my book.
